"Hey, that was the wrong answer. I will leave you alone now to think about the correct one. I will come tomorrow again to ask you again. Good evening." Niamh says bowing and walking outside to find Tauriell.
Mrs. Heidmarch get's up and orders Niamh "I'm tired of your games. Get out now."
As Niamh is gone Mrs. Heidmarch calls Margaret. "Please make sure this little pest doesn't bother me again."
"As you wish." Margaret replies.
"And Margaret, please tell Gwenhwyfar Yongisdottir that she shall keep an eye on that halfling that she doesn't ruin the guesthouse." Mrs. Heidmarch adds.
"I'll take care of that." Margaret replies and leaves the office again.
Niamh walks back to the guest house and to the table to find Tauriell.
Out of Tauriell's room it calls back "What?"
Niamh walks to Tauriell's room until she stands in front of Tauriell's door. "May I come in?" She asks with a low-spirited voice.
"Sure. What crawled up your ass and died?" Tauriell inquires.
Niamh opens the door and closes it behind her. Tauriell's question lets her smirk for a moment. "Mrs. Heidmarch hates me. She didn't even listen until I finished."
"So she is not fond of your special qualities?" Tauriell chuckles.
"Ey, that's not funny!" Niamh says angrily.
"It's not?" Tauriell asks with a smirk on her face.
"Everyone hates me." Niamh crys.
"But nevertheless you could do me a favour tomorrow. You told me if I'm nice to Margaret she will maybe let me to Mrs. Heidmarch, do you remember? You know, Mrs. Heidmarch looked really annoyed by me, so probably she won't let me in tomorrow. Could you go Mrs. Heidmarch and ask her if she would, only maybe, let me change the outfit of the room I'm sleeping in?"
"And make her throwing me out too? No!" Tauriell declines the request. "And don't cry me a river!"
"Have you thought about buying a house of your own? You didn't spend much money on equipment. Maybe you can afford one." Tauriell suggests.
"Mrs. Heidmarch suggested that too." Niamh says sitting down onto Tauriell's bed and dangles her feet. "But I want to buy really good equipment when I have enough money. And besides, I have to make sure there's enough money for the daily breakfast. You know, the group becomes expensive." Niamh smiles.
"You could buy a big house and rent out the rooms to us. If you offer breakfast and the other meals I'm sure most would be willing to pay something for that."
"But it would have to big enough for all of us including Carl and Ernard and everyone else Jimmy is going to hire."
"I can't buy a big house. It's not enough money. And before I'd buy a house I would buy a farm for horses and unicorns. You will be allowed to ride a pink one." Niamh jokes.
"I thought only virgins could ride unicorns." Tauriell replies with a smirk.
Niamh blushes. "Oh sorry. I forgot about .. that." She replies looking at her dangling feet.
"If you don't mind I'd like to go to sleep now. I guess we'll have more killing to do tomorrow." Tauriell says.
"Sure. Good night." Niamh replies and goes into her own room. She sits down on her own bed and packs out her violin. She starts playing the songs Jayleen gave her.
And after a while she manages to play the first song liquid and almost by heart.
Abomentolor walks to the guest house. Seeing the stacks of coins he grabs one and goes to his room. He throws himself on the bed and tries to sleep.
"Hey stop that. Some people are trying to sleep here." Abomentolor shouts while hammering on the wall.
The woman follows the gnome to the manor grounds and hides behind a tree. From there she observes the house.
Niamh takes out her journal and draws a * into it. Under the
'The bard cut capers, she sung, she did imitations
Of different people in the building, she joked,
just to make their group members laugh.' part she infixes 'But nevertheless everyone is annoyed of her she notices as she woke.'
"Finally. Silence." He tugs himself into his blanket and falls asleep.
On the Irespan

The sun went down. The already visible moon is accompanied by more and more stars. The orange stripe at the horizon becomes red and then purple and finally the light fades leaving the cloud free sky full of stars.
The city becomes more quiet. In some houses the lamps are lighted shining through the windows into the night. But most just close their window shutters. In the Alabaster district the streets are lighted by magical street lights. And the light house in the harbor throws it's beam out onto the sea.
With the sun gone it becomes chill.
"I'm getting cold." Gwenhwyfar states.
Jimmy wraps his arms around Gwen's shoulders and pulls her tight against him. "Thank you for being here with me."
"Can we stay for the night?" Gwenhwyfar asks. "It must be wonderful to be waked by the sun here."
"Besides it being cold up here, I don't see any reason why not. Perhaps a bit further from the edge though?" Jimmy says smiling down at Gwen
"We should have brought a blanket." Gwenhwyfar muses as she gets up to move away from the edge. "Let's go over to the other side of the bridge where the sun will come up." she suggests.
Jimmy stands to follow her. "It just means you are going to have to cuddle with me tightly tonight. I am not compaining."
"Let's see how you think about it tomorrow morning. I'd love to sleep on top of you and cuddle all night." Gwenhwyfar replies with a smile.
"Don't make promises unless you can keep them my dear." Jimmy says sticking out his tongue
"I don't understand. What do you mean?" she asks pointing to a place where the bridge's stones are mostly free of rubble and have a smooth surface. "Want to make yourself comfortable?"
"I didn't think you were actually serious." Jimmy says sweeping some small stones out of the are and then lying down. "I think I am ready."
Gwenhwyfar places herself on Jimmy. Her face turned to the side where the sun will come up her head resting on his chest. "Why would I not? It is far more comfortable as on the hard stone."
"Well this is rather... intimate. And you seem to be avoiding that with me lately... So I just thought..." Jimmy trails off, unsure what to say
"What should I say to that? You're wrong."
Gazing into the distance she thinks about it and tries to explain herself. "Sometimes I'm unsure in a situation if it is too much. Then it depends on you if you can make me feel safe. If not the moment is ruined and I need a break."
"But here and now I'm fine. We're just going to lie here and enjoy being close together. We've been there and it was a good thing."
"I think I understand... Thank you for explaining." Jimmy says stroking her hair. After a few moments he says "Sleep well Gwen."
"You too." Gwenhwyfar replies before closing her eyes.
The stone of the bridge is rather warm from the sun shining all day. The night passes without anything taking notice of the two lying on the bridge.
The noise of the sea is blocking out almost everything else. A constant breeze blows from the sea and here and there the noise of some nocturnal bird is heard.
As the night passes the sky becomes brighter at the horizon casting out the stars until finally the bright yellow edge of the sun comes up.
Niamh wakes up as the sun rises. The violin is still next to her on the bed and her journal and pen are too.
She packs her things and swings her backpack onto her back. Then Niamh opens the door quietly and walks the way to the gate. She sits down her legs crossed and plays her transverse flute while waiting for the buns and apple pie.

Jimmy is woken by the sun shining on his face, he gently caresses Gwen's head and back in an attempt to slowly ease her awake.
Gwenhwyfar squinnies into the rising sun. "Good morning." she greets Jimmy with a happy smile. She feels a bit stiff from the chilling temperatures at the early morning.
"It's a beautiful view to wake up to." Jimmy says looking only at her
Laying her head on Jimmy's chest again and looking at the rising sun through her squinted eyes she replies "Yes. Marvellous." avoiding to react to the compliment but it is heart-warming for her to be greeted that way.
"Did you sleep well my dear?" Jimmy whispers
"I slept rather well. Even with you holding me it is a bit chill but besides that I'm fine." Gwenhwyfar replies. "Next time we will bring a blanket."
"And how was your sleep?"
At the side of Jimmy a warm furry something unrolls itself and stretches.
Destinée then places herself in front of Gwenhwyfar's face blocking the view. "Meow!"
