Not being able to get into the fray without endangering herself, Alexandria moves up and readies herself to heal anyone in need.
Full Defense AC 23
Let me know if anyone needs healing or move around that little beast and I will stab at it.
Alexandria smiles
Ss'alat

Ss'alat will try another Daze spell on the goblin dog.
What direction is North on the map? Top edge? I didn't see a point of reference on the map itself.
Ss'alat will also try to see if he can get a better idea of what is making the noise, how far, etc.
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
... and sure hope it's not coming from behind, since he's at the back!
Xien

Xien walks behind Elvis and throws his trident at the dog.
Mwk cold iron trident: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10

Yagi, I also think the slopes there are difficult terrain you need to climb if you don't follow the path to the entrance
Revvy Bitterleaf
|
Without a word, Altus viciously rolls forward with a driving fist into the goblins jaw, not holding back as he does so. The goblin's head snaps back from the powerful blow and his eyes start to roll up a bit.
Littlegoat again stabs at the goblin but he is off-balanced by the jostling in the tight quarters. Summit, however, is un-phased and savagely bites the terrified goblin. The added damage is more then the hurting goblin is able to cope with and he slumps down from his mount to fall backwards on the ground.
Yagi sends a sling stone into the melee, but his aim is off.
Alexandria goes fully on the defensive
North would be the top of the map, it's most of the time a safe assumption if no directions are provided
Will save (shaken) vs dazed: 1d20 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 1 - 2 = 3
the dog just stands there, shaking it's head a bit at the sight of it's fallen rider.
The sound seems a lot like another goblin dog with a goblin riding it.
Xien throws his trident, but it falls to the ground short of hitting his target
Yes, if you don't follow the path you need to either climb or fly in case that was unclear to anyone. I'm assuming sloped edges to prevent missile fire from getting to much penalties to keep things simple
From the north a door opens and another goblin mounted on a goblin dog appears in the doorway

(For those with darkvision and able to see inside:)
Half-melted blocks of green glass lie thick on the floor. A crumbling archway to the north leads into another chamber, while a door to the west leads into the round tower at the southwest corner of the building. To the east, a barricade of rubble and wooden stakes blocks a passage leading into the tower.
(The entire ruins count as difficult terrain for movement due to the glass rubble everywhere)

Frustrated at not being involved in the battle Alexandria moves up to confront the new threat.

"Alexandria!" Xien's shout is too late, as the woman has already gone through the dog's threatened area and faced both of the enemies.
"Dam! We should fight in a way that front-line moves filling the flanks for the rear to engage, so we conceede less attacks to the enemy." says the nagaji frustrated.
The paladin says then "Elvis! Altus! At your ready, once you have attacked leave a space for others to go in!"
Xien delays in favor of his companions to see if an space opens to go hit the dog, or if that one falls, send some badass to the new goblin
Altus Einziger
|
Altus nods to Xien's words and then drives his fist down on the dog.
Power Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
1d6 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Altus steps over the fallen dog and goblin, moving towards the next pair, rolling through an area.
Shocked that the creature took the blow to the top of it's head considering the stinging he feels in his fist, he steps to allow others into the fight. He steps past the cleric, then dives into place, rolling up to look at the next goblin riding a dog.
Yes, I realize I may draw a few AOO, at least one for sure from the dog, if it doesn't bite the cleric
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
to avoid the AOO, if possible
Yagi Mi
|
Is there sufficient height in the doorway for a creature (let's say, just for random example, a pterosaur type creature) to fly into the room without invoking AoO's?
Revvy Bitterleaf
|
Just to correct something I said earlier. North for some reason is to the right side of this map. It's actually on the map but I had covered it up so I overlooked it as well
@Yagi; all though no specifics are given for this gate, the general rule for the ruins is that doorways/hallways are 10 ft high. So that is high enough to pass over someone, but not high enough to do so without provoking
As Alexandira moves to engage the new treat the goblin dog doesn't bite at her heels (still dazed at the time) but she fails to connect to her new target
Altus drives his fist down on the dog steps over the fallen dog and goblin, moving towards the next pair
Going to need a DC 12 Fortitude save or break out in an itching rash. A creature affected by this rash takes a –2 penalty to Dexterity and Charisma for 1 day (multiple allergic reactions do not stack) for Altus for touching the goblin dog.

Ss'alat will cast another Daze cantrip on the second dog (DC 15 again), provided he can see him with Alexandra's light. The second dog should be within the range of that spell, just. Either that works or not, he will then move along the path to get closer to the entrance.
@Revvy Bitterleaf: He's trying to get up the path as far as he can without slipping. I hope I moved him properly on the map. If not feel free to adjust his position.

Elvis Littlegoat
|
Elvis commands Summit to move through combat to the other side of the enemy to gain an advantage. AoO's abound! No attack for Summit this round because of the difficult terrain and moving through friendly's space... at least I am assuming that is the case.
Littlegoat then swings savagely at the Goblin Dog!

Will save: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20 and again his first attempt to befuddle the mind of a dog is rejected at first as the dog blinks it's eyes and refocuses on combat too quickly to matter.
Xien moves forward and slices at the dog, hitting it in the side and drawing blood with his battle axe
Elvis commands Summit to move through combat to the other side of the enemy to gain an advantage, both the dog and it's riders snap at Elvis as he rides past
Dog vs Elvis AC: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Goblin vs Elvis AC: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
but both attacks are to slow to catch Elvis and Summit as they ride by.
Arriving on the other side Elvis utilizes his advantage to hurt the dog and drops it out from under neat it's goblin rider
Ride check: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
but the light goblin manages to land on it's feet without suffering further harm and takes a swing at Elvis

Combat over
The goblins had a shortbow and a horsechopper each as well as a total of 2 bottles between them (if someone has detect magic they detect as magical - potions)
There are 3 exits..the barricade. Which looks passable with some effort and squeezing. The door to the north from where the second goblin emerged from..and an opening in the wall which leads further into the ruins.
Xien
|
Cleaning his battleaxe and placing it back on its sheath, Xien picks up his trident from the floor. "Well, it seems these halls are still inhabited, and not by comfortable neighbours."
Taking the two bottles from the bodies, Xien takes a sip from each of them trying to identify it's contents.

"Puagh! For all gods, what on Golarion is this horrible goblin concotion?!" the nagaji puts away the potions immediately not able to understand what their contents are.
Moving north to the door where the second goblin came, he gets in, opening the door if needed, and searches the tower with the torch in his shield lighting the stance.
Perception: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (5) + 0 = 5
Revvy Bitterleaf

Xien has no clue what so ever on the potions..in fact he's doubting there any liquid inside the bottles at all at this point
Opening the door Xien doesn't sense anything moving around inside and when you enter you see (assuming enough light/darvision)
Piles of rags and bones are piled up into nest-like beds around this circular room.
The room is otherwise devoid of anything interesting to you
(it's just where the second goblin is in case you manage to sneak up on the first one and he can't raise the alarm)
Yagi Mi

So are the bottles themselves magic, ic?
It looks like there's a hallway to the west (up on the map), heading north. Can we see (darkvision) anything down there?

I don't think we'll fit through that barricade, cade. But we can go through that opening in the wall, all.
Xien
|
Xien searches the rags very fast with the help of Ss'alat "Well it's clear this is the guards room."
If nothing is found, he comes back to the main room "I think same Yagi, we will need to go around through the wall. Has anyone succeeded on identifying that goblin liquid in the bottles?"
Then, following Yagi's advise, the nagaji gets into the eastern area through the wall, shield raisen, helped with his torch and Ss'alat light.

K, this is going to get complicated..they will make an "aggressive" move..so if I could get attack/damage rolls from Littlegoat and Alexandria while giving Altus some more time to post I'll manage what happens later. For future reference..if you plan to make a readied attack, please include rolls already. That way we don't have to wait, and/or I don't have to roll for you..so it won't be my fault that you miss when I roll a 1 ;) or forget some ability you might have
