As Shel watches from the trap door, the librarian pokes his head in. "5 more minutes, then we're closing up.", he says, then walks out. He doesn't seem to notice that nobody reacts to him.

"Hrrmm, ok time is short. Let us clean up and clear out."

I think it's time to go. This room had nothing for us.

Tamerius took the stairs and wait for the other to close the door.

"Glorymane, do you want us to try and sneak you out of here? I'm sure it gets pretty boring down in the library."

"We shall leave now, it is time." laconically says Rysalius before exiting while making sure he leave as few traces as possible behind him.

Fendahl will nod and silently follows the bard out the exit.

Haldan nods. "Well done, let us move out."

Hessiel frowns but nods, "We seem to have what we came for and discretion seems more important than a last minute scramble." He ascends and steps into his illusory double content to mimic its actions until it fades.

"Hurry up...it's closing time, now," the little halfling barks, trying to get the others out.

Tamerius took his fake image and came back at the secret entrance, ready to close it when the last of them came out.

Quiet, Shel, quiet

In case the librarian came, someone could help to delay him the time everyone came out ? asked Tamerius

Fendahl will grab his card/token of his image as well (and hand anyone else theirs if they did not already take it.

He nods to Tamerius as they leave.

Haldan nods as he takes the token from Fendahl, "Thank you, brother."

The young man looks troubled, as if everything he ever believed about Taldor was a lie...

Rysalius makes sure his entire retinue find their way to their seat and replace the illusory doubles with the original person. Grabbing a random book on the shelf, he does the same, deactivating his card before sitting and pretending to read the book he's picked up. At that moment, he notices that the tome is a very famous novel, a bestseller from Absolom to the darkest reaches of Nidal.

"So Much More than Fifty Shades of Crimson Red", by Paracountess Zarta Dralneen. Oh gods, why did it have to be that one! My reputation will suffer indeed, but it's too late to change now.

Alright...Scenario's finished, just need to find time to calculate your gold and figure out what happens as a result of your actions. Expect the denouement tonight.

You all remove the cards from beneath you chair just as the librarian returns. "Alright, closing time. Hope you were able to find what you were looking for.", he said as he led you out of the more public library.

Passing the reception, people are milling about and dispersing into Oppara. It appears that Grand Prince Stavian has already left.

You report back to Venture-Captain Muesello. He seems quite pleased with your work - he congratulates you all on a job well done, and promises that the Society will look into the matter of the Horn of Aroden.

The Paracountess is truly pleased at Tamerius' recovery of the Folio - she promises to reward him...personally...at a later date. Whether or not Tamerius accepts that offer is up to him.

• Evidence left behind: The dart trap was sprung and not reset, no effort was made to replace the study books as they were laying when you left the room with the desks, the librarian thought that he heard something when Fendahl was putting on his armor, the folio given to the Paracountess was found missing, Ilyana was alerted (although convinced not to talk)
• Deception points: 14
  
• Win conditions met: Escaped library without alerting the Lion Blades; Avoided fighting the Lion Blades; Did not leave Princess Eutropa's letter behind; Recovered three books related to the Shining Crusade; Accumulated at least 11 deception points
  
• Win conditions not met: The party did not accumulate at least 15 texts.
  
• Total gold: 900 gp for out of tier, 1427 for in-tier.

Therefore, because the party has successfully completed at least 4 win conditions, the secondary success condition has been met! Additionally, Taldor has completed its faction mission!
