I am where I need to be on the map, although now there are two people near the gates, so I am not sure if I am needed now. I still can't figure to move myself on the map. I've tried cutting and pasting, but that only moves him back to the same spot. If anyone can give me a hint, that would be great, for the future.

You should be able to just drag the image on the map, Thomas; that's what I just did. What browser are you using? That might be part of the problem.
