Question about my attack: Doesn't the dagger hit with a critical threat regardless of AC and confirmation?
No, only natural 20s hit regardless of AC.

Doesn't the slaver have the grappled condition as long as he holds on to the slave?

Yep, he'd have the condition as well. And damn these low rolls!
Well if he does have the Grappled condition that means no AoOs and a penalty to DEX (and by extension CMD).
The confusion here is largely due to the scenario author having a poor grasp of game mechanics. The tactics say that he grabs a slave to use as a human shield. Aside from a single high level grappling feat there's no mechanic for "using someone as a human shield" thus my ruling was that he just has cover as long as the slave is up.
No grappling, just free cover for him.
You don't need to worry about hitting the slave. The cover bonus to his AC is taking into account you avoiding hitting the slave.
Alternatively, you could pull a Tom Cruise and 'Shoot the Hostage'.
Well I'm a Paladin...I really can't kill an innocent. However the whole "grappling without grappling" thing is really bizarre. Perhaps instead of buying shields we should just knock out a halfling and carry it around.

Let him know that Body Shield is what he wants and that his level 3 druid doesn't qualify for it.
Yep...its the nature of of PFS I guess; since most scenarios are written by volunteers there is bound to be a rules snafu here or there. I still like the idea of having a willing Halfling caster as a shield though. Priscilla and I could rule the world.

Can I get an account of where everyone is? I'd like to be able to flank on my next move without provoking if possible.
I'll get a new map up tonight but I can tell you, the only way you can get a flank is by tumbling past him.
I'm most likely at D4; but with Feral's OK I could add a 5 foot step to my action to move to C4 or D5...though I don't know if either would help.

I have a few options here, so I could use an updated HP stats (not the exact value) but who is hurt and who is not. And the updated map.
I can heal (every one enemy included, or try to get Toren up), I could escape to stealth back, attacking at 1d3-1 dmg doest seem a good idea,

Alright...we need a plan.
Assuming my math is right I have the half-orc at -23:
-10 Chanix's Dagger Throw
-6 Chanix's Rapier Attack
+6 Priscilla's Channel
-6 Rhydderch's Mace Attack
-7 Chanix Rapier Attack
Since the half-orc was out of range of Priscilla's latest channel she should be close to dead. (Beware of a possible orc ferocity when she dies.) As long as we can get me or Toren up after that the last two will be easy pickings.

There was a second channel of +5 in there. BUT that only counts if she isn't evil right?
Edit: nope ok I just looked it up. So +5 more from the second channel and then -7 more from me. This is assuming my first attack hit with a 19 then she should be at -25 after my last post.
Also still want to verify that you (Rhydderch) had 11 HP after the second channel and only took 10dmg from the half-orc last?? If you're still conscious I get another d6 SA.
Priscilla moved back to C11 for the second channel...35 feet away from the orc; thereby putting her out of range. The orc should not have been healed by that channel.
