Frunthpyllin
Frunthpyllin climbs down from the tree he was hiding in. Dashing to his horse, he swings into the saddle. He nudges it closer to Sir Vuk’s horse and unties it from the tree.
”Ready,” he says.
Initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

As the party reacts to the conflict between Vuk and the Inquisitor, I'm going to give them each one extra round, and from then on handle initiative as normal. So Vuk will get off his attack...
-As Vuk reaches for his weapon, the elderly man pulls a pair of short swords with amazing speed for one so old, and swings at Vuk's neck with one of them, trying to slash his throat open...
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
-Perhaps his age or excitment causes the blow to go wide...but he sidesteps the knight's clumsy counterattack, avoiding the deadly hammerblow.
-You can do better than that, sirHe taunts, before taking up a defensive posture, one sword raised above his head, the other held in a back hand stance, grasping the hilt rather than the handle.
-If there are guards in the tower, they are waiting behind the arrow slits. They can't fire at the base of the tower, as the tower lacks murder holes.

"They have crossbows? In case they haven't left their post, let me draw their fire. You should be able to advance freely once they've fired on me."
Once his turn comes Garian will advance on the tower in full view. His plan is to drop prone (a free action, +4 AC vs ranged attacks) if the crossbows fire. He'll be trying to move so he has hard cover to drop behind if possible.

The inquisitor sidesteps around you and goes in for the kill.
Avoid this, sir,
He swings his swords at you, one at your knees, the other at your throat
Attack: 2d1 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1) + 2 = 4
Attack: 2d1 + 2 ⇒ (1, 1) + 2 = 4
1d1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
1d1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
-The man is old, and his blows lack speed or accuracy.
Damn, I have spoken too soon I think...
Vuk Gniewom
Do you want to reroll those attacks, you used a d1 not a d20
Vuk raised his warhammer high above his head and swing it at the old man again.
Power Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13
Doubt that hits but if it does
Damage: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13

Clenching the leads for Sir Vuk’s horse in his left hand with the comment, ”Your master needs you,” Frunthpyllin urges his own horse into the field with a heel kick. Seeing the two bolts go sailing past Garian, Frunthpyllin races for the tower.
His intention is to get Sir Vuk his horse in case he needs to escape quickly as well as get to the tower and help Sir Vuk fight. A running horse covers 80' per round?
Garian Talethiel
His mount functions as a druid’s animal companion, using the cavalier’s level as his effective druid level. I would guess that it's intelligence is normal (at least until he's level 4 and can add an ability score increase). It's going to want to help him although I don't think it will understand what's said to it.
Even with normal Int it will probably follow Frunthpyllin's horse though. It's a herd animal thing.

Abd-Allah Asim Asad
Seeing the bolts frie out at Garian Asim runs forward to the tower as well, He bases up to the tower.
Vuk, I will not assist unless you deem it so, It is your honor. You men in side, We have your commander surrounded and are at the tower. Come out with no weapons drawn and you will be spared. If we can conduct our business you will not die this day.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10 nice time for a "1" geez

No need to drop prone, they can't shoot straight down, once at the base of the tower.
What's this...Door!The old inquisitor yells, and the door is quickly shut by those inside...leaving the old man outside. He stands, outnumbered.
What is this? Are you seriously attacking the tower?
He is not longer fighting, but keeps his weapons up in a defensive posture...
Frunthpyllin
Frunthpyllin sees that the man has been abandoned by his allies. He eases the tension from his bow and returns the arrow to his quiver.
"Well done Sir Vuk!" he says. He runs a hand along the tower, judging how easy it would be to climb. Turning to address the man he says, "Is there a door in the roof of this tower? We're not attacking the tower, as much as seeking answers."
