"A Rawbones! Undead!" Mohktar shouts and bring his weapon to bear, the old Temple Sword held at the ready, it's ancient magics alive in his hands. "Only weapons of magic and silver can harm it."

He launches into a flurry of sword strikes attempting to keep the undead filth pressed in the room. But he knows he'll need his friends to surmount this challenge an takes a step back towards the hallway.

The foul undead moans and a stream of black lumpy vomit dribbles down from the corner of it's mouth to splatter wetly on the floor! Suddenly you are violently assaulted by the most unimaginable stench, and you all feel terribly queasy as your stomach starts doing flips as your dinner tries to escape!

Everyone but Shikyomaru (far enough away), Lilly and Mohktar are nauseated!

Choosing to ignore the stench in an act of supreme will, Mohktar moves quicker than a flash to unleash a furious but deadly accurate sequence of strikes against the hideous undead monstrosity! 29 damage.

With frightening speed, the disgusting creature retaliates, smacking out with both powerful fists. It's arms glisten disgustingly with the meat and sinew exposed! However Mohktar is simply too fast to be caught out.

Ah? I was going over those charts and it described a +1 enhancement (not mwk) to be able to have flaming. Otherwise i'll have to redo the sword calculations, maybe even sell things.

The flaming enchantment is equivalent in cost to +1 I.e. the cost is the same as a +2. Anyway it counts as magic which is the important bit :)

Cool.

Shikyomaru slashes at the letters with great force, opening a rent in the wall. Some of the wood paneling comes away and the letters on it fade. However the letter 'k' appears on the wall, and Shikyomaru is gripepd by a terrible migraine, complete with bizarre multi-colored auras left by the trails of his sword! Yet more wis drain, kill the hunt and it goes!

Barely holding his gorge down, Alwyn staggers back out of the fetid cloud!

Lilly moves in to strike, but the abomination flicks out one meaty fist in an attempt to block her advance, but it clangs uselessly on her breastplate! It has reach.

Mohktar moves in and attacks, but the footing is slippery and several of his lunges are a fraction off in result. He does score one good hit however on the repulsive thing's back as it turns away from the monk. One hit, 10 damage.

The creature enraged by the burn Lilly gave it, reaches into it's exposed bowls to pull out a loop of fetid intestine. It begins swirling this disgusting rope like a lasso and it throws it over her head and begins to reel her in!

Lilly is lassoed round the neck by the "rope". Not only is this totally gross, it's also going to start strangling her from next round.

When the creature comes in to lasso Lilly, it exposes it's belly to her. She rams her sword up the hilt. It screeches and comes anyway.

Between the creatures smell and the sight of it's entrails wrapped around Lilly's neck; it's all Alwyn can do to stay in the room at this moment. Forget trying to speak or act, his feet acting of their own accord begin to back away from the creature.

Pratavh isn't nauseated, but can't do much from there.

Shikyomaru's headache gets steadily worse, and convinces the letters are stealing his soul, he smashes a large chunk out of the wall in a frenzy! His actions reveals a hidden compartment, containing a partially mummified human skull! The skull winks at him! Suddenly his headache vanishes. Wis damage gone.

Alwyn casts Haste!

Lilly sends pure positive energy flooding into the undead abomination, burning it hideously!

Mohktar's sword bites repeatedly into the undead's neck and shoulders, decapitating it! It falls to the floor twitching.

You hear a flutter of wings from the lounge and another cackle! Suddenly the lights grow dim and the shadows begin to lengthen crazily!

Pratavh yells out, "Those devils just went invisible! Watch for them." He quickly moves up with the rest of the group and then casts a spell, a web appears in the hall, hopefully between the devils and the stairs up. "The kid went up, we'd better follow him."
This assumes that the stairs the kid went up would not be on the other side of the web from us, adjust placement if needed so we can still follow the kid upstairs.

As the vile rawbones falls, Mohktar hears the child scream in terror. The monk is horrified to see the little one fleeing into the house and up the stairs! Worse still, the three abominations following him threaten the calmness in his center as the creatures seek greedily for the child.

Pretty sure you should be doing +7 not +6 dmg per shot. I think you're missing either the +1 from 13 str or +1 from the bow itself.

Like a machine, Alwyn launches four arrows in as meany heartbeats. All but the last one strike the greater shadow, puncturing through it to tear out puffs of inky shadow essence! Visibly diminished, the shadow moves among the party with frightening speed raking Alywn with one void cold claw!

Hasted Incorporeal touch -> Alwyn: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 11 + 1 = 18Str Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 1
Alywn you have 12 str now, and the bow is too strong for you. There's a penalty to hit of -2 IIRC.

Another greater shadow falls upon Mohktar, and it's searing touch chills the flesh of the monk, making his limbs feel heavy and his sword sluggish.

The smaller shadows unable to see Shikyomaru, swarm the boy cowering behind him! Pradip easily ducks from one attack but the other grazes him and he feels a blast of grave cold numb his arm, sapping him of strength!

Another small shadow, this one shockingly fast rakes out at Lilly, but she nimbly dodges back out of harms way!

Mohktar can not see any of the evil cherubs, but instead he defends himself against the shadow bearing down on him! His sword connects once and twice with a bow that should have neatly decapitated any normal opponent. The shadow looses some essence but no where near as much as Mohktar hoped...
You lost +2 dmg per hit, and it's incorporeal so no crit and it takes 1/2 damage.

Lilly! You forgot inspire ;) You also got the maths wrong on your damage, it should be 1d6+4 with another +2 for inspire.

Lilly slashes twice at the smaller shadow, it's unpredictable fast movements makes it hard to hit, but she strikes once, and then twice! her blows slice off little puffs of shadow stuff - still the wounds are less impressive than she might have hoped. Incorporeal <3

Shikyomaru man, I so want you to shred these, but you don't have a ghost touch weapon :/

An incorporeal creature is immune to critical hits and precision-based damage (such as sneak attack damage) unless the attacks are made using a weapon with the ghost touch special weapon quality. In addition, creatures with the incorporeal subtype gain the incorporeal special quality.

Shikyomaru hits the nearest shadow closest to the boy three times with great precision! If it had been a man, it would have died on the first blow yet it takes three blows to dispatch it into inky shadow essence that fades into the background!
Still the smaller ones don't have that many HP...

Shiko concentrates hard and the air shimmers around him, it looks as if 1d4 ⇒ 4 shadow clones have begin mirroring his movements.

Using a Ki point to use shadow clone, it works exactly like mirror image. Just noticed I have -1 STR, that drops my att/damage by 1...I think.

@Pratavh I changed your attack to the smaller shadow since the bigger one had 1 hp left, besides you'd have missed anyway. Hope that's OK.

Hand glowing with a nimbus of power, Pratavh reaches out to touch the smaller shadow. A thunderous detonation of force flings the abomination back, shattering it into a cloud of shadow esscence which boils away into nothingness...

The oni tries to break loose from it's bonds, but it's useless they're too sicky!

Longsword is a 1d8, you're confusing it with a shortsword maybe? (1d6).

I doubt the woman has 57 dmg, it'd be pretty sweet if she did.

The blade in Mohktar's hand feels heavy, his muscles burning with the exertion to merely wield the weapon. The demon smoke (Shadow) it drains my strength... The monk summons his will and redirects his attacks, opting for his hand and feet while ticking the temple sword away parallel with his right arm in a reverse grip.

Mohktar steels himself and enters an advanced kata and quite literally shadow boxes with a 1-2-3 punch combo, a foot sweep which misses followed by an upper cut which knocks a cloud of shadow stuff from the undead horror!

Lilly casts protection from evil communal. The silvery radiance everyone's fight, and almost providing Shikyomaru enough protection to uncloud his mind. Sadly it's not enough and the ninja manages to cut himself on the foot with his own katana as he swings it wildly!

Perception Pratavh: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21 --> NO

Lilly feels the beating of wings as the Zebub flies in invisibly, she swipes wildly with her sword, unable to pinpoint it exactly, but by fluke she manages to score a solid hit!

Oh Lilly, you cast communal protection from evil, did you try to touch anyone to give it to them too? If so who? Please bear in mind we are in combat rounds so no way you can touch everyone.
