Hania turns to Thalia. "What now? Do you confront your father, or do you want to find another authority to report him to?"

You search the building and find letters that Tercio Andares sent to Koriana. Explaining the plan and what she needed to do.

"We should just go to the captain of the guard. Hes a true Andoran." Thalia says.

"Getting her to the authorities would serve to complete our mission. What she does after that is not under my control."

If there are no objections, we escort Thalia to the guard captain.

Also with the documents you found you know, Collectively, the documents provide incomplete evidence that the Andares family has colluded with several other noteworthy families to rig local elections and keep each other in important offices. The documents also suggest that Sander Bryton might be involved in helping Tercio Andares to remain a consul in return for similar treatment. If Thalia hears of Bryton’s possible involvement, she shares that although he is suspect, he may be able to provide you with military aid.

The captain is aghast by the evidence and the allegations, but overjoyed to see Thalia. Then Goes to arrest Tercio.

What now?

"Perhaps we should speak with Sander Bryton and see if he'll assist us with the manpower we need at the Worldwound. He initially appear eager to rescue Ms. Thalia, so perhaps his involvement in local corruption is not so egregious." Sebastian suggests to the others after the wheels have been put into motion to arrest Tercio.

Hania agrees, though she is concerned how the others might be planning to run such a conversation. No worries, I'll just turn my back and then lecture you guys later if you have to do something Hania can't approve of, not interfere during the conversation.

"Talking to this Bryton guy seems like a good idea, good job, Seb!"

You head to his office. "Hello! Thank you so much for saving my niece. The news is going around like wild fire." Bryon greets you.

Hania stands quietly next to her companions, looking imposing but not threatening. She will walk out of the room if they start going too far, but stay where she can hear them.

"Thank you for meeting with us sir! Since we were instrumental in, ahem, assisting you with rescuing your niece, we were hopeful that you could help us with another matter. Currently the Pathfinder Society is planning a military excursion into the Worldwound. If you could perhaps provide some funding for this campaign, I'm certain news of your generosity and bravery would reach all the right ears in Andoran and abroad!"

Diplomacy + Inspiration: 1d20 + 8 + 1d6 ⇒ (12) + 8 + (4) = 24

You know you have funding and need military aid.

"That being said, what would be the greatest boost to our mission would be additional manpower and material support for the campaign. If you could perhaps pledge assistance in this manner, it would go quite a way in beating back the demonic menace that threats all of the Inner Sea region!"

Unfortunately, Ella knows that her big mouth is more likely to hurt than help the situation, so she refrains from speaking.

Byrton* nods gravely, "Yes I had heard something about that. There is a group of knights that I can send that way. Their current mission, while important, can wait. Good day to you all." He says as he dismisses you.

So I'm having Sebastian aid Huni for the check... And that's the mission!

The courts eventually convict Tercio of betraying his oath of office and Common Rule, stripping him of property and position. Further investigations may eventually lead to the conviction of Sander Bryton, but he survives the Andares case practically unscathed. Thalia’s unswerving adherence to Common Rule and her role in rooting out corruption cause the judge to favor her request to maintain much of the family’s property with some concessions, and she donates much of the Andares fortune to the Pathfinder Society. And Bryton is good to his word sending a contingent of Eagle Knights to assist the Pathfinders.

Definitely interested in another, if we can find one that we can all play. I know I'm kinda a problem on that front though, as I'm running low on scenarios my level 1 characters can play.
