Alright, I guess I'll bot Garethane - even though I told him in person he was up...

Groggy and in severe pain, Garethane casts a healing spell on himself.

CLW: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

The Stag Lord points at Bassius and takes aim with his bow, while two of his minions flank the paladin and strike, but apparently, the Master of the First Vault is watching over his servant, as none of the attacks harm Bassius. The remaining bandit closes in on Terri and stabs at her, sliding his blade between the ribs of the bard.

Terri takes 8 damage and is at 0 HP and staggered.

Welp, it was bound to happen eventually. I think I'll wait to see what Tove does before posting my actions.

Terri gasps as the bandit punctures a lung. She looks at him, wondering if they'll leave her to die or patch her up as a plaything. Death, she decides would be far more preferable to anything these monsters in men's clothing would offer her. She feels the blade twist a little before being jerked out. The sensation of blood filling her lungs causes her to cough as she staggers back a step with a dribble of blood running down her chin from the corner of her mouth.

If I'm going to the Boneyard, I'm not going alone!

Terri feels the wound seal up, leaving a painful scar behind and her still on her feet. She takes in deep breaths, feeling the tightness of the newly closed wound. She feels tired, but she refuses to give in, not yet. Feet moving to an unheard rhythm, she begins to dance again, with small steps as she gauges her opponent. She only has to wait for a moment to see his smirk at her deceptively small movements. She's weakening, she could almost hear him think.

What a fool.

Terri explodes into action, sweeping under the coming strike and launching herself up as she strikes with her sword, the blade biting deep. Her taloned hand follows as she lunges to keep up with the now staggering bandit.

Terri's dancing maneuvers keep the bandit off-balance long enough for the bard to slash the vile man across the throat, ending his life.

Ivo takes aim at the bandit, but unfortunately for him, his gun jams.

Emperor Stavian bites and stomps on his target, badly injuring the man, but not killing him.

Raz gets to his feet but gets stabbed for his efforts, before throwing an ineffective punch.

Raz takes 9 damage, leaving him at 1 HP after Tove's healing burst at the end of the previous round.

The Stag Lord takes aim at Bassius again, as he instructs his minions to do the same. Neither of the bandits can find a weak point in the paladin's armor, but the Stag Lord does, sinking an arrow deep into Bassius's leg.

Bassius takes 12 damage.

Terri's going to parkour her way up to the platform the Stag Lord is on and lay into him.

Seeing that the last of the bandits will likely be overwhelmed in short order, Terri decides that it was time to take the fight to the Stag Lord. She launches herself into a run at the wall and tries to use the momentum to get up it in time to give the deadly bowman something else to think about.

Acrobatics: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20 Oh, nice!

Terri grabs onto the edge of the wall and flips over it to land next to the hulking brute. Even as bloodied and small as she seems, Terri doesn't back down and lunges at the man with all of the grace and ferocity of a wolf going for the kill.

Pretty sure that Terri's hanging from the wall. Since that was a flop, here's what happened after Terri failed that strength check instead of what I had put originally.

Terri's rush up the wall slows at just the wrong moment. In a last desperate bid to get up there beside the Stag Lord, she reaches for the wall and pulls, but her fingers, even tipped with wickedly sharp claws, can't find the purchase they need, and she begins to fall. She curls her fingers, digging the claws into the stone as her weight pulls her downwards. She tries to find a foothold to help propel her up, but there is nothing as her boots slip on the stones.

Mismatched eyes look up at the Stag Lord and widen as she sees him looking at her. Her heart tightens with fear. Cold, unfeeling eyes bore into hers and into her mind. He knows. He has to know! He can't have survived this long without being savvy enough to know when someone is trying to throw you off balance. The razor edge of the arrowhead glimmers in the moonlight and is reflected in her eyes.

"Oh this is bad," she whispers under her breath as she focuses on the man that will kill her.

Terri tries a heroic and acrobatic maneuver, but fails to make her way up to the catwalk the Stag Lord stands on, leaving her in a quite precarious position.

Bassius casts a spell in hopes of bringing the Stag Lord to him but fails charm the monstrous man.

Garethane takes aim at the Stag Lord and pierces the bandit leader's shoulder with an arrow.

Stag Lord takes 9 damage.

The remaining bandit stabs at Bassius while the Stag Lord leans over the edge of battlements and takes aim at the nearly helpless Terri. The bandit misses the well armored paladin, but Terri is a sitting duck for the Stag Lord as he sinks an arrow deep into her ribs, possibly puncturing a lung in the process.

Terri takes 26 damage from an arrow from the Stag Lord. Normally this would kill her as she would be at -16 HP with a 10 Con. If Tove can manage to heal her by 7 HP on her turn this round, I'll let her live.

Terri tries to kick off and out of the way of the arrow as she sees it release, but she's no match for the Stag Lord's aim. The brutal hit spins her about as she falls to the ground, her sword turning a deep black as it leaves her hand. She lands with a crunch and a snap as the shaft of the arrow sticking through her breaks. She doesn't scream. She doesn't cry, she only looks up, past the walls of the fortress to the stars. Tove's face blocks out Terri's view of the stars, and the bard can hear the cleric's muffled voice, calling out to her. "Stay with me Terri, don't go. I've got you."

A stunned character drops everything held, can’t take actions, loses any Dexterity bonus to AC, and takes a –2 penalty to AC.

As Terri cracks her joke, Tove forces a smile through her drying tears.

With her left hand still cradling the bard's head, she raises her holy symbol in her right and channels another stream of positive energy to her comrades.

Healing everyone but the Stag Lord.

Channel Energy: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 2) = 8

Terri takes in a pained gasp as the divine power of Erastil is channeled by Tove into her wounds. She tries to sit up, but her head spins as she stands and has to use Tove's support to get her feet under her again.

"T-tove? Can you help me get to where I can see him? I've got one more spell in me," she says as she leans heavily on the Erastilian. She looks up at the priestess with a gleam of mischief in her eyes.

"I'd like to make sure the bastard dies laughing," she says with a smirk.

Move to stand, and if the GM allows and Tove agrees, move into the fort to see if she can get line of sight on the Stag Lord.

@Terri, you can move that direction if you would like. Please note the squares with the gray rocks are rough terrain and require double the normal movement.

Raz charges up the stairs and toward the Stag Lord, throwing a punch that just misses the monstrous man's jaw when he arrives.

Bassius, Ivo, and Garethane are up before the Stag Lord kills Raz.

Tove is with you Terri.

RETIRED

"This is some b#@@@&#+," mutters Ivo as he scrambles as fast as he can to reach the final fight.

Double move.

Okay, that's as far as Terri gets this turn. Thanks for indulging my dramatic side. :D

Ride (fast dismount): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (18) + 4 = 22 yeah!

Telling Emperor Stavian to stay put, Bassius seems to slide right off of his steed, running into the fort after the Stag Lord.

double move (with 20 ft. movement) after fast dismount

Bump for Garethane.

I'm away from a computer where I can access the Roll20 maps very effectively. Is there a location I can move 35 feet and take a shot on the Stag Lord?

Time to move. Garret switches feral focus to the stag (+5' movement) and starts running, looking for an opportunity to take a shot at the stag lord.

Longbow Shot PBS: 1d20 + 38 ⇒ (2) + 38 = 401d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 Well, nevermind...I guess I was shooting at shadows.

Chatted with Garethane via text. Retconning his action to a double move.

Tove helps Terri along getting to the inside of the fort while Bassius, Ivo, and Garethane rush by.

Meanwhile, Razarak faces nearly certain doom as the Stag Lord steps back away from the sorcerer-monk. Sneering, he draws his bow for a killing shot. Knowing the fate that awaits him, Raz mutters a brief prayer to any gods he can think of before it all goes black.

Raz takes 43 damage from a critical hit. Regretfully this drops him to -42 and very much dead.

DM Rolls:

Stag Lord @ Raz: 1d20 + 10 - 2 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 10 - 2 + 1 + 2 = 31 (deadly aim, PBS, favored enemy)
Damage: 1d8 + 2 + 4 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 + 4 + 1 + 2 = 13 (deadly aim, PBS, favored enemy)

Confirm Stag Lord @ Raz?: 1d20 + 10 - 2 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 10 - 2 + 1 + 2 = 23 (deadly aim, PBS, favored enemy)
Extra Damage: 2d8 + 4 + 8 + 2 + 4 ⇒ (7, 5) + 4 + 8 + 2 + 4 = 30 (deadly aim, PBS, favored enemy)

Tove is up to finish out round 15. Everyone else can post round 16 actions.

Oh. Oh man, that is rough! I'm really said to see him go. :<

Terri watches as she sees what must have happened to her from another angle. Seeing Raz's heart pierced by an arrow that flies through the man as if he isn't even there brings back the sickening moment when the arrow went home into her lung with brutal clarity. The shock breaks something inside of her. Her eyes brim with tears as she gives the man a glare. Magic, insidious and fueled by grief and rage in equal measure, seeps into her words as she calls out to the Stag Lord.

"I am you doom," she tells him in a chilling voice.

Casting Hideous Laughter, DC 15 Will to negate, though, knowing my luck, he'll roll a 20 on the save then kill me where I stand.

Bassius misses the sound of the bowshot as he runs up the stairs, but he could not miss the body of his...companion lying in a growing pool of blood. Wrenching his gaze back to the Stag Lord, the paladin charges forward, yelling "He'll see you at Pharasma's Judgement!"

Double move with smite evil on the Stag Lord

@ Terri - Not happening this round. The spell has a range of 25' + 5'/2 levels, plus you are at the entrance to the building on the ground floor and the Stag Lord is inside on the second floor. Please retcon your action.
