I see we have two mounted characters. I want to say right away, that I am not one of those DMs who kills your horses off while you go into the dungeon...that being said, I'm also not a DM who says you can engage in mounted combat in a 4 foor high tunnel. So I will give you opportunities to engage in mounted combat, when realistic (on roads, open fields, or attacks by OTHER mounted bad guys. They do happen)

I have no desire to bring my horse in a tunnel. Hence why I'm taking a pair of paladin levels.

Frunthpyllin: The description was just for charactization. Feel free to ask Garian any questions. It will give us a chance to roleplay and unfortunately by describing him as distant I kind of painted myself into a corner where I can't initiate.

By the way there is no 'common' so you should state if your character speaks Yazik, or some other language...Yazik is the most normal, unless you are an Iftar, in which case you'd speak Iftarin. Elves, and Orcs, can pick up Yazik for free...

@Garian, not a problem playing your character the way you want to.

I'm online at strange times, since I'm in China. Anyway, I was just worried that people had forgotten they were in! Once all the posts are up, I can post some story (which has been written up, like a week ago)

We are lacking both an arcane, and a divine caster in this group. I'm planning to throw in an arcane NPC (she's a plot person,but will be the same level as the party, so don't worry about being overpowered) however, I'd suggest Vuk take his 2nd level as a paladin so he can use a wand of CLW.

I'll do that at level 2 for sure.

My planned leveling will be as follows

1. Cav. 1
2. Cav. 1/Pal 1
3. Cav 2/Pal 1 (Spirited Charge)
4. Cav 2/Pal 2 (I'll be able to lay-on-hands here)
5. Cav 5/Pal 2 (Boon Companion)
6. Cav 4/Pal 2

Any bonus feats I get, will go to Extra Lay on Hands.

Have fun, don't get sunburnt. I went to cambodia, and ended up with the kind that bubbles and sticks to plastic chairs, and rips off when you stand up.

I got back from the beach and my son wasn't feeling well so we put him to bed early and fell asleep with him.

Moving to a different apartment and work location this week. Very hectic.

I am checking in regularly but Kuraj hasn't had much to say. Just thought you should know that I am still playing.

I'm back...internet is on, and move went well. I hate moving goldfish, wish they could walk.

Well that was fun, although maybe not for the sniper. So when do you want us to post our next move? Not that I'm trying to rush things. I normally post my next move once the GM posts the results, but it seems a bit premature.

I'm teaching University, and the semester just started, so I was quite busy with stuff this weekend sorry. Worse, I found out that starbucks, my go to place for WiFi in China, doesn't open until 9:30 AM in China. Yes, a coffee shop that doesn't open until 9:30...ugh.

If I disappear for a few days, my wife's due date for our 3rd child is today. She is having contractions too. So here's hoping.

Just wanted to apologize for being so hit or miss here lately. We're slowly getting into a rhythm at home and once we have that, I'll be ready to go. Right now I'm just trying to steal sleep any time I have a free moment.

For the next week, I'm going to promise to give you guys 1 post a day for sure. Then try to build up after that.
