Alucard's normally pale flesh takes a bit of a rosy tone from Laiashi's whispering. "This is neither the time, nor the place, but I assure you, my residence in Ustalav is exquisite, and my seneschal is a capable chef."
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12

Completely oblivious to the area around him, Alucard descends the stairs with the rest of the group. with a look of displeasure, he glances at the guards. "I will not be dismissed. Do you have any idea who we are?"

Nope.

"Also, please ignore the blood on our weapons," Laiashi mentally adds, skeptical of her stage-husband's tactic. Well, what's the worst that could happen? "Dear, maybe he doesn't. Just a misunderstanding, that's all."

Aid another (Bluff) for an auto-success.

"No, I don't know who you are. But I do know who you aren't, and that means you aren't allowed down here. Leave."

At the commotion another of the monks enters from the east hallway. She says something to the bandits in Vudrani and they nod. All three take a stance with feet a little farther apart, hands comfortably resting on their weapons.
"Leave," the bandit repeats.

What is the Bluff trying to convince them of?

A hand on his bow, he smiles, baring his sharp fangs. "I promise you, we are not your usual Riff-Raff. Your employer asked for us specifically, and we were escorted down here. It would behoove you to show us to him, lest his wrath, combined with ours, be upon your head."

Quite simply, that we belong here!

The two bandits looks at Alucard, and then the rest of the party, and then passed Alucard at the empty stairs. It is then that the Pathfinders realize their guide is no longer with them.*

bandit: 1d20 ⇒ 4,monk: 1d20 ⇒ 4 Nope. Not suspicious. Not suspicious at all, dice roller. ;)

"Well then maybe you do belong here," the bandit gestures toward one of the tables that the wizards are chained to. "Go ahead then, have a seat and get to work!" Zamir has only ever asked for certain people to join his group of bandits. And those were for their training with magic items which he then enslaved.

I am confused. What are you attempting with the Diplomacy roll? They already believe you belong here. Do you want to spend the minute to shift their attitude? Are you trying to make a request (this requires a second Dip roll)? I just need more information. It is important in PbP to give as much information as possible to avoid delays that questions can bring. If I have not offered enough information please ask your questions. I cannae see the pondering looks on your faces and don't know what I should add. Please ask. If/then statements are also helpful.

William:
Think you can beat a 15 on initiative? I am betting that combat will be quicker than the current activity. :)

If you'd like to spend the 1 minute on Diplomacy talking to the overseer...

Laiashi looks at the bound wizards, and an idea pops into her head. "You heard him, dear," she says to Alucard, "we should get busy." She slides onto one of the benches with the other workers. She picks up a tool at random and tries to look busy, but makes a show of adjusting her clothes to get settled in-- and pulls out her lock picks on the sly. The monk drops under Caelhal's whip, not because of any great degree of monastic agility, but because Alucard's arrow has pierced her heart. The bandits are a little more hardy than the monk, but one drops to Laiashi's impossibly fast blade and the other to the large curving blade of William.

The monk is carrying a potion (CLW) and another of the impressive tiger masks.

The hallways to the east and west lead to sparse cells. Each contains a simple mat and a bucket, and nothing else.

This large hall is relatively clean and empty. A few racks on the walls contain wooden training weapons, and targets and straw dummies stand here and there. A strange wooden statue stands in front of a large alcove in the south wall. It has three tiger faces on its head, each facing a different direction, and six arms. The statue’s hands hold a variety of weapons; quarterstaff, sai, nunchaku, siangham, and kama. In the back of the alcove is a large wooden door.

Shield is gone. Also, the statue is Small. With a capital S. The room is large (lower-case l). The other table had the same reaction and now I want to know if that happens in table top games. :)

William takes a step back and pauses to concentrate on his spells. Though the creature animates when approached it returns to resting if no one is within 10 ft. of it. It can be approached, touched, and even struck with a weapon without it 'animating' in the traditional 'monster hiding in plain sight' sense that is taught in most Society training sessions.

Sure, it has a duration of two minutes, & combat lasted a round so why not.

Beyond the next door:
This room is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, unlike the rest of the complex. Cushioned chairs create a comfortable sitting area, and a large tapestry depicting a battle of dozens of dervishes in a bright yellow sandy desert adds color to the room. The air is scented with cinnamon and trophy heads and animal skins decorate the floor and remaining walls.

A vudrani man sits at the desk, a tiger sits at his feet. He is studying a gem-encrusted rod. The rod should look familiar if anyone is still watching the Wayfinder, it points toward the desk. At your entry the man stands up and points the object at you. An unfriendly scowl on his face, he stares down at you with a look that says 'Well?'

He doesn't actually say anything.

Oh, really? Well, I, uh...okay...She/He/It are coming. They/It/She come from beyond the stars, and when it/she arrives they/he/she will devour all. She/He has chosen me to be it/their herald, to prepare the world for her/it's arrival, but instead I am warning everyone. We must prepare! We only have 10,000 years in which to...

Herald continues on at length, unless interrupted, heedless of his spell ticking away, his Pathfinder mission, or anything else.

...and thus may we use "new clear" bombs to provide limitless power, which -- again, as I have foreseen -- may be attached to missiles somehow. I'm not sure, but I'm guessing that Giants will fire them, as they are the only ones large enough to handle crossbows of such size. Anyway, these "new clear" missiles will ascend into the sky...

Silver Crusade

William Battlesmith | Male Human occultist 2 | Init +4, Perception +5 |
Spells:

William groans inwardly as The Herald launches into his tired old spiel, hoping that maybe he would bore the bandit lord into surrendering. More likely there would be combat presently, but maybe, just maybe his other more silver tounged companions will step in and do the actual negotiating they were brought in to attempt.

Else he would start hacking things apart. Either way, nothing interesting seemed to be stored at this location, he simply wanted to finish this task and get back to his research.

"Well now that we've found you," Laiashi says over the Herald's prattling (whether or not he continues), "we've come to take you in. We're from the Pathfinder Society, and I believe you have some things of ours."

"So you are going to take me in to your your New Gnoll Clear Gee's?" Inwardly he thinks, I wonder if I could convince giants to join me? They can carry big weapons. and they can carry a lot more lute. I wonder if they are as gullible as these Tiger Eye monks are?

"Something of yours? Everything here was rightfully obtained. Why should I let you take me anywhere? You will just kill me when we get there. I may as well kill you here and presently enjoy doing so."

Rookie mistake, or calling your bluff? :)

Everything rightfully obtained, you say? Where did you obtain that expensive looking rod you're holding right now, if you please?
