You find a potion of cure moderate wounds on each of the fallen monks and their Masks of the Tiger’s Eye contain valuable gems worth about 100gp each, as do the surrounding statues.

Kit leans forward, Kane peeking over her shoulder staring at Peribras with his beady little eyes as if to say, 'I'm warning you!', though what he could actually do is probably nothing.

Whispering sotto voce Kit says "Peribras, you didn't strike me as the bloodthirsty type! First you talk nicely, THEN you threaten. That's just the way things are done."

"Well, I doubt that would be me. That's one of the things I like about the society, the fairness and all. Boy that matins stuff sounds ... exciting."

Kitoro gives Kane a cue and Kane does his play dead routine.

"Now, now, Kane - you weren't the one invited."

Arrrr matey, it's part of her backstory. She got off Mediogalti by stowing away on a pirate vessel. So it was either be a pirate for a while or fish bait. The character was created originally to be part of the pirate AP but she failed to get in but I kept the backstory.

The guards look ready to draw down on Peribras, but pause long enough to hear what the rest of you have to say.
Killia's diplomacy was plenty sufficient on his own. Applying Kit's aid as the second diplomacy roll, with other aids augmenting her attempt.

The men nod in agreement after hearing your argument. "Alright. This job doesn't pay enough to risk our necks, but if it's all the same to you, we'll stick around and see how things go. We don't have the key to the irons... I guess Zamir doesn't trust us not to set them free when no one's looking. I sure never signed on to be anyone's captor..." He frowns unhappily and the female wizard gives him an appreciative smile. "Anyway, Zamir destroyed their spellbooks so they'd basically be helpless and have no choice but to dismantle the magic items he brings them for their rations. We won't leave them unguarded, but you can pass through. Watch out for the training room. The tiger statue packs a punch."

You pass through the "sweatshop" single file, due to a lack of space and enter into a much more spacious room ahead.

This large hall is relatively clean and empty. A few racks on the walls contain wooden training weapons, and targets and straw dummies stand here and there. A strange wooden statue stands in front of a large alcove in the south wall. It has three tiger faces on its head, each facing a different direction, and six arms. The statue’s hands hold a variety of weapons; quarterstaff, sai, nunchaku, siangham, and kama. In the back of the alcove is a large wooden door.

As soon as Antonella gets within ten feet of the massive statue, it flows from an upright position into a combat ready stance.

Relishing a proper fight, Lyan marches past his fellow agents and moves to flank the tiger.

Double move.

@Peribras: Yes, if she doesn't yet know Attack II, she won't attack a construct without being pushed.

Antonella:
You believe the monstrous construct is an Animated Object. They are created with various purposes in mind and this one seems to serve as a sparring opponent and guard. They are typically constructed to last and are very durable.
In other words, this construct has hardness. Nice little gadget you have there... too bad Irori isn't a good diety!

Lyan, eager for some action moves into the statue's threat range and the hand with a quarterstaff whips down, smacking him smartly over the head. Antonella moves behind the statue to set up a flank, but the Tiger does not respond to any of her commands.

Kitoro launches into a mocking performance as Peribras throws a flask of alchemist's fire. As the statue appears to be vividly painted wood, he expects it to burn well. But it seems the surface may be fire resistant for though he strikes it easily, the liquid ignites and burns away harmlessly. He urges Darkpaw to attack the construct, but she whines and shies back from his command.

The statue then attacks Lyan with full force, missing with the sai, but connecting with the nunchaku. Lyan takes 18 damage total!

Everyone is up!

Silver Crusade

“It’s a large animated object. It is very hard.” (Has hardness)

Antonella takes her readied attack from last round and follows up with a flurry.

Readied Unarmed Strike + bard + flank - Crane Style defensive fighting: 1d20 + 10 + 1 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (12) + 10 + 1 + 2 - 2 = 23
lethal damage + bard: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 2 + 1 = 4

Flurry #1 + bard + flank- Crane Style defensive fighting: 1d20 + 9 + 1 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 9 + 1 + 2 - 2 = 28
lethal damage + bard: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 2 + 1 = 6

Flurry #2 + bard + flank- Crane Style defensive fighting: 1d20 + 9 + 1 + 2 - 2 ⇒ (3) + 9 + 1 + 2 - 2 = 13
lethal damage + bard: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 1 = 7

The monk shakes her head at the ineffectiveness of her attacks. “The creature’s hardness is tough to get through. We need to smite this thing with greater damage than I can do.”

“I would strongly suggest trying to get this thing to stand down in Vudrani.”

Grand Lodge

Jirelle moves into the room keeping her distance. Well not being able to move far enough, but that's a different matter. "It only began to move when you got close. Try stepping away, maybe it's just defending the spot it's in"

She raises her crossbow, like the beginning of most combats, pulls the trigger and watches her bolt fly.

Crossbow: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 171d8 ⇒ 6

Following he shot she drops her crossbow and gets ready to draw a sword for her next round. "Other than that, I agree. This thing looks pretty solid.

He doubted Antonella's suggestion would be successful, there were probably Arcane tricks involved in the constructs activation, but nevertheless it was worth a try.

Vudrani:
"Cease, Desist, Stop, Halt!" He calls out in a commanding voice as he darts towards the construct

Assuming this doesn't cause it to stop:

Killia rolls forwards, attempting to duck under the creatures many arms before darting in and cutting at mechanisms keeping it moving.

Seeing that tactics might be more useful than brute strength here, Lyan calls upon the power of Ragathiel to guide his sword.

Swift action to apply the construct bane enchantment to his sword.

He then takes a mighty swing at the statue. Adding a destructive smite as well.

Kit will continue to support the performance. I'm not sure how that works since it is a free action. Does she continue to perform or is it a magical thing that continues because she continues pouring some kind of magical essence into it?

Anyway, she will move up and attempt to aid another giving Lyann a bonus to AC.

Aid another whip: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6

Kit's whip lashes out fluttering in front of the automaton's face, a practiced move that usually distracts opponents, but this time it fails completely, the foreign intelligence ignoring the attack completely.

Jirelle makes an astute observation and fires her crossbow, but the bolt bounces off the Tiger construct harmlessly, not even leaving behind a scratch. Killia tumbles impressively, just out of the range of the statue's reaching arms. He takes up a flank and tries to pinpoint essential workings, but he just can't penetrate the thing's stone-like veneer. Lyan calls divine aid into his weapon and strikes with his sword, finally putting a visible dent in the construct.
@Lyan: Unfortunately, you can "perform only one single swift action per turn, regardless of what other actions you take." So I negated the Destruction Judgement as it was the second one you called and had the least effect on the attack.

Antonella buffets the Tiger with her fists, but all she manages is to scuff the surface of her knuckles. It is like punching a marble column.
Kitoro continues her inspiring comedic performance and makes a perfunctory lash with her whip. Peribras slings an especially effective bullet and presses Darkpaw to move in and attack the construct. The wolf doesn't manage to manage to mar the finish, but does manage to clamp down enough to attempt a shake. Unfortunately the statue is too sturdy to pull it's feet out from under it.
@Kitoro: You are indeed continuing the performance in some way when you maintain it. Most comedic bards achieve the RP just by cracking a new joke or pun each round. Even if it continues as a physical bit, it won't impede your other actions.
@Peribras: Constructs are immune to a lot, mostly things that effect a living mind and/or body. But they are not immune to critical hits or sneak attacks. Roll to confirm and your additional damage and I'll update the accounting.

The triple heads on the Tiger construct whirl as if trying to decide which supple target before it is most worthy of punishment, but finally the face with an open maw focuses on Lyan again. The siangham swings out on it's chain and strikes him across the side of the face, slicing his cheek. And then the kama whips down on him with brutal force, cleaving between his neck and clavicle. The inquisitor sinks to his knees, blood dribbling down the front of his breastplate in a rivulet to pool beneath him as he slips to the cold floor, unconscious.
Lyan takes 24 damage and is now at -4 HP! He is unconscious and dying and must make a DC 10 Constitution check to become stable.

“Way to go, Peribras!”

Antonella holds her ground until Killia acts, in case he wants a flank, before moving 25’ to the east of Darkpaw. Provokes from Tiger! AC=22

Assuming she makes it, she spontaneously converts bless to CLW and heals Lyan.

If I hit for max damage I'll still only do three damage so I am going to try something a little different. Don't know how it will work out but here goes.

As Lyan falls and the realisation sinks in that her rapiers won't pose much of a threat to the stone construct, she decides to take the route of distraction.

She runs toward the golem and attempts to scale it with an acrobatic feat.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 8 + 1d6 ⇒ (5) + 8 + (5) = 18

If successful, Jirelle intends to remove her cloak and wrap it around its face to cover it's eyes.

Like I said, no idea how this will pan out. I imagine a cmb. Just lemmie know what to do

Kit also continues the comedic routine, the many weapons flailing randomly in confusion, one of which smacks the head of Kane as Kane tries to bite her again, squeaking furiously to be let down.

@Jirelle, sounds like a Dirty Trick Combat Manuever to me. So yes, CMB is what you would use. Matters little now though, all that will result is that you eat the AOO instead of Antonella. =P

Jirelle makes a running leap at the Tiger construct and gets a wicked crack across the ribs that knocks the breath from her lungs. Her mithral chain shirt providing no protection from the bludgeon. Jirelle takes 14 damage!

Slam AOO vs Jirelle: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26 Damage: 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14

Killia's spirits rise as he finally manages to mangle something significant within the large statue and the machinery makes a satisfying screech of misaligned gears as it begins to move with jerky hitches.

Kitoro voices a well thought out idea, but whether it would have worked must be left up to conjecture as Peribras flings another bullet with tremendous might that smashes through the striped lacquer of one face and exits through the mouth of the one on the opposite side. With a final grinding whine the statue crumples to the floor and is still.

Combat Over! Well done to the halfling MVP! I expect you will want to heal up and discuss tactics for entering the room ahead. Lyan is now stable at -2 HP.
