Celebdan Barhador

Celebdan will ransack through the rooms one by one.
| Helikon |
After searching the house you find the following:
An examination of the table in the southwest corner reveals a neatly penned letter. Underneath the letter is a hastily scrawled note in similar handwriting, which contains the name Doulgonlir Caskmail. A long-forgotten potion of cure moderate wounds and potion of lesser restoration sit on the northwest windowsill.
Hrogar Dotsk
|
"Illusions, huh?" Hrogar asks from the other room. Everyone hears a loud clatter as he knocks something over. "Guess that wasn't one of them."
Hrogar joins Ganzer in the other room. "Wall of Names? Good thing he was kind enough to give us a clue. I'd hate to be running around this city without knowing what for."
Tajan
|
Tajan will offer to read the letter and the note."Do any of you wish to stand back before I read this in case he has inscribed some explosive runes on these?"

"We will be very respectful"
Ganzer Pendral
|
Ganzer performs a ritual to bless the dead before opening the sarcophagus. He is quiet and very respectful, taking care not to disturb the remains any more than absolutely necessary.
He looks around to see what's what.
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21
If he doesn't find anything, he will cast detect magic.
Tajan
|
"You see how respectful we are. Do you wish to offer a prayer for Arakh yourself?"
. Hoping to distract the cleric as someone else does something sneaky about the coin
Ganzer Pendral
|
"I believe I have found the message that was left for us. Perhaps we should all bow our heads in prayer for his departed soul."
Ganzer will lead a prayer and then try to retrieve the item.
Hrogar Dotsk
|
Hrogar reaches in his pocket and fingers a handful of copper coins. Considering their options, he pulled them out and reaches for Ganzer.
"Are you doing the ceremony in which you place coins over the eyes?" he asks the dwarf. "Here. Take these - oops."
Hrogar intentionally bumps Ganzer's arm and drops several coins on the body.
Bluff: 1d20 ⇒ 13
Ganzer Pendral
|
Ganzer looks at it. What is it?
Looking to the others to help close the sarcophagus for now, Ganzer says another prayer. He thanks their host, and promises to return the item once they discover what message he was trying to send.
Tajan

Sorry, no spellcraft ranks.
ah the curse of just 2 skill ranks per level
"Perhaps Janira or one of our other colleagues may be able to help us Ganzer. In the mean time sleep well brother Arakh" Tajan takes one of Hrogars coins and replaces the one taken in as reverential a manner as he can

It takes a few hours, but you find Janira. After a few moments of investigation Janira proudly proclaims.
"Wow, where did you get this, great this is a coin, a real coin, I mean a real pathfinder coin. Haven´t seen one in ages. Well you just have to take your wayfinder and hold the coin to it, like that and you hear a message!" Producing her own wayfinder she puts coin and wayfinder together and you hear the following message:The path and chamber are complete, hidden behind the nameplate of the requested aspirant and guarded by the word you requested. Fimbrik will add more.
Ganzer Pendral
|
"Ah! Well, Fimbrik did add more. Let's take this back to the crypt as promised, and then I think we need to go to the Wall of Names and see how this all fits together."
| Helikon |
You bring back the coin and walk forward to the wall of names.
Created in 4330 ar, the Wall of Names resides on the grounds of the Grand Lodge in Absalom. The monument is a curving wall of black glass that stands atop a small hill at the western edge of the lodge’s grounds. Trees surround the hill, providing ample shade and privacy
for those visiting the wall to remember fallen comrades. Carved into the wall are the name and date of death of every Pathfinder killed in the course of duty since the wall’s construction, and most entries also include a sentence or two summarizing either the agent’s greatest accomplishments or how she died.
You find the epithaths of those mentioned.

"Well, thanks to that gnome, we can probably ignore the others and just look at this Caskmail guy. Not sure I am ready to take a trip to Jalmeray, though. Anyone have a better idea? What are the 'sixteen poses' anyway?"
| Helikon |
Each of these chambers contains a small stone altar to one of the failed aspirants. Each altar stands upon a raised dais and bears a small brass nameplate identifying the aspirant and the would-be-god’s areas of interest. You check all the names and find in the southwest corner a shrine dedicated to the unlucky chap you seek.
