Bennevy
"It would seem, then, that your kings have given you a message to deliver," Bennevy says, switching back to the Common tongue. "Otherwise, you would not be here. We would just be slaughtered and be done with. What is this message, and who is meant to hear it?"
Sid Starbridge
"If the purpose of this guy was to intimidate us, with me he was successful. I mustn't show it."
bluff: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Sid is evidently shaken.
To Benenvy: "He has said something more in that strange language? How is that you speak it? You know something?"
Bennevy
"The language is an ancient tongue called Aklo. The fact that it understood and responded in the same tongue is important. The first time I spoke to it, I spoke in infernal, and it did not reply," Bennevy replies, not bothering to lower his voice.
"I have told you all it has been willing to divulge. It appears to be a harbinger of doom, not a diplomat or messenger. It also appears to see us as little or no threat, as it has made no attempt to avoid being surrounded by us."
He sits down at the bar, and removes his journal, ink, and quill from his pouch. He then addresses the Stranger in an inquisitive, but businesslike tone.
"By what name are your race known? By what names are your Kings known? What is your name and title? All of this information is harmless to provide, if we are doomed to die."
He opens his journal to the first blank page, and prepares to take notes.
Tomid
Tomid looks at the creature with new interest and a little fear. Guys, I think he is recommending we run. We cannot fight from that wall of bones headed our way. I might can hide from it, cause I am good at hiding, but the rest of you might not, and if the thing just destroys everything in its path even hiding will not help. I say lets grab what we can and get.
Bennevy
"Well, for an immortal being, you are of little use," Bennevy responds in Common.
He closes his journal, restoppers the ink, and returns them to his pouch.
"Perhaps we should hide. It was nice chatting with you, Useless Messenger from Beyond. Best wishes for your next unlife," Bennevy says as he moves away from the bar.
Knowledge religion (is the Stranger undead?): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (2) + 6 = 8
"We both know you will not answer because you fear that we can and will use such information to stop you. You are not all-powerful. You are afraid."
"If there's an escape route, we should take it, after..." he says to the rest of the group, leaning on the last word.
Sid Starbridge
With some uncertainty Sid move in a flanking position and prepare a Bless spell to be cast if a fight start.
Ready action: cast Bless if a fight start, centered on Sid
Sid Starbridge
Sid takes a step back and cast Bless.
If we have the time before the initiative roll: 5' step to avoid an AoO and cast Bless.
2 fist level spells used of 4. If needed concentration +4
Bennevy
Bennevy reaches out to touch the Stranger, muttering something.
"Receive the warmth of Life's Fire!"
Touch Attack with Cure Light Wounds: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Ian McLaren
"Belief in evil burns," Ian says as his fire of belief targets the stranger.
touch attack and damage - only affects non-good opponents: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 31d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Well, it would, if I could hit <<grin>>

I should've noted that Bennevy's touch attack did seemed to hurt the man
His turn, he is going to rip a sword out of his cloak and ready for combat. Unfortunately for him that provokes attacks of opportunity from Ian and Bennevy who are next to him.
Then its Kirio's turn
Bennevy
Bennevy attempts to touch the Stranger again with his power.
Touch Attack with Cure Light Wounds: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Did I fumble and accidently heal Ian?...chuckle..
Kiriko Kangetsu
Kiriko moves closer, trying to not make a sound. 'We need to take him down quickly, whatever his true purpose is. Aiming for his spine should work, whether he is undead, human or an outsider, as he apears humanoid."
stealth: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
move(stealtyly) 25 ft towards the man
after closing the distance the kunoichi flings her dart at the mans neck , transfers her dagger from her tail to her hand and drawing another dart with her tail.
hit: 1d20 ⇒ 1
damage+sneak attack: 1d4 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + (3) = 5
Tomid
Gotcha. Pulling a weapon from a ready sheath does not provoke but getting out out of backpack likely would. Tomid was standing on the bar weapon out and adjacent to the enemy but I think was still flat footed so no aoo from him.
Tomid
Tomid will move to a flank before attacking, 5' stepping if possible. if not he would have to tumble.
Wakizashi: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 5 + 2 = 251d4 + 1 + 1d6 ⇒ (4) + 1 + (1) = 6
Confirm: 1d20 + 5 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 5 + 2 = 121d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Sid Starbridge
Sid move 5' trying to put himself up for flanking (I think Kiriko will benefit from it next round) and attack using his morning star in 2 hands.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Sid Starbridge
Bless: Bless fills your allies with courage. Each ally gains a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls and on saving throws against fear effects.
It was cast before the start of combat, so with my attack it s the 2nd round has started.
Bless +1 to attack, +1 to saves Vs fear 2/10.
Ian McLaren
Melee scimitar and damage with bless: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 2 + 1 = 231d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
roll to confirm and damage: 1d20 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 2 + 1 = 41d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

Bennevy's attack missed, but Tommid, Sid and Ian managed to get some good hits on the man, though he is still standing strong. He turns on Sid and attacks with his small sword
To hit 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Damage 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
He also lunges a claw attack at Bennevy
To hit 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Damage 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Kirko your turn
