Before entering, Dorian took a minute to heal himself. He also renewed the Stoneskin spells on himself and Allemara.
When he caught sight of the red woman, Dorian couldn't help but crack a smile. Her visage brought back memories of his Acadamae days. But this nostalgia brought with it no feelings of sympathy; Quite the opposite. Dorian's smile was that of an executioner who enjoyed his job a little too much. When he addressed his soon-to-be adversary, his voice practically oozed contempt.
"You certainly look the part of a servant. Where I come from, creatures like you can often be found washing the socks of senior Wizards. Summoning and binding your kind is something of a rite of passage for us. No student of the Acadamae is allowed to graduate until they've successfully forced one of you to their knees..."

Dorian, you believe she's an efreet. Let me know what you'd like to know about her; you've got one thing you can identify.
"Enough. You shall see who will be forced to their knees!"
And with that, she gestures and a fiery blast suddenly surges from her toward Tickdown, two more speeding toward Dorian. The blasts, from up high, easily avoid the pair's companions in the way, hitting with burning, deadly accuracy. 15 hp fire damage to Tickdown; Dorian takes 19 and 12; note that I'll be expecting you to account for your resistance.

Calling out, ”The people of this town will be safe! Surrender or fall.”, she wheels around the base of the pool of lava, and then leaps into a charge, sailing high through the cavern and landing near the door, wheeling around to be ready for more.

Heh, thanks! A mythic cavalier is very interesting. Any mounted cavalier will really shine if she gets to charge...but she won't be able to charge in many situations (e.g. obstacles in the way, foe is flying, etc). Mythic rules make it *much* easier to charge in any situation...which makes me think (after playing Big Al) that going mythic gives a cavalier an even more tremendous boost than I've seen going to any other classes so far).

Her lance slams into it, sending her reeling back even though it seems to do less damage than she thinks it should, but her blade flicks out as well as the halfling comes into range, nearly taking off the young warrior's head in a single swipe. 65 damage, plus 3 fire damage; Sorzan has DR 5/epic, but she also uses her absorb blow ability (see below) to reduce the damage from Al's lance.

Absorb Blow (Su): As an immediate action, whenever you take hit point damage from a single source (such as a dragon's breath, a spell, or a weapon), you can expend one use of mythic power to reduce the damage you take from that source by 5 per tier (to a minimum of 0 points of damage taken). If you have another ability or effect that reduces damage (such as protection from energy), reduce the damage with the absorb blow ability before applying any other damage-reducing effects. For every 10 points of damage that this ability prevents, for 1 minute you gain DR 1/epic and 5 points of resistance against acid, cold, electricity, fire, and sonic damage. The DR and resistances stack with any other DR and resistances that you have.
Fast Healing (Ex): As a swift action, you can expend one use of mythic power to gain fast healing 5 for 1 minute. This ability can be taken a second time at 3rd tier or higher and a third time at 6th tier or higher. Each additional time you take this ability, the fast healing increases by 5.
