Round 1: Celen, Inlé & Sialea are up!

Sialea |

Sialea wasn't enthused about this fight, they seemed to be running into continuous waves of creatures to fight. She was running dangerously low on magic and wanted to conserve it but knew that she needed to do something to lessen the odds against them. She focused and cast one of her regular spells, a shadowy bear trap latching onto the shadow of the creature straight ahead of them. Her spell done she said, "Don't go out there, let them come to us. They will have to come in only two at a time."
I cast Shadow Trap (DC 15) on the critter next to D1

Inlé |

Inlé readies a swing at the first animal that runs up on him or Edynn.
Greatsword: 1d20 + 9 - 1 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 9 - 1 + 1 = 15
Slashing: 2d6 + 6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 3) + 6 + 3 = 18
HP: 20/30

damage: 1d8 ⇒ 1
"No sense in waiting I suppose"
He said with a sigh taking aim and firing his crossbow over the battle bunny at the creature in front of them.

GM_Ironcat |

Celen's bolt slices along an animal's foreleg, leaving a cut. It promptly races forward and leaps at the bunny--only to be sliced open with one brutal strike.
Three more leap at the adventurers, one of them setting off Celen's frost rune...
1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
...and the sudden burst of cold causes the beast's fur to flash freeze, and it collapses before it can bite.
Chomp vs. Inlé: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
Chomp vs. Edynn: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
The two creatures snap and bite at the two warriors, unable to land a good hit.
Edynn is up!

Edynn |

Side-stepping the creature's leaping attack, Edynn throws a quick punch in retaliation, finding it to be quicker than she anticipated.
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
1d6 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Bleed: 1d4 ⇒ 4

Inlé |

Inlé whacks the beast trying to bite him.
Greatsword: 1d20 + 9 - 1 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 9 - 1 + 1 = 18
Slashing: 2d6 + 6 + 3 ⇒ (6, 3) + 6 + 3 = 18
HP: 20/30

Celen |

He reloaded and frowned at the creatures. They certainly were determined. Everything was happening to so fast he wasnt sure he would be able to get another good shot off so he kept back out of the way.
holding action In case someone needs healing

Sialea |

With one of the creatures near, and her magic nearly depleted, Sialea pulled out her sling and began to whirl it. At the end of her fourth spin she snapped a bullet at the creature before her.
sling: 1d20 + 2 - 4 ⇒ (5) + 2 - 4 = 31d3 ⇒ 1

Edynn |

Her body settling into a perfectly balanced combat stance, Edynn strikes with a pair of lightning-fast blows, her hands almost a blur as she attacks.
Flury: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16
Bludgeoning: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Bleed: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Flury: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Bludgeoning: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Bleed: 1d4 ⇒ 4

Sialea |

Taking out another bullet Sialea tried to strike the nearest of the creature once more. This time she didn't even hold the bullet in the sling long enough to twirl it once before it dropped to the ground.
sling: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 41d4 ⇒ 3

Inlé |

Sorry, busy weekend.
Inlé hops at the last creature, sword trailing behind him.
Greatsword: 1d20 + 9 - 1 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 9 - 1 + 1 = 18
Slashing: 2d6 + 6 + 3 ⇒ (5, 1) + 6 + 3 = 15

"WHO'S TOP OF THE FOOD CHAIN NOW?" Inlé bellows as he frees his blade from the remains of the last beast. Taking a few breaths he turns to the others and calmly adds "Which door now?"

"I believe the answer is you Inle' "
He said with a smile giving the fury filled rabbit warrior a friendly nod. He held up his holy symbol and focused letting out a wave of positive healing energy.

Edynn |

Edynn notes the sensation as Celen's power washes over herm closing the majority of her wounds. Inlé's roar of triumph brings a small smile to her lips as she turns to reply to his question.
Shouldn't your channel do 2d6 now?

Edynn |

"I would suggest beginning with the doors the furthest to our left, and working our way across until we have checked them all." the android offers.

Inlé |

"Right!" Inlé agrees before quickly hopping over to do just that, stopping and listening at the door first.
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21

Inlé |

Stopping before he opens the door Inlé quickly hops back over to the others. "There's talking on the other side, I don't speak the language but it sounded choppy and forceful, not very pleasant."

Sialea |

Sialea nodded in agreement with their choice of door and when Inle mentioned what he heard she moved over to press her ear close to it and try to hear the words.
Perception: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10

GM_Ironcat |

I'm back! Really sorry for the delay!
The doors slide open.
The walls of the chamber beyond are battered and dented, and flickering lights on the ceiling give the room a phantasmagoric cast. A mound of rubble sits heaped to the north, while numerous strange containers lie in haphazard piles throughout the chamber. A pair of desks with chairs are placed to the south.
In the room are two half-orc men, each dressed in well-fitted studded leathers and with finely polished bucklers on their arms. One of them carries a length of metal pipe as long as a man's arm, and the other carries what looks like a jury-rigged spear made of jagged bits of scrap metal on a stick. The spear carrier is standing by an open door on the far side of the room, while the pipe carrier is pointing his weapon at the party and growling.
"Close enough! Stop right there!" The pipe carrier barks.

Sialea |

Sialea looked in on the half-orcs and saw their rather belligerent attitude and said, "Oh, I didn't know anyone else was down here?" She gave them a curious look and asked, "Did you come in by way of the water too?"

Sialea |

Sialea nodded in complete agreement, "You're right, it isn't pleasant but for what's down here it's worth it." As he spoke about the "truly faithful" Sialea asked, "So are you worshipping a particular god here? I didn't know there was a temple in these ruins." She showed interest in her posture as she asked, "could you tell me of the one you give your faith to?"
It was around then that she heard the voice demanding answers and looked nervously at the half-orc she'd spoken with to see what he would do in response to the loud voice.

GM_Ironcat |

"We revere the one true God. The great speaker, He Who Stands Apart--" The half-orc starts before being interrupted by the accented voice again.
"Oh, get on with it."
The owner of the accent steps into view, their nose twitching like mad. Standing next to the now-uncomfortable-looking half-orc is a very large, cream-coloured & lop-eared rabbit, standing on his hind legs and carrying what looks like an axe made of crudely-lashed together bits of scrap in his paws. He's dressed in patchwork studded leathers with the sleeves torn off, and a smudge of some manner of green paint is across his twitching nose. His brown eyes widen when he sees Inlé.
"He's talking about Hellion." The large rabbit says, resting his scrap-battleaxe on his shoulder.

Edynn studies the large rabbit with interest, noting Inlé's response as well as the brandished weapon.

Sialea noticed the big bunny man and asked Inle, "So are you a child and still growing into your size or is he just bigger than you are?" She looked at the half-orc and the big bunnyman and asked, "So I've never heard of this 'Hellion', what can you tell me about him?"

GM_Ironcat |

The rabbit chuckles at Sia's question to Inlé. "I've grown to my full measure, two-legs. Name's Hackfoot."
"Hellion's a God, kit." Hackfoot looks back at the rabbit ranger. "A god of technology, a god of exiles and strength. He brings all who would listen into the fold, and demands the blood of those who denounce him."
As Hackfoot speaks, the other half-orc creeps back into the room. Both half-orcs are eying the party with interest--one of them is eying Sialea in particular.
"He speaks to those without direction. Especially those hunted by the League." Hackfoot gives Edynn a glance.

Sialea |

Sialea noticed the half-orcs and rabbitman were eying their group with interest as she thought over the name of this "god" Hellion. It seemed vaguely familiar but she couldn't quite say why. It was around then that she noticed one of the half-orcs was eying her with particular interest and realized trouble might be brewing.
She decided to take the opportunity to get what information she could and Sia asked, "How did you come to know of Hellion?" She kept a wary eye on the overly interested half-orc thinking through what she would need to do if he came after her. In case she was wrong though...

Inlé |

Sialea noticed the big bunny man and asked Inle, "So are you a child and still growing into your size or is he just bigger than you are?"
Inlé jerked his head towards Sialea, mouth half open as if he was offended before he looked back over at the much larger bunny and then back to Psychic. "Actually, I'm not quite sure."

GM_Ironcat |

They stop cold when your voice sounds in his head. And then they're hastily removed.
SORRY SORRY SORRY DON'T WANT HELLION TO BE MAD AT ME PLEASE DON'T TELL!
The half-orc interested in Sialea abruptly stops ogling her and stands upright, his spine perfectly straight and tense.
"Have you ever been out to Scrapwall, strange one?" Hackfoot tilts his head at Sia. "It is where castoffs collect, and it is where Hellion made His presence known."
"My old warren elder claimed that His path would only lead to ruin. Redtooth's words held sway with many of the older and younger, but Hellion offered us something great." Hackfoot spreads his arms wide. The party notices the number '83' stitched into the fur of his right forearm. "A chance at power! A chance to strike at the Technic League that continues to hunt us!"
