When Maqan indicates she's ready Jeffrey will do as he said, and pulls the rope so Maqan comes off of the floor.

Jeffrey's fairly sure the rat's dead by now, but he draws his bastard sword and attacks the animal anyway.

Jeffrey lowers Maqan so she can tie the rope to the crate's handle. "Understood!"

He pulls the rope again when Maqan's ready, and makes sure she gets back on the floor next to him. After this Jeffrey pulls the rope that's attached to the crate through the crane's hook/ring, and will attempt to lift the crate up. "I may need some additional weight on this end," he informs the others, indicating he may need some help with the crate if it proves too heavy.

"Wow, this is quite a find," Jeffrey says as he picks up a bag of (white?) powder. "If this is the good stuff we can sell it for a nice price on the black market."

Jeffrey puts one bag of powder in his backpack, together with the flask of acid. He studies the marks on the cards, and which side of the dice are loaded, before he puts the deck of marked cards and one set of loaded dice in his bag as well. "You guys can have the other stuff."

The smile on Jeffrey's face widens when he thinks of all the money he's going to make with the items he just acquired.

You come into the disheveled shop again. Guaril Karela comes from behind the counter and greets you with a nod of acknowledgement.
"I hope you have the goods. Were they hard to find?"
He seems very happy at the return of the little mahogany box. He takes it behind the counter and stuffs it away quickly.
"Thank you very much for the services! I will tell Ambrus Valsin about your excellent work. Oh, and here is a little reward for bringing everything back intact."
He hands everyone of you a small bag, containing 111Gp each.
"So where will you be going now? I heard you had several missions today?"
His tone indicates that he wants you out as soon as possible.

You notice someone watching you from across the street. The person seems to be staring quite intently at the group. As soon as you notice him he disappears into the crowd.

How will you travel? And feel free to roleplay the parts in between. I will post the next section for when you guys are ready to advance.

Upon arriving at the Temple of the Shining Star, you are immediately directed to Ollysta Zadrian. This paladin of Sarenrae is young in her years, but holds herself with the poise of a queen and warrior simultaneously. As she notices your arrival, she strides forward, addressing the group in a strong voice.

“Thank the light of Sarenrae you have arrived! I knew Ambrus would come through for us in the Silver Crusade. I desperately need you to bring medicine to an orphanage and let me know if the headmistress, Gilga Baltwin, is deserving of our charity. Since our quest began, the needy have clamored for our aid, and I suspect some are abusing our generosity. It may sound cruel, but there are plenty of dishonest people out in the world eager for easy gold.

“Do you know of the Silver Crusade? After discovering so many factions splintered the Society, a number of us banded together to proliferate the cause of charity and kindness using the Society’s resources. As it is said, ‘The Dawn brings new light’ and I’ve made it my life’s work to use our recent darkness to bring a new light to the world and to the Pathfinder Society.

I apologize for straying off point. Will you bring this parcel of medicine to Auntie Baltwin’s Home for Recovery in the Eastgate district?”

She seems very eager to help you on your way.

She turns to the others in the carriage. "Did you see that man watching us on the other side of the street? He disappeared before I could get a good look at him, but I think someone's watching our progress. Maybe the Society is keeping an eye on us?"

In the temple...:
"Medicine, eh? Well, it's better that children get well than stay sick. Sure, We're probably able to go. Maybe you want to send along an extra pouch of gold to make sure that their needs are fully met?" Diplomacy: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21

On your way you may ask people about Auntie Baltwin with diplomacy or knowledge local rolls. I would recommend walking to the home for this reason!

From the Temple of the Shining Star to Auntie Baltwin's home you come across a market, it is quite a bustling place. Most everyone seems really busy with their daily tasks.

If you ask anyone for information at the market:

You are directed by the kind stranger to Miltivis, the one who runs the market.

After you pass the market you arrive at your destination. No one is outside the home but the neighbors are gardening in their front garden. When you look around the street you see someone sitting on a bench. The older man sits across the street in front of quite a fancy building. No one seems to be on the streets beside them.

You are free to choose what you want to do :) Are you heading in or are you going to get some local intel first?

Jeffrey, due to the nature of the off jobs company he runs, isn't a stranger to gathering info. Miltivis joins the group to guide them to the home. On the way he tells you the information he knows.
"I have known Auntie Baltwin for over 3 decades. Well not really known, she is one of the regular customers and a good one too. Although from time to time she can be quite demanding and often rude to the other customers. She has kept my supplier of fine whiskeys in business for a very long time.

Once you arrive at the home he bids you farewell and strolls away the way you came. Jeffrey points out the neighbors and asks them what they can tell about her.
