Duncan lowers his bow, but keeps the arrow nocked. He is trembling and sweating heavily as adrenaline courses through him.
"By the ale of Cayden Cailean's mug, I dinnae think the beasties could be that horrible! It dom near killed Telos. Now Janira be in danger as well. I'd rather face something onna surface than down here in these bloody caves. Let's be off to the light and leave this foul darkness behind us."
He goes with the party desperately seeking to reach the surface.

The steep tunnel opens up on the side of the mountain in a narrow valley between rugged foothills. The sun is nearly spent for the day. It's trailing beams painting the heights red, leaving the valley in near twilight. Still the light is better than the blue-green of the caves below.
Ahead lies a stream whose water is hastened by runoff from a recent storm further up the mountains. A ledge to the south rises up to the nearby forest canopy. Just beyond the stream a winded Janira wearily dodges a giant, frothing beast-man's axe!

Anything that is primarily green is considered lightly forested terrain.
Not only is it difficult but there are other effects including cover and concealment.

Using her ally's sudden appearance as a distraction Janira lobs a big wobbly sack of something at the minotaur. "Ugh!"

Arrows both magical and mundane hit the monster. It bellows in rage, and with two quick swings of its giant can-opener-shaped axe the minotaur frees itself of its gooey prison with some terribly impressive authority.

Duncan fist pumps in the air as he sees his first arrow sink to its fletchings in the minotaur. Buoyed by the success, he moves forward and nocks another arrow, aims quickly, and lets fly again once more.

Telos gets irritated as the grass starts to slow him down, and further when the rest of the party moves more quickly through it and gets in the way of him seeing the cow creature.

Annoyed at the stinging sling stone that ricochets off its head and amid it's horns for a moment and the halfling sorcerer's nettlesome magic the minotaur's eyes burn with fury. Then in a moment of clarity where if the sport had existed on Golarion the big bullman would have imagined the party members as a tight cluster of pins the thing formulates a very simple plan. It pulls a small cube of chalk from its belt and applies it to each of its horn tips, tosses it aside and charges!

It shoves Tusk back 10 feet into a tree and lands in the midst of the party. "MOOOO!"

Ironshank's eyes go a bit wide as he watches the flying beefsteak leap the frothy stream like a burger into a bun Holy cow, now I've seen everything! He shakes his head, salt and pepper beard bouncing from left to right, trying to get the image out of his mind's eye.
"If ye want us so bad ya got us!" He drops his bow and draws out his war axe as he steps up with a mighty over head chop, aiming for the haft of the monster's axe.
Sunder: MW 2H Waraxe, Power Attack, Inspire: 1d20 + 8 - 1 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 8 - 1 + 1 = 151d10 + 4 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 3 + 1 = 14
If for some reason it no longer has its axe then treat that as a regular attack, subtracting 2 from the roll from the improved sunder.
Did it charge? Maybe I got lucky and the -2AC from charging hurts his CMD as well? Also, without his shield Ironshanks has a 20AC at present.

Duncan lines up another shot, a bit mortified at just how far off his last shot was, and really hoping that no one noticed it in the heat of the battle. The self-propelled prime rib (rare with au jus and horseradish) fills his sights and he lets loose again!

Tusk takes a two handed swipe with his ax moments before it hurls him backwards.

"Whoa! Too close!" Telos instinctively utters as the Minotaur lands a mere 15' away from him. He retreats back through the brush, wishing his body had carved an open path on the way in. Then he lets looses another magic missile at the monster mooooo. Telos is down to 1 first level spell left after this turn.
