She gestures over the palisade, at which point Captain will attempt to push him half-way over the edge, still maintaining a hold but letting him dangle down a bit before pulling him back up."Should I just see if he's lucky on the fall, m'lady?" The Captain roughly asks.

"Now, now, I'm sure he'll be happy to be more helpful now"

In response to Fizzy, in an octave higher "Whoa, nooo, the lady asked and I told her, don't hurt me!" His eyes bulged at your statement.

In response to Alex, in hysterical tones "Come on, you don't need to... ufff... Ahhh, come on I will tell you what I can stop it!"

If anyone is Lawful Good, they should start having a problem with this. Fionn, what is your alignment, I don't see it in your crunch?

He is intimidated from, 5 or more checks now. If you do a sense motive check you would know that he is being sincere. He is helpful until the time expires, though with all the intimidation going on that timer keeps resetting.

"Alright make sure he's safe then Captain. Now, is your camp with that frightful sounding woman at Dessik Bridge? I feel you know better then to lie now so I think we may be able to let you go. We'll keep your weapons of course, Captain make sure he isn't hiding anything." Alexandra turns her head away from him to address the other bandits.

"You all have been excellent fellows about this, Svetlanna try to get them some stew and then they'll help us make sure that these bandits can't hurt you good people anymore." She beams to Svetlanna, trying to charm her into quietly obeying, but she obviously won't stop her from speaking her mind.

Also the Captain is going to search the trussled up bandit for any other weapons or coin and put it to one side. Let me know if that takes a perception check, he doesn't have any bonuses or penalties.

You can probably tell that Svetlana doesn't want anything to do with the bandits, she still has not come out of her house.
Oleg is standing in the doorway, grumpy as ever.
Alex you may want to try that check again when down near the NPC.
Stonefire finds a coin purse and a hidden dagger. Alex you can tell that the bandit leader's arm is still bleeding, possibly a bleed effect, but who did that? you try to remember.

Captain Stonefire will start after she asks, "It was not one of us m'lady, nor the gnome. In fact no man I saw laid a hand upon him, though the, ahem.. lizard may have bit him." He lets out a gruff cough to try to cover the accusation of Sly before starting to count out the coin in the purse.

The cure light does the trick and the wound is healed. Stonefire finds 5 gp, 4sp, 11 cp, and a strange whistle it looks kinda like an elk. He also has an amulet, which looks to be silver and has little horns like a representation of another elk or deer.

Vik watched the entire episode with the bandit 'leader' with contempt. He has remained where he was during the whole encounter. His dislike for "M'lady" grows as does his contempt for those who stoop and grovel for her attention.
They might as well have sent her out with her own army! Between the guards and the porters there is not much need for a 'lowly' fencing tutor, he thinks as he watch them struggle to tie the bandit.

"Hmm, Fionn my first thought was as yours but I am curious." Alexandra will turn to Viklop, "How should we handle this prisoner master swordlord? I would like to hear everyone's opinion on the matter of this criminal as I am but a young leader." She smiles before making her way down to Svetlanna.

"My dear, if you don't mind letting the boys in we'll have these contemptible fellows on their way in all haste. I simply want to reward them for finally seeing the error of their ways. I can promise you they will not bother you again." Alexandra tries to peer in the window for her and speaks soothingly, almost like one might to a frightened child but less condescending.

Perhaps if they repent and accept a magical spell of truthfulness from yours truly, we can make use of them as a work gang.

Fizzy leans in close so only his companions can hear. Of course such a spell does not exist, but they do not know that.

"Hmmm, a perfect thought, Fizzwiddle. I say cast your spell of truthfulness and we'll see which of them are willing to repent and join our work gang. Any who do not will be left to Viklop's merciful blade. And I think we should rename that for it is far from Merciful. So what shall it be, villains? Have you learned the error of your ways and are willing to work for me until such time I feel you have truly repented, or should we leave you here in custody?" Alexandra muses to herself at first before turning to the men.

I'm making a diplomacy check as I would like them to look upon me as merciful and maybe one day be willing to genuinely help, however if you would like me to use a different check I shall 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31

Those of you that agree will be required to not resist my spell casting. If you attempt to resist you will be killed. This casting is draining to me so I can only do it to one per day. Those waiting their turn will be locked up and watched closely.

Fizzy paces in front of the prisoners. When I finish my casting you will find my mark no your face, it will remain for the next month, at which point I may or may not choose to replace it. Serve us well and I will allow it to fade. If you even think about betraying us I will know. Think too long on it and strange things will begin to happen. At first a smell will emanate from you, keep it up and body parts will start to fall off, once the smell becomes putrid you will have ten hours to repent and beg forgiveness or your death is assured.

Who is first?

Intimidate 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 21 and Bluff 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (20) + 13 = 33

Mechanics:
Cast Arcane mark on one. I can only do this once per day. Then after one has been put to work I will from a hidden place occasionally cast prestidigitate on them to give them an odor that is not natural.

Alexandra knows Vanish so don't let her know what your doing or she'll have a field day with prestidigitation on the fools. I suppose since we're to keep moving after helping this village we'll just take one with us for now and after the camp has been squashed we'll return and just keep them tied to the horses until you've marked each of them (I assume one might be thick and try to resist else this may get out of hand).

Svetlana and Oleg comply with Alex's wishes and bring out the morning meal, for four more.

Fizzy I love it! All four of the ones who dropped their weapons, cheerfully repent to you, though none of them volunteer. After thinking for a litte bit one of them volunteers. The leader repents too, but only after the volunteer is marked(you can tell that the intimidation has worn off and is not friendly to you).

I hardly feel comfortable leaving them here, even unarmed, and we cannot risk our strength in numbers by leaving men behind to guard them." Her brow furrows with thought.

Fionn chuckles to himself, enjoying the show all the while.
Your a dastardly little bugger, Fizz. I quite enjoy making my enemies piss themselves. Though when I do it its usually much more grim.. Fionn trails off with a spaced look in his eyes.

The volunteer finds that he has on his face an "F", "W", "Z", "XXII" all interlaid over themselves on his face.

Smiling at Fionn, Fizzy walks off and mutters a cantrip making the volunteer smell, just slightly off. Like he might be turning a little bit rotten

While he waits for the man to run back, he speaks with Fionn and Alex et al.

I say we leave the rest here, and let them be judged by the rest. I would suggest that the plebeians there have a chance to work off their freedom, but we meet out justice on the other one there, perhaps you can preside over a trial.

"Perhaps, but certainly not now. Fionn is correct, we should strike them soon and end their threat. We'll bind the others and take our marked one with us." Alexandra furrows her brow in indecision, "I hardly like the idea of me at a trial for any case but I suppose I shall have to get used to it." She then turns to the remaining fellows.

"Captain Stonefire and the Merrywine twins will bind you together now that your breakfast has finished. Oleg, you should then take them out a ways from town and find some work for them to begin their repentance. Something on a farm or mending walls or whatever peasants need help with. However you, my darling boy" She points to the poor sap with the graffiti on his face, "Will personally lead us to your boss' door. We'll let you ride your steed out of the need for haste, but remember! Stray from us far and you'll be nothing but a head on a mantle!" She ends with a hideous laugh and then beams maliciously at him before proclaiming, "Make it SO, gentlemen!" At which point the guards will bind the bandits and we'll begin to make ready for a wondrous day of bandit stomping.

Oleg and Svetlana are the only occupants of the outpost, they get visited by hunters, trappers and a few wild men. Only hard work would be back at Restov, at the outpost, or with you. There is no town here.

I am thinking Sajan pipes up and volunteers to stay and watch over these fellows, lucky bob would stay if his mistress wishes.

Fizzy gathers his pack, and perhaps something sweet to eat if it can be found. Then he pauses for aseveral minutes and thinks.

Red. Casts Prestidigitate and just like that his hair is red. He then waits uintil the marked one seems busy and casts prestidigitate again on him to slightly worsen the smell emanating from him.

Sorry all I just kinda needed a break from the computer enjoyed my time with friends. To prepare you for tomorrow...

Before you leave Oleg lets the group take any bits of gear they want from the bandits. Oleg will take any extra gear and proposes to sell it at a full price to you. Since you protected the trading post, Oleg offers the group a reward consisting of 50 gp and all three potions in his stockroom. Further, he tells you that you are welcome to stay free of charge in his guest house as long as you want. He and his wife will even provide meals for them for free.

Loot: from leader:leather armor, longbow with 20 arrows, short sword, 2 days of trail rations, 10 gp, dagger, elk like skull silver amulet, 5 gp, 4sp, 11 cp, and a strange whistle it looks kinda like an elk.

Loot from the four: two longbows, two slings, 4 short swords, 4 leather armors, 40 arrows, 8 days of trail rations, 35 gp, 27 sp, and 43 cp.

The three potions are: two cure lights (1d8+2) and a bull strength.

You pack up your horses and start heading out. Stonefire out front with Fionn and Viklop, with their guide right behind them, Alexandra and Fizzwiddle in the center with Sly on Alexandra's horse, and finally the two twins following from behind. Alexandra do you leave your possy at Oleg's?

A few edits, if your horse has armor on it, the speed drops 10 ft. So Fionn your Light warhorse should have a speed of 40 ft. with armor. Does anyone else have a horse with armor? According to your crunches Fizzy and Vik do not have horses, make necessary adjustments. I need to know how fast the group can go... it looks like the group will be able to go 40 ft. since Fizzy can get a light horse now of his own from the bandits, or ride with someone. The trip is going to take 12 hours of riding, after 8 hours do you make camp?

Fizzy takes none of the items being either too big or better suited for a front line fighter.

Fizzy will prefer to ride with his new best friend Fionn, if he will have him. If not he will struggle on his own horse.

who is keeping track of loot. I will confess I am TERRIBLE at it and always make a mistake

Normally shunning missile weapons, Vik will help himself to one of the Longbows and 20 arrows, if no one objects. He packs this, along with his backpack onto his horse. He takes a few days rations, and fills up 2 waterskins for the trip. Once completed, he will wait by the gate for the others.

I do indeed leave the posse behind. If anyone else doesn't have a bow they should take one Viklop as that's a wonderful idea. I've got a crossbow so if Fionn doesn't need it you can take all the remaining arrows.

I'll keep track of the loot we take but someone else should carry the potions as I won't need them. I'll take 6 days trail rations for me and the boys and we can start a party pool of loot to split up at the end of this venture if that works for everyone. If I understood correctly we got 100 gp between bandits and the reward plus the worth of the bows and armor sold back? I'll go ahead and mark that down and then add on whatever the rest is worth.

"[b]Thank you for your hospitality, Oleg, Svetlanna. It is most welcome and we'll be sure to return as soon as we can.[b]" Alexandra smiles and gives a small bow before mounting her horse.

Marching order sounds good, if we could get ten hours down the road it'd be preferable to Alexandra, but she'll settle after 8 since it doesn't matter either way.

Vik, how many rations, few does not help with keeping track of rations. I will say that a few is 3 rations.

The first day, 8 hours of travel over plains. Your guide does not offer any information just which direction to go. From sly's information you know there should be Bokken's Hut near hear. Do you stop and search for it, follow sly, or head straight for the bandit camp?

Alexandra after 5 hours of riding your hair turns red to match Fizzy's.

"What the blazes!!" She presdigitates it back. "Fizzwiddle, if you don't want to end up wolf food you shall not try that again!" She snaps coldly after noticing and seems shocked and rather outraged. Then she'll vote for the party to follow Sly to Bokken's Hut as that sounds interesting enough.

Sly laughs at you, and giggles as he swivels his head to find his bearings. "Ahhhh, he heh he, yes this way... he ha he..."

Perception DC 21:
You think you heard and or saw a thing drop into the bushes over there just a bit after Alexandra's hair changed color. If you investigate just tell me and we can back step.

After following Sly for a while he says, "Leave horses here in glade between two ridges, it be safe." Sly then begins to climb up the ridge, there are natural stone steps but Sly chooses not to take them.

At this point the guide starts to smell even worse, no wait, that is not the guide but whoever is standing next to him... Fionn? Yup that is Fionn...

DC 15 Knowledge (nature):
The check is enough to confirm that the pranks are likely caused by mischievous fey creatures.

You also know that trickster fey can often be befriended with bribes (although fey generally think of these as gifts, eschewing the ugly word “bribe”). Gifts of shiny bits of jewelry, alcohol, sugary food, and potions are particularly useful, although items that incorporate cold iron are generally hated.
