Paizo is working on wrapping up getting the new Pathfinder Accessories subscription up on the website. I believe we are currently targeting sometime Monday, June 24th.
Gen Con Opt In for Pick up for subscribers is open until July 3rd.
Gen Con PreOrder pick up (for not subscribers) is being worked on, but the code has not yet been rolled out.

@Sara Marie...there are a lot of people with vouchers awarded for volunteering at PaizoCon, Origins, and soon Gen Con with the intention of using them at Gen Con. Since as you said sub orders will be automatically charged to our registered payment method and I assume 2E pre-orders will be auto-charged as well, will it be possible to process a refund on those orders so that we can use our vouchers at that time? For some people between those two product categories, we could easily be talking about $200, $300 or more. Many people will have a couple hundred dollars in vouchers to use. Since Paizo has already closed the exploit where we could buy gift certificates with vouchers and the option to use vouchers on subs is not yet possible, anything you can do to help our volunteers maximize the value of their vouchers is appreciated. As one of those folks with discount vouchers from Origins, I'm really looking forward to being able to drop it all on stuff at the GenCon booth. Pre-ordering 2E and the new SFS drops would be super advantageous to me.
Will subscribers still get their PDFs when the books ship, or are the 2E PDFs being held back until GenCon?
Six non-subscription items are listed. Two are deluxe hardcovers. The other four appear to be candidates for the accessories sub. Will that sub happen before these ship, or do I need to preorder all four? If I do preorder and then sub before shipment will the pre-orders be cancelled/folded into the sub, or will I need to cancel the preorders to avoid getting two of everything?
Where's all the Starfinder stuff?
Will there be any special information how to roll over the subscription from PF1 tod PF2 ?
Is there anything I have to do ?
I want to keep all my actual subscriptions and get everything in print except the standalone modules.

Everything but the map got bumped a month (to late August) because they were over-ambitious about what they were trying to put out for Gen Con and had to do triage on the Gen Con releases. I will see if I can track down the official statement on this from a Paizo employee in another thread.
Here is the update as passed on from Know Direction. It primarily covers the Lost Omens World Guide, but it affects most of the Starfinder products for Gen Con as well.
If I subscribe to rulebook subscription, will I get both CRB and Bestiary? I assume so, but it wasn't showing in the cart.
Also, my order was cancelled after I selected "Pick Up at Gen Con." I also assume that is normal? having never done gen con pick up I don't want to screw it up.

Here is the information about P2e subscriptions. Short answer is, all the subs but Player Companion (which is ending) will automatically transition over to their P2e equivalents (often with different names).

Hello everyone!
I am going to try to answer all of these questions in this single post instead of making a bunch of individual responses.
The accessories sub is still on track to go live today. I spoke to some folks this morning and it looks like most of the ducks are in line. There are still a couple of people I need to talk to but things look good. I was able to confirm this morning that subs appear to be working as intended regarding starting a sub when you already have items pre ordered. The system should cancel the existing pre order and generate a subscription version to your sidecart. You will only see the first item in the sub line in your sidecart, other items will generate when the auth is run. For instance, if you sub to the rulebooks line both your CRB and Bestiary pre orders will be cancelled, but you will only see the CRB in your sidecart. The Bestiary will be generated when the auth is run. As far as I can tell this is working correctly. Once the accessories sub goes live I will be keeping an eye on it to make sure it is also doing this correctly.
Joana linked to some useful information regarding subscription lines. I will be working on emails that will be sent out this week that will let everyone know what is happening with the various subscription lines. The short of it is that if an existing sub will roll over into PF2 you will just begin getting the PF2 products as you have received all the previous subscription items. If you do not want the PF2 items you will need to contact us to cancel the subscription just like in the past. Some lines are will have title changes, such as the Campaign Setting line being renamed The Lost Omens product line. The Companion line will be ending (sort of, you can think of Lost Omens as the old Campaign Setting and Companion lines being merged together into larger, less frequent books).
I spoke to the tech team this morning and will be speaking to them again later today, but at this time I don't know when the GenCon pre order pickup will go live. This is something we have never done before and we need to make sure everything works as intended before we go live. I will update when I have more concrete information.
PDFs will be a little different for this release than they have been in the past. Instead of becoming available when the order ships as they always have, we intend for them to become available on August 1 for everyone. So if your subscription ships before August 1 and you do not see the PDF don't be surprised.
The kiosk will have the same hours as the exhibit hall. So it will open at 10am. There is no early VIP access to the kiosk. If you ave that it needs to be done in the exhibit hall.
David Knott is correct. The only Starfinder release in this months auth will be a single map pack. Everything else will be part of the August subscriptions.
I do not know anything about the vouchers right now but I will try to find out today. Once I know more I will get you all updated.
I think I covered everything that had been asked here. As I mentioned I will post another update as I get more information.
In regard to the PDFs not being released until August 1st -- Does that apply to the PDFs of all subscription items, or just to the PF2 items?

Hello folks,
I spoke to the tech team about the vouchers and I am told you can apply them to the pre order during checkout just like with any other order and it will be applied. However since we do not have the pre order pickup live yet you will have to wait for that option.
All the subscription PDFs this month will be held until August 1, not just the PF2 ones. There will be an email as well as a post here on the CS forums about this going out this week.

For the shipping of subscriptions, will you be prioritising overseas subscribers to be early in the shipping process? My books typically take 3 weeks to reach me here in NZ, and while I could tolerate the PDF for a little while before they arrive, I'd much rather read the rules from the book.
The warehouse determines what is most effective to get as many packages out the door as quickly and efficiently as possible. That can vary, as what was most optimal for them last month may not be this month. I don't really know the specifics of how they determine that. So I can't speak to what order things may go out at or how prioritized a specific batch of orders may be. I suspect that international orders won't be prioritized beyond what is most expedient for the warehouse, but I also can't say they won't go out first.

I just realized there isn't a June Org Play sub thread. We started running the Org Play authorization about 20 minutes ago and it will likely be going over night.

I had called Customer Service and provided some information here. However, for those who have preordered the World Guide before it was delayed with other items that are not delayed, has there been a decision regarding sending the non-delayed items? I hope that I don't have to wait for my 2E items until the World Guide is shipped.
We can move the World Guide to your sidecart or it's own independent order. But if it is left in that order it will cause everything else to wait for it to be released. I believe Sam was working on moving items for those orders this morning. You don't need to ping us about it. We expect to have them all taken care of by Saturday. If you haven't got a new email confirmation by Monday morning let us know.
This is disappointing. I was hoping for a day or two before the Con to prepare a character.

I was planning on canceling my subscriptions after I got book 6 of Tyrant's Grasp. But since it looks like its coming out with all the other stuff, not on its own - I thought it would be the only July AP release and then the 2nd ed books would be August - how can I still cancel my subs but still get book 6 of Tyrant's Grasp? Thanks for the help!

Wait, 2e core books were advertised as available for pdf mid July. Is this saying that is no longer the case?

Yeah, that was always a glitch. PDFs are available for sale on the same day the books are released.
Usually, some subscribers get their PDFs early but for the PF2 launch (since the orders are so numerous and they're being spread over a longer timeframe than usual) they are holding back subscriber access until Aug 1st (which is when everyone else can buy both the book and the PDF.

Yes, it is a longer than usual shipping window. Diego's postings indicate that this is by design.
Also, that means that our first spoilers in July will come from people with physical books, not PDFs.

Knowing my luck I'll be in the 2nd August ship, and it'll be mid-September before I see my books! Not that it bothers me, we're used to that down here in the Southern Hemisphere :-)

This is what I love about Paizo. It has the spirit of the company that WotC was when it bought what remained of TSR, before WotC sold out and became...well, let's not rehash the bad old days of The Edition Wars. Those were dark times indeed.
I rooted for Paizo when the company shut down for an entire day to determine if it would stick with 3.5 or move to 4.0. I recall the sudden surge of loyalty when I committed my final Dragon and Dungeon Magazine subscription fees to the new 'Adventure Path' subscription, which sounded really cool even if nobody knew what it actually was. Trusting in Golarion, a world unknown outside of Erik's personal gaming group, was leap into the dark against the giants of Forgotten Realms and Greyhawk.
It's all worked out pretty well, I'd say.
All of the dates on the original post remain correct for now. Keep in mind these are estimates and could change. But for now they remain our intended dates. We have a longer than normal shipping window this month because there is a LOT of stuff coming out and we hope to have all the orders shipped out before August 1 (this doesn't mean it will arrive before August 1, but our hope is that we can get them all shipped out early enough that most arrive in the neighborhood of August 1). A longer shipping window helps us do that as well as takes some of the tremendous stress of getting this many items out the door by our expected end date off the warehouse team.

Your subscription has been set to end with Adventure Path 144. Keep an eye on your email confirmation and if you see 145 on it please let us know right away.

I think it’s only the PF2 stuff that’s embargoed.
So if I’m reading this right, I can choose delivery instead of pickup I MAY get my books before Gen Con, I many get them during (same as after, for all intents and purposes) and the PDFs can be downloaded as soon as the 1st hits.

Accessories sub is now live!
Buffalo Dave, you are correct. Our goal is to get all of the subs shipped and hopefully the bulk of them delivered by August 1, and those that haven't arrived by that date hopefully within a few days of it. The PDFs will be available to everyone on August 1. We intend to release at 10am eastern time/7am pacific time, as that is when the exhibit hall opens at GenCon.
No pretty sure it's all the PDF'S (Although I'm happy to be proven wrong)
Oh, I see. I thought they were going to leave everything as it is and just put a placeholder PDF where the PF2 stuff was going to go. My bad.

I followed up with some folks and the PF1 PDFs are being held until August 1 as well because the significantly larger than normal product release makes finalizing them and getting them uploaded before that extremely challenging.
