I'm going to make a recommendation for the party:

Traveling Formation

This puts our Paladin up front with support melee one square back (Balin's undead companion and the dervish bard) and keeps artillery one square further back (our alchemist) and protects the primary spellcasters/familiars in the rear.

Thoughts?

Just a general heads-up, for the month of August I won't have much weekend posting time. I'm in crunch-time on a Pathfinder project that needs to be done at month end and packing/preparing to move at the beginning of Sept (provided the apartment is ready and it doesn't get pushed back again x_x).

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up on that! :)

Have had a PM from Olwyn...she has a load of RL issues so is stopping PbP for now. I will DMPC her for a while - longer term, I will work out whether to keep party size at 4 or invite a replacement.

Figured something like that was up.

Since it's a 10' wide corridor, with Gazzer and Zazou at the top of the stairs and the creature at the base, I imagine it looks something like this (key: S-Sinspawn, G-Gazzer, Z-Zazou, B-Balin, K-Kairen, C-Skeletal Companion, O-Olwyn):

So I'm going to have Balin's companion double move down the stairs, around the sinspawn (provoking an AoO) and then into flanking with Gazzer. So it should look like this afterward:

Looks fine to me...post away and I will roll up any Attacks of Opporunity that are forthcoming.

Just a heads up guys, I'm finally moving into my new apartment over the next few days and will be painting the rooms and doing a little bit of touch-up work on the place. After tonight my posting availability will be a little sparse until I get settled in, probably Monday or Tuesday.

If anyone needs to GMPC me feel free. I'll be trying to keep up but I might lag behind a little!

I am sure everyone will be enjoying the festive period far too much to keep up a posting schedule....so I will wish everyone a happy holiday...and catch up again sometime after Christmas......

Just to give you guys a heads-up, I'm super busy because of the holidays and haven't been on the Internet outside of my phone in a few days. I'll be delayed in updating things till this weekend, most likely, though if I manage to steal a little time here and there I will!

Just giving Balin another bit of time to act and then Imight have to DMPC him for the first round...I know he is probably more than a little busy with RPG Superstar plus it's been a public holiday in America...

A little good news to offset the delay then: I FINALLY have some internet I can rely on! As long as it doesn't have major issues of its own, I should be good from now on.

Hey guys, I'm alive! Superstar has sucked a lot of life out of me, however, though since I didn't win I won't be saddled with additional work that'll keep me away from my games. I'm going to take the rest of this week to decompress after everything that's gone on, and I'll be back to my normal efficacy on Monday. Sorry for how things have ground to a halt these last couple months, but that's past now!

If you need to GMPC me for the next few days, please feel free to, I won't mind at all. I should've said something to that effect before radio-silence kicked in.

don't feel too bad; a lot of extra footwork and attention span have been yanked form me as of late having to get around just to get online. I should also (hopefully) have a new monitor monday, so a lot of this should be alleviated by then.

Hey guys, it might be obvious by now but I haven't had a lot of time lately. My office no longer permits access to the Paizo boards while I'm working, so a lot of my free time to post and play PbPs has been cut out. Given that and my busier schedule, I've had to drop a bunch of PbPs, and this one unfortunately is also on the list. I'm sorry it took so long to be sure I'd have to back out, but it's official. I've had a lot of fun, though, and I hope you guys will be able to continue (maybe with an injection of fresh PC blood.)

Sorry to hear. I guess that leaves us with two players and that's too few. Guess we'll have to call it quits then...

I was thinking the same guys...it has been a lot of fun and, whilst it would have been good to see it through, I think we really lost momentum somewhere along the way...
