Yelis! Form of: Business Man
"Heh, uh, sure- I can try. But it's not really a specialty. My areas of expertise are 'myself', 'using specific magic', and 'as various humans'." Yelis cracked his knuckles. Or rather, he made motions as if to crack his knuckles, but nothing happened. "I'll give it a shot, though. Some of it's bound to carry over, right?"
Geralt Snacko
"is it possible for us to check the crime scenes ourselves before we do anything, the fact that we found something you missed with the bodies-the sign of necromancy, it's possible that you missed something there as well...no offence to you or your department here."

Forgive me for disagreeing, but we are all here to handle the situations. I am a trained professional like most of you. I can definitely handle myself in a fight, if I have to." Nameirtae said.
He smiled. No offense taken. Mistakes happen to the best of us. One time, during an operation, a cleric healed a shapeshifter monster disguising himself as a victim. Can you imagine how embarassing that might be? Glad I wasn't him.
Ammon Knight of Ragathiel
Yea imagine that, heheh Ammon scratchs the back of his head blushing slightly
Skjor, Viking Lord of Rock
|
Come now, who am I making look like something else?" Skjor asked. Really, he didn't really care who's looks he was messing with. He just wanted to find the killer and show him Aegis'...displeasure.
Ammon Knight of Ragathiel
Do me, outside my armor i can move pretty fast if i get into trouble i can run and lead whoever it is to you guys. Beside i'm a new face around here, the killer might recognize someone from around here.
Devic Zaitsev
While smirking slightly, Officers of police sometimes go undercover. Something to use here for disguise? I ehh, do not make good use of disguises, surprising it may be. Also, I do not want to try to be mugged. Twice is enough already. She turn to Nameirtae.
Geralt has good idea. Scene of crimes my give useful direction. Ve also likely need supplies anyvay.
Rameil
"I think I can help out a little too." Ramiel says once he's sure Ammon is going to be the one disguised. He places a hand on Ammon's arm and speaks a strange word. Moments later a glyph slides from Ramiel's skin on to Ammon's. "A psionic tattoo for healing you if you get hurt. Just say brigele to activate it. It's not much, but it can help out."
Ammon now has a tattoo of Natural Healing(link) on him.
Ammon Knight of Ragathiel
Thanks, let me remove my armor and we can get started with he disguise Ammon begins removing sections of the metal plates, his tail assisting, Can Genie kin have tails? Cause this might actually be a problem
Devic Zaitsev
Yelis looked over to Devic, thinking for a moment. "Not to presume that your experience with chemistry means you can whip up anything on the spot, but would you be able to manage a dye that would work on his skin? I can magic it off later if we need to."
Devic's eyes begin to move back and forth as she ponders Yelis' question Hmm. Vell, I not work with dying agents or makeup often. Simple principle though. I see if I can help.
She walks out of the room momentarily, returning moments later holding a small unmarked white tube.
And ve're back. She hands the tube either to Skjor or Yelis, whoever is closer.
Should allow our knightly comrade to appear more as ifrit. Ehh, do not eat. Do not get in eyes.
I don't know how long it would actually take to make the skin makeup, so I came up with something funny instead.

Don't have my books with me, so add in whatever modifiers you need for the disguise check.
Disguise: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
"Hold still, this will only be mildly uncomfortable and embarrassing for you," Skjor said with a grin as he took the tube from Devic. After Ammon removed the heavy plate he wore as armor, Skjor immediately took some of the makeup and started rubbing it into Ammon's skin, watching as it took on a deeper red tone. Skjor made several random sounds as his work progressed, stopping once to look up at Ammon's face as he got to his lower regions. "I guess what they say about tieflings with long tails is true, huh?" With that, he continued on, finally getting the rest of the outsider's body finished.

I think you could take twenty on that check, we're not super pressed for time. Still, 19's pretty solid.
Devic makes a face of... displeasure? Surprise? It may not be clear, but she makes her way out of sight of the two outsiders either way.
We, ehh, should go investigate now. Right now.
Ammon Knight of Ragathiel
I'm fine with it, growing up among knights, gets rid of embarrassment like this pretty quickly Ammon stays calm and collected. his tail moving back and forth slowly.
Yea, one of the few gifts dad left me I guess. I'm just happy i'm not a mass of tentacles or somethings. Letting Skjor work, the outsider much smaller outside of the mass of plates and metal. His body coated in scars and various old injuries,.
Ammon Knight of Ragathiel
I wonder if this will really work? I mean do i really look like an ifrit? Don't they have like flaming hair and stuff Ammon says aloud, redressing in his simple white clothing when the disguise is finished
Jaster Kite
Nah, you're good.
Very well, I will lead you all to the crime scene. He said. If you will be willing to come with me back into the car, I will be happy to answer any more questions.
Driving, you pass a cemetary. About a city block later, you arrive at a boarded up apartment.
Here we are. This place took the most damage out of any of the scenes.
Jaster Kite
Could be something to consider. Nameirtae said. Murders took place anywhere from here to five miles out.

Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Using Detect Magic on the blade.
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
"Wait, let me see the blade," Skjor said, examining the knife slowly.
Skjor, Viking Lord of Rock
|
"Ritual knife," Skjor said in distaste. "It was used in a ritual most foul, though the blade itself is not magical in nature. Have you had problems with undead in recent years?"
Ammon Knight of Ragathiel
let me see, one of the few things i was taught about was undead
I take ten on knowledge religion to get 15 total to see if i can identify the flesh as undead.
Ammon Knight of Ragathiel
It's undead, faint traces of necromancy, the flesh is stressed due to movement all the signs are their Ammons says speaking oddly intelligently
Ammon Knight of Ragathiel
Why can't people just let the dead rest, honestly. What should i do as is i doubt i'll be of much help
