Drake moves into the room with the cultists, intending to tip over the shelf. He sees several more cultists waiting besides the door which don't seem to see him. Up in the rafters over his right side is some kind of bird creature with a bow. It appears to be under some kind of enchantment since Drake sees two of them taking mirror actions and shifting back and forth. It looks right at Drake and shoots him with a sizzling lighting arrow.
Drake continues his movement with the arrow in him, then telekinetically knocks over the shelf. The female cultist next to it looks surprised and tries to dodge the falling object. She's caught completely off guard and badly injured.
Nalina moves up to the door and fires off a gush of water at one of the cultists. He was already wounded from the entry room, and her blast rips open his ribcage. He falls to the floor, dead.
Harsk simply rushes behind to keep up, being slower than the others.
As Nalina attacks, one of the bald cultists steps up behind her and punches at her with his katar.
He slips on some of the water dripping off the aquakineticist and misses completely.
The two female cultists swathed in heavy robes rush up, one limping from the shelf-wound, to Nalina and Drake. They both lash out with lightning fast side kicks at the heroic acoltyes.
Despite the cultists' skill, the kineticists are ready and easily dodge their attacks.
As this is happening a huge snake creature materializes in the corner of the room, and with a gesture of its tail fires two rays of fire at Drake!
The creature's aim is dead on and the scorching rays sear into the former street urchin's flesh.

Despite his wounds Drake flips nimbly out of the way of the missiles.
"Don't let yourself get surrounded. Use the doorway." he calls to the others.
Knowing that he can be spotted and not liking the odds, he returns to the shadows and moves.
Harsk moves next to Nalina then unleashes an earth blast at his closes target...

Nalina takes a five-foot step back from the two attackers near her, then fires a blast of water at one of the cultists. She hears ribs crack under the force of her blast.
Harsk moves next to Nalina then unleashes an earth blast at his closes target, but his clod of earth misses the evil monk.
Stepping up to him, the monk retaliates with a kick.
*THUD! CRUNCH!* Harsk is doubled over as the monk's lightning kicks turn his left knee into jelly.
The naga moves up to one of the still standing shelves, and taking cover behind it, casts another spell. Seeing how Harsk is wounded, the naga sends two rays of fire shooting towards him.
The rays are expertly aimed, and sear into the unfortunate Harsk.
