As Gazwyr begins flying into the room, Zey yells out in Draconic, "Not so fast." and casts a spell targeting Gazwyr and Marnarius.

Gazwyr - The slow is 11 rounds.
As Marnarius steps in, the crossbows held by the suits of armor across the room fire toward him with one bolt thumping into his leg and a second critically into his abdomen. After hitting, the bolts bleed out a sticky substance causing him to become entangled.
Two DC15 Reflex saves or stuck to the floor as per a tanglefoot bag.
Crossbow Attack: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Gazwyr can sense him above the door. No one else sees anything there without some special senses. I don't recall if anyone cast something to help with that or not.

Half of the party moves into the room, while the other half waits in the hallway.
From his spot on the floor by the Sky Key, Zey sees the halfling casting her spell, with a half-orc waiting nearby, the imminent threats to his true location in the dragon and the rival wizard. He appears to do a very fast calculation before arcing a bolt of lightning from his hand to Marnarius, from there it spreads outward to the rest of the party, delivering a large shock to all that are unable to dodge it. He chuckles to himself,

Gazwyr tries to bite the space where he thinks Zey is, but finds his bite met with a resistance of force rather than flesh as he would have hoped.
Zey indeed does seem to have an ability to target invisible creatures. He seems to be in the same spot above the door, unfortunately, because of the shape of the room, there is nowhere to target that you don't also have to target Gazwyr.

Unless this is a special variant of chain lightning, the secondary bolts do half the damage the primary does, so Marnarius takes 42 and the rest take 21 or 10 on a save. I'll mark down the damage as you've called for unless half on a secondary is the case.

The Concentration check to maintain the Enlarge Person is actually DC 32 (10+Damage+Spell Level), so it does not go off.
Zey laughs maniacally before casting a quickened spell, and beginning what sounds like a verbal tirade against all of you, except none of you is completely sure what he's saying, as he keeps switching languages.
It seems like he finds one of the things he said particularly funny as he stomps his foot on the ground so hard that it causes a 60 ft. long fissure to open beneath Zurnzal, Rataji, Joliryn, and Marnarius.

As Gazwyr closes in, Zey tries to knock him on the head with the rod he is holding, but Gazwyr dodges out out the way at the last second and grabs onto the wizard. As Gazwyr does, he finds himself hitting a barrier, DC 18 Will save or Stunned for 1 round. Succeed on the save and he is grappled, fail on the save and you are stunned, unable to grapple him, and fall to the ground.

Gazwyr is luckily not high enough to have to worry about falling damage, since the abysmal rolling luck has continued.
Zey was certainly not expecting to feel the cold of space and noticeably reels back as it hits him. Soon after he is warmed much more than he would like as both of Joliryn's scorching rays strike true.

You might consider casting telekinetic charge as a readied action for when Zey starts casting. Then the bruiser you move into place can get one attack as part of your spell and maybe also an AttOp if Zey thought he didn't need to cast on the defensive.
