Ok, lets see... Rae has made 2 diplomacy checks (each takes a minute) and then you explored some rooms, although without extensive searching and investigated the bodies (another minute at least). Plus a minute for the walking, I'll say 4 minutes have passed and you have 3 minutes of extract effect left.
However Popol cast see invisibility before entering Crystalcrag, and it's been hours since then so it's definitely expired.

Sorry, I can't allow that. You can't retroactively drink a potion and also Rae has spoken for the resist fire potion provided by the alchemist. You can claim you are in possession of the potion of fire shield(CL 7th; chill shield). But you will still have to expend an action to drink it. The spoiler below details it's effect.

Lars, I don't see such a potion in your gear. The Also, Dailung and Lars should still have Heroism in effect.

DESCRIPTION
This spell wreathes you in flame and causes damage to each creature that attacks you in melee. The flames also protect you from either cold-based or fire-based attacks, depending on if you choose cool or warm flames for your fire shield.

Any creature striking you with its body or a hand-held weapon deals normal damage, but at the same time the attacker takes 1d6 points of damage + 1 point per caster level (maximum +15). This damage is either cold damage (if you choose a chill shield) or fire damage (if you choose a warm shield). If the attacker has spell resistance, it applies to this effect. Creatures wielding melee weapons with reach are not subject to this damage if they attack you.

When casting this spell, you appear to immolate yourself, but the flames are thin and wispy, increasing the light level within 10 feet by one step, up to normal light. The color of the flames is blue or green if the chill shield is cast, violet or red if the warm shield is employed. The special powers of each version are as follows.

Chill Shield: The flames are cool to the touch. You take only half damage from fire-based attacks. If such an attack allows a Reflex save for half damage, you take no damage on a successful saving throw.

Just to clarify: There was only 1 potion of fire resist and only 1 potion of fire shield and only 4 potions of cure moderate wounds. For a total of 6 potions to be divvied up between you all.

Popol's head, a moral person, is attacked by all sort of thoughts. Moral dilemma, regret about not having That and this spell.

Constraint by the wish, Trap was maybe attacking. Giving an excuse to attack. All of this is rigging Popol mind. But as soon his danger sense start ringing, his adventurer's instinct kicks in.

His hand twitchs his magical ring and the mage calls a fog that was smelling like Urgathoa's supper.

That it! This is a simple white and black situation with one twist.

"Friends, charge and save those hostages! But don't kill Tygora! The illusion barrier that protect them from wilderness could fall!"

Popol will cast glitterdust will dc 20 on the drake that threaten. If there two. Aim for those with the Oread.

If the drake are neutralised:

"Those drake need to be down!I will try to stop potential danger!" Popol will climb up on the wall taking his distance from the group and will create a pit of acid where he estimate the strong ifrit is. Reflex dc 22. Favorite choice.

Or casting a lightning bolt to the drakes. If this is what the group want. electricity reflex 19: 8d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 4, 1, 2, 6, 6, 1) = 29

Valeros moves toward the closest Pathfinder, pulling his weapons as he goes. In a low voice he asks, "Now what was this about a trap?" The man raises his hands, "Stop! Don't come closer, the floor beneath us... it's rigged to blow!" The others nod solemnly, confirming his words.

Popol casts stinking cloud and a fog of noxious gas blooms out from where he points, engulfing Tygora, the Ifrit and the two Drakes in a poisonous vapor. A great chorus of coughing and retching comes from inside the cloud and Tygora emerges to the left, her feet not even touching the ground as she floats into the corner behind the Oread captive, Glaheri, before she settles back to the ground. She is still coughing and retching, however.

Lars is up! You can keep the attack roll if you prefer, but I thought that given the stinking cloud, the potion situation and the revelation about the floor, you might want to reconsider the move.
Also, Popol, you have a round 1 move action you have not used. Might be a good idea to use that before the Drake's turn. *hint*

Yes, I think I'd better re-do my action. Sorry about the mix-up on the potions. I didn't go back and check what we had received. Is the spider climb spell from Popol still in effect for us? He suggested I move up the wall to avoid the dangerous floor. How high are the ceilings?

OK, I think I'm ready. Still not sure about spiderclimb

Lars hurries around the edge of the cloud, avoiding its fumes and getting into position near a pair of Pathfinders. He takes a stab at the nearest drake on the way.

I should be able to reach it from this square, and it looks like it may be partially visible? If there's a miss chance due to concealment, that is fine. I can't quite reach Tygora yet anyway.

I'm OK using my rolls above, although I did forget +2 to damage from Rae's banner if I mange to hit.

PFC initiative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
As Lars moves toward him, the Pathfinder looks worried. "Wait... I don't know if the..." But his hesitant words of warning come too late. Lars is intent on the Drake and scores a heavy stab, only to realize his mistake after he pulls his spear free. The floor beneath the Pathfinder and himself sinks down a bit and fire erupts from the edges, blazing up and burning them.

The Pathfinder quickly leaps away from the flames, suffering only minor burns. Fortunately, it seems some of the fire jets misfired, so Lars suffers little as well. Lars takes 5 damage the trap and the Pathfinder only takes 2.

The Drake flies out from the stinking cloud and lands near the wall. He opens his mouth and a with a roar, he breathes out a huge ball of fire that strikes Lars and bursts out to burn those around him. This time the Pathfinder does not fare so well, he falls, unconscious and badly burned onto the still burning flame trap below him. That guy is in serious trouble and will likely be dead if he is not moved off the trap, which is still burning. Lars, Popol and Glaheri take 9 fire damage.

Valeros, seeing the trap go off across the room gives a low whistle. "That does look pretty bad, we'd better get you off there, huh?" He drops one sword into it's sheath and extends his hand to the Pathfinder in front of him. The man carefully takes his hand and Valeros says, "On the count of 3, ok? One... two... three!" Valeros pulls and the Pathfinder does his best not to resist the movement while trying to avoid the flames the best as he can. Ruling this as a Drag maneuver with a willing opponent, unconscious won't resist either.

Trap fire damage: 3d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 1) = 5 (Reflex DC 16 half)
Second Pathfinder takes 6 fire damage

The Ifrit moves out of the cloud toward Tygora, still coughing and gagging from the effects.

The other Flame Drake flies out of the fog and settles on the other side of the room, still clearly feeling the effects of the stinking cloud. The rescued pathfinder thanks Valeros for his help and casts a protective spell on him that blurs his outline, making him harder to see and thus hit.
Lymwin may still act, left the yellow drake's former position marked if she chooses to target him. But as there was little to do between her action and a majority of the party, I thought I would advance the turn so we could move along. Everyone whose name is in bold may act now!

I can't get the music started, that pathfinder is down and going to die if I don't get to him. Lars has a weapon.. Dai... just charged...

Rae feels horrible that he didn't pick up on the traps on the floor. He thought the *drakes* were the trap, waiting for movement. These things happen sometimes, though.

"Lyn, Val, New guy! Get the other agent Fast!"

Rae runs forward against his better judgement and grabs at the burning unconscious Pathfinder to get him off the plate.

I did some checking but since you can't know how Tygora came to be on the material plane, you can't know if she will return to her home plane if/when she is killed. Sorry! Make your best guess.

Lymwin hits the Drake with the Liquid Ice and it howls in pain as it moves away from the stinking cloud. Dailung charges in, parrying the Drakes bite and delivering a smarting blow with the flat of her blade. Another blow from the flat of the scimitar and the creature goes down.

Rae moves in and pulls the Pathfinder off the burning trap, saving him from burning to a crisp. But he is still badly burned and dying. Popol aims a draining ray at Tygora and succeeds at weakening the efreeti. She draws her sword and attempts a menacing glare, but it loses much effect as she continues to gag and retch from the stinking cloud.

Dailung, I had some trouble figuring out what all you are combining to come up with that attack bonus. Could you spell them out next time, please? Remember that same type bonuses don't stack, so Flagbearer won't stack with Heroism as they are both morale bonuses.

With the threat of the nearest drake nullified, Lars takes a step forward and strikes at the leader of their foes. He approaches with the cool dispassion of a veteran soldier, sparing no words for his enemy.

I want to challenge her, but it might be risky taking an AC penalty when she has a henchman close by. This assumes that she's hovering low enough for me to reach with my longspear. If not, I would try to attack the ifrit sidekick, but move around to avoid AOOs and would only get the first attack roll.

His spear-point dips thrice as he utilizes his hastened speed.

Ok, thank you. It should actually have been 22 since inspire courage is not up and flag doesn't stack. Also the parry should have been 20 since there is a penalty against a larger creature, but it still would not have changed the outcome, so all good! That's a very effective swash you have there. ^_^

Lars steps off the burning trap and stabs with his spear at Tygora, she and her Ifrit guard are still too impaired by the effects of the cloud to fight back, but she easily dodges his blows. (Nauseated will leave them unable to AOO)

Valeros moves up and slashes at the Drake, but the creature dodges his blow as well. He encourages the Pathfinder behind him. "You'd better step off that trap while I distract this thing, don't know how much longer it'll be sick. You can do it, I'm right here with you!" Emboldened by his support, the woman takes a deep breath and steps quickly off the trap as it ignites. She does well and only suffers minor burns.

The other Pathfinder moves up to see his fallen comrade and casts blur on Rae. "Oh! He looks bad... If you have a healing wand, I can use it on him. I'm afraid our hostess has stripped us of our items and weapons and left us very weak indeed."
Rae, you can draw and hand him a wand as one move action, leaving you a standard with which to act.

The Drake flies up and into the corner to get away from the fighter and he swings his sword again as it retreats, but again he misses. The Drake vomits on him noisily as it rises away.

I'll mark icons with an arrow to indicate if they are flying. Currently Tygora is on the ground and the Drake is in the air.
Did the same thing as last time so Lymwin can see the Drake's position on her turn. Lymwin, Dailung, Rae and Popol are now up!

Move Action: Draw wand from wrist sheath and hand to 'New Guy'

Rae flicks his wrist and a wand drops into his right hand, which he almost but not *quite* tosses to 'New Guy'.

"Command word is Workdam***" he says, breathing a slight sigh of relief. That just made life a lot easier.

Inspire Courage (Su): A 1st-level bard can use his performance to inspire courage in his allies (including himself), bolstering them against fear and improving their combat abilities. Rae makes a grand speech and Dailung moves in to batter the efreeti with the flat of her blade. Popol crawls closer on the wall and touches Tygora as he calls out to the heavens. Her flesh warms his hand, but his magical resistance blocks the damage of her smoldering skin.
Tygora Will save, neg levels, shaken: 1d20 + 11 - 2 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 11 - 2 - 2 = 16

The efreeti queen shrieks as she fades from the material plane. "No! Crystalcrag is miiine!" But the last syllable echoes throughout her former throne room long after she is banished from it. The Ifrit warrior gapes, "What have you done?!" He shouts between retches.

Lymwin still has her turn and then you still have the Ifrit, Drake and one more trap to deal with.

Well, I'm not quite as persuasive as some of the rest of you guys, but maybe we can talk the ifrit down after we neutralize the drake?

Lars calls out to his allies:

"Help me bring down that drake! We can let the young ifrit live, I think."

With that, Lars allows his inspiring command to cease. Its effects still linger in his friend's hearts.

He dashes around the room under the effects of the haste spell.

Hasted double move gets me around all the traps. Lingering Performance gives us 2 more rounds of Inspire Hardiness.

The Pathfinder fellow uses Rae's wand to stabilize his comrade, but he is still badly hurt. The lady Pathfinder moves past Valeros and Lars on her way to safety. "Thank you so much for your help!"

Seeing the commotion with the drake, Rae does the *unthinkable* Well, to most folks, anyways, that don't have the potential promise of a nice bath after... and runs *into* the horrifically stank cloud and uses the dais as a guideline for where to end up. The resonant tones of the earlier speech continue to echo through the throne room, continuing to inspire everyone allied with the Pathfinders.

Lingering Performance

When the bard reaches the edge of the cloud, he opens his mouth to shout *something* at the flame drake, but apparently whatever he says is destined for the drake's ears alone.

Rae's sonic attack and Popol's icy spell take their toll, but though the Drake is greatly weakenedm, he is still airborne. That is until Lars unleashes his arrow, sinking it deep into the creature's eye socket. The beast falls from the air, landing heavily onto the burning trap beneath it, it's tongue lolling from it's lifeless mouth.

Yellow Drake Wounds: 9 + 5 + 5 + 22 + 34 = 75
That is one very dead Flame Drake. Well done on downing him before he got a chance to use his fireball breath! You still have the Ifrit to deal with, as he has not surrendered. He is nauseated for 3 more rounds.

Dailung slaps the Ifrit silly. (Efreet is what Tygora was)
But he still stands, proudly holding his blade.

Finally, he decides to act as well. Between coughs and gags, he utters "You... damned... Oread! You did... this!" Glaring between Dailung and Glaheri, he steps onto the trap, triggering it. The jets explode forth with flame, blasting the Oread and the Ifrit both.

Trap Fire Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 4) = 13
Reflex: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (10) + 9 = 19
Reflex: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

They both leap away from the worst of the flames, but weakened as she was by the fireball earlier, Glaheri collapses. The Ifrit grins in triumph as his natural fire resistance protects him from all but minor burns.

Rae hears the flame trap go off and slumps. He could have saved her, but instead had turned to the drake and...

No time to dwell, he runs up and pulls Glaheri off the last plate. As she's not moving, it should be just like with the Pathfinder on the other one.

He makes a heroic effort to extricate the female oread from certain death, hoping that it makes a difference.

EDIT: Based on how Dailung fights, Rae wouldn't need to stress 'bring to justice' and getting Lars there with a Cure Moderate would be kind of needed...

Lars hears Rae's call and races back over, pulling the potion out of his pack.

"Here, it wouldn't do to fail these people now!

I should be able to reach Rae with a single hasted move action (I counted 60' anyway), then get out one of those cure moderates we received earlier in the adventure with my standard action.
