As the scarecrow hobbles to its feet Pepper swings at it... and hits! Straw flies from its torso!

you could run around in front of it I guess (it doesn't seem to be attackign you), but unless Anton or Shaezon is going to spend their action now to run with you and get in position, then no flank I'm afraid. If you did get in front of it you can get a free AoO of it runs past you and pretty much guarantee someone is going to flank it next round.

The Scarecrow stops, turns, then blurs into jerky motion as it charges Weyland, ignoring those along its path. The inanimate mouth still seems to sneer somehow as it comes closer.

"Hey now! You be leaving him alone too!" Pepper yells as he shifts to put the scarecrow between himself and Weyland. He brings his club around, trying to knock the head off the scarecrow.

Damage: 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
Pepper's blows leave the Scarecrow little more than rags and sticks. It becomes obvious the only target it seems concerned about is its head.

Tarek's fist sets fire to the Scarecrow, and the tinder-dry rags and sticks burn like kindling. Within a minute the construct is reduced to ash.
Within the ash is a badly burned bag, a scorched skull and amulet protruding from it

Sorry boss, don't want to risk untrained Heal check. On a side note, this would be the first time anyone's witnessed Tarek exhibit such a power.
For the record, we're out of combat time. It'll be a minute or two for the metal amulet to cool down enough to be safe to touch.

You know how it is, Weyland. You pick up some tricks on the street. I tried, friend... but fizzled. Tarek offers a sheepish grin.
Anton needed something to do, and he seems to have done it rather well! It's monkey-season. He helps try to locate the monkey thing, as he takes the scarecrow items.
Perception, spot the monkey: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
Anton's spell is Augmented here, and Weyland is completely healed.
There is fairly dense garden in front of you, and a small monkey creature. Are you doing a coordinated search (beating the bushes, etc), just looking, or trying to call it (which is Handle Animal, I think).

An intruder is an intruder, attacking because it simply has no amulet. Grid with whomever is willing.
Tarek determines there are about fifteen of the small critters here. They appear to be some sort of tiny, small-eyed, hairless flat nosed primate. They're terrified, know the area and scamper really really fast. The first one you saw was one of the biggest.
Mission objectives: 2 amulets recovered. There's a good chance you can prove the skull belongs to one of the targets. If the other target died to the slime it should take months to fully dissolve, but is not in the farmhouse.

The farmhouse is explored. You could wander round the farm itself for a bit, or you can try to go through the portal home. At the moment you have 2 amulets and potentially 1 remains.
