The party begins to move in and Tiffana provides some cover with a magical mist.
The light blue area is the obscuring mist.
Also, it seems like I am the only one who can see embedded drawings representing things like furniture. I'm going to work on a solution to that.
Confounded by the mist, Gilbraith draws his sword and stands ready to defend himself. (Total defense.)

Nathaniel Greenfellow |

Nathaniel runs up the stairs and stumbles through the mist, unable to see far ahead of himself, but moving towards near where he hears Angalia’s voice. Suddenly he is at the edge of the swirling mist and sees the blood-splattered nobleman before him ... and sees the torn body of Lenna at his feet. For a moment he is overcome with shock, unable to fully comprehend what he sees, unable to formulate a proper response. His hand clenches, loosens and clenches again on the grip of his axe. No ... we can’t be too late. This ... is ... not ...
Double move to G5. I assume this gives me partial concealment from Gilbraith and him none from me, but no worries if not. I still can’t see any furniture (but can see the mist), so let me know if I can’t move to that space and I will choose another.

Celestial GM |

There's a table in C4 and a bed in G8, G9, H8, G9 with a screen directly to its left. Everything else is up against the wall or otherwise unobstructing.
I'm inclined to think the spell gives partial concealment to both of you, because the mist is in both lines of sight. If anyone else wants to weight in, though, I'd take other opinions.

Seems a reasonable take on it, I’m comfortable with that ruling.

Tiffana Takorous |

moves into room blindly, hugging the stair wall- when he sees Tiffa in D8, moves up beside her to D7
continues bard/bard bonus
whispers to Tiffa
What did you see? Who's here?
"My dream was right 'Kani, the flower is blooded, we're to late to save her.", even as she whispers those words of defeat to her friend the young gypsy palms her healing potion and move as silently as she can towards the fallen girl.
Stealth:1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
Move to H6 crossbow in one hand, potion of cure light wounds in the other.

Celestial GM |

Res Thannq |

Res moves hurriedly into the middle of the room to try to his best to revive the poor girl. He pulls out his holy symbol and chants "In Gorum's name, feel his healing power, all except for the vile Lord Galbraith."
A stream of energy bursts forth from his Gorum's symbol, filling everyone except Lord Galbraith with a healing energy.
Res moves to E6. He uses his selective channeling to exclude Lord Galbraith. 1d6 ⇒ 3 points of healing for everyone within 30 feet of Res (which should include Lenna if she is not dead yet). Also, I figured our why I couldn't see the furniture. I wasn't logged into Google. It showed me as an anonymous user until I logged in. Then voila, furniture appeared.

Celestial GM |

Gilbraith, eyes the adventurers like a cornered animal. He seems unnerved by the invisible threat, so lashes out at the one that taunted him that he can actually see. 5 foot step to F4.
To Eliva's shock, rather than swing his sword he pounces at her and sinks his teeth into her neck. 1d20+5=20 vs AC. 1d3+1=3 damage and make a fort save.
Tiffana's spell aside, the room is filling with mist from the outside. It is beginning to be difficult to see clearly.

Angalia |

1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24 - add +2 to that if she has CA and it stacks with Kani's bardic power.
1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3 and if she can add the sneak attack damage 1d6 ⇒ 4
Keeping her blade on Gilbraith's neck, Angalia drives it deep.
"So many souls want to meet you again. Don't disappoint them," she hisses, scarcely able to contain her rage.

Nathaniel Greenfellow |

Nathaniel feels the invigorating power of Res’ god wash over him, but he can’t bear to look down to see if Lenna’s grievous wounds have been healed by the magic. Not yet. Not if it might mean she’s dead. Not if it might mean she lives … and he has any reason to show Gilbraith a shred of mercy. Hot tears fill his eyes, but his face remains a cold mask.
“This ends,” he growls. As Gilbraith turns towards him, his sword raised in defense, Nathaniel’s shield arm lashes out of the mist, seeking to batter the lord’s sword arm aside, and then his axe sails in from the other direction, towards Gilbraith’s ribcage.
Full attack: Spiked shield: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 65 (low is miss) Damage: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Battleaxe: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15 Miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 13 (low is miss) Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9
Note: I’ve included flanking bonus with Eliva and +2 favoured enemy bonus to all hit and damage rolls. If Gilbraith is not in fact human, reduce them by 2.
Erg.
Blinded by mist, tears, anger and grief, Nathaniel's attacks are wild and ineffectual.

'Kani |

follows Tiffa thru the mists, stands to her right (E6?) and draws his bow
Murdering B______d! It's time to pay for your crimes!
@Tiffa
This is what you saw, isn't it?
@all
'Ware the windows! This weird mist might be his back-up.
Edited my own word- where's the usual filter?

Celestial GM |

I assume you meant G6, 'Kani. E6 is where Res is standing, and is not next to Tiffa. Let me know if that's not right.
The mists are getting thicker, rendering Tiffana's spell largely redundant. It is getting difficult to see so much as your hand in front of your face. "Your little tricks will not save you," Gilbraith bellows to no one in particular.
There is heavy mist in the entire room. You do not have line of sight to targets more than 5 feet away from you, and have a 50% miss chance against adjacent enemies.

Res Thannq |

Res hurries over in the direction of the Lenna's body. As he moves closer, he can barely make out Lord Galbraith's figure held by Angalia and dodging Eliva and Nathaniel's attacks. Seeing an opportunity, Res joins the attack swinging his great sword with two hands at Lord Galbraith's mid section.
5 ft step to F5
Greatsword: 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 3 + 2 = 13 (+2 for flanking)
Miss Chance (lower than 50 misses): 1d100 ⇒ 9
Damage: 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 4) + 3 = 13
The heavy mist obscures Lord Galbraith and causes Res's swing to miss wildly.
"Coward! you can't fight sword to sword. Instead you summon this oily mist to protect you? Bah!

Celestial GM |

Gilbraith swings his sword wildly at Res before dashing away into the mist.
1d20+7=22 to hit. 1d8+3=6 damage.
Gilbraith heads Southwest. Eliva, Angalia, Nathaniel, and Res can all take an Attack of Opportunity, and all of you are flanking (although 50% miss chance still applies).
Waiting on AoO from Eliva, Angalia, Nathaniel, Res. After that:

Angalia

'Kani
Eliva
Tiffana

Angalia |

Hang on - I posted an OA and it's vanished. It was a complete miss, to be sure, but I'm baffled. I've copy pasted the original, but of course the dice roll isn't there any more. She rolled a 5.
1d20+4 - OA inc CA but at -2 for foggy conditions. Gah.
Angalia jabs wildly, but the spiraling mist and her own tears blind her.

Res Thannq |

Attack 1d20 + 3 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 3 + 2 = 11
Miss chance < 50 is a miss: 1d100 ⇒ 12
Damage 2d6 + 3 ⇒ (5, 1) + 3 = 9
Res tries to return Galbraith's attack but again misses wildly as the mist obscures his vision.
Just clarifying, did Galbraith hit on his attack or miss due to the mist?

Nathaniel Greenfellow |

“Damn you Gilbraith!” Nathaniel lashes out with his axe through the swirling mist as he dimly sees Gilbraith making a break for it.
AoO: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 miss chance: 1d100 ⇒ 50 damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
"Damn you all the way to HELL!"

Erfan Treefriend |

Oops, looks like I missed my initiative.
In the chaos of the swirling mists, the tiny gnome elects to move back to the stairwell. If Gilbraith wanted to escape, that would be the only means by which to do so.
Move to C10, ready an action to hit Gilbraith with laughing touch if he tries to come through the stairs.

Celestial GM |

Attack 1d20 + 3 + 2
Miss chance < 50 is a miss: 1d100
Damage 2d6 + 3Res tries to return Galbraith's attack but again misses wildly as the mist obscures his vision.
Just clarifying, did Galbraith hit on his attack or miss due to the mist?
Oops! I forgot to roll his 50% miss chance. 1d100 ⇒ 58. Hit.

Celestial GM |

Swirling mists confound many of the party's attacks, which fail to make contact as Gilbraith seemingly vanishes into the mist.
Eliva can still take an AoO.
Erfan begins to move after him, and notices the floor beneath his feet feels different somehow. Rather than the smooth wooden floorboards of Gilbraith's chamber, as he takes a step he feels grass and sod. This becomes apparent to the others, as well, in the course of their movements.
