If I may make a suggestion, since Ravan doesn't have any sort of non-normal vision, perhaps it would be a good idea to have her in back with a torch (might need to make one), with Eri in front of her un-transformed since she has low-light vision, a torch behind her isn't bad. Then slightly ahead have Aleister and Gio.
Except that in my beast form I have darkvision, not just low light vision. That's why I was asking.

Since I'm not the best at strategy though, I wanted to wait and hear what our nimble friend wanted me to do. I didn't know if he would want to attract attention to ourselves by using torches, or if he wanted me to lead them using my dark vision and stuff. I'm not the brightest bulb in the pack, that's why I wait for other people to tell me what to do.
I'm also not as creative in my thinking as you guys are, that's why I've been shy about running the My Little Pony game, cuz I'm afraid of sucking at it, and I would want you guys to have fun with it....I just not sure if I could do it or not. I haved the whole starter box and a beginning adventure.

If I may make a suggestion Ravan, get your crossbow ready. If the thing takes off, you could shoot at it. Perhaps even imbue the weapon with Arcane Strike?

Would everyone be comfortable with the rule that if you roll a Nat 20, and it hits, it auto-crits?

Not if the same applied to the bad guys. That could really work against us I think.
Especially for those of us who tend to rage and drop our defense to do more damage.

Law of averages says that more 20's are rolled against us than by us. We stand to lose a lot more, face more enemies, and get hurt much worse by autocrits.

Since my whole schtick is to provoke AoO's I'm gonna have to pass.
I guess what I'm trying to explain about how Eri sees things is that, while I as a person and player can fully understand the dgow society and their attitudes towards other races and can tell when someone's annoyance is directed at me or not, Eri can't. She doesn't have that knowledge about that race and she's not that discerning. So, to Eri she just sees someone being mean and unfair to them for what to her, seems like no reason. That's why she's acting the way she is.
To the drow, Eri probably just seems like a brat that needs a good smack, to Eri...the drow seems like a mean nasty woman that just needs to get laid...badly. Lol
You may want to bring that up to with Ravan or Aleister. They seem to be willing to take one for the team. ;)

Sorry....it just sorta spiraled outta controlled. If it helps, Eri was asking you stuff...but answering her own questions at the same time. Since she realized the dark elf heard her, she had to act quickly to explain what she meant to avoid getting smacked....almost got smacked anyways...but that's what I get for prying into someone's personal feelings that I don't know. I just...I'm trying something different than just lashing out when someone upsets me. I just figure that if someone is acting a certain wzy, there has to be something behind it.... so I asked some personal yet honest questions. I just know what another hurting person looks like. They usually use snide remarks to hide what they're really feeling.
