Hey, no worries, I do.
I also saw your post. I did, in fact, already write back. Didn't like it, scrapped it, been rather busy in the past few days :P
That is to say, I didn't meant to cause a long 'pause' again. I'll make certain to try and post tomorrow :)
Mira Wulff
Just to be clear: We don't have to play out every single such scene that is just flavor. I can simply be helping them some way, off screen, and we're good to go in the evening :) I just figured I should be doing SOMETHING with my day between breakfast and sun-down...and helping out plus napping seemed like a good plan. :)

Was away over the weekend. I'll try and get a post in tomorrow :)
Right now, I'm making sure to get a steady post rate in all my games again, especially the 2 I run - I know that means less time for updates right now, but if inspiration strikes, I'll definitely write and let you know :)

Hej!
Much as I enjoyed the new pace(and want to keep it going), can we take a 'christmas break' for ~2 weeks? These last few days before the holidays will be stressful and densely packed for me, and then travel to visit family after...I doubt I'll have time to post often, so I'd rather like to 'formally' take a vacation until start of January :)
(plus, if I do find some spare time, I want to write the vignettes for both Lamm and Carowyn - I know we'll first have to get the invites(that solo thingie for Mira) and it's not 'acute' but I'd like to have that already 'done' when we tackle that ball!
If I find myself with a surplus of free time, I'll happily drop a post, I'd just appreciate if we formally take it easy for 2 weeks :)
PS: Also, I just spent about 20 minutes looking for the PM with info on Carowyn - after having read all of them, I deduce I must have overread it or missed one. -_- You don't, by chance, have that intel handily available? Nevermind, found it.
Mira Wulff
Hehe, some breathing space, yeah.
I openly admit that most of the spare time I had, I spent sleeping. Most parents with no relatives living nearby(aka: no chance to drop off the kids at someone else for a while) would agree...
I have some catching up to do at work, still - I'll get back in gear in a day or two, and hope to resume the posting rate we had before :)
@Vignettes: I started, but not done yet. Still, I started :)

FYI: A few days ago, my last - and closest - grandma passed away.
It was not entirely surprising, but it still affects one's life on a multitude of levels...I'll try and return to regular posting by the weekend.

I am, somewhat, I also meant to reply to the PM.
But when it rains, it pours, besides the burial and connected stuff, there's been issues with my car, and I was on a mandatory external multi-day training with a lot of work to do(I had hoped to use the evenings at the hotel for catching up - but that was socially unacceptable for the colleagues). I'll likely be back in the next few days(this time for real).
Mira Wulff
Not company expense, private pocket. And not all colleagues are equal...there's some you'd rather spend time with and others...well.
Lets just leave it at "I would have preferred to chill in the hotel room", but could not afford to be anti-social.
Mira Wulff
It is, I underestimated the effort of getting GM'ed games back going after a break, in reading up on what happened before/current state etc.
But yeah, most everything is 'normal' again :)
I had to get up at 5am today and had a very long day. I do have time right now, but after the long break, I'll not rush things while super-tired just for the sake of posting a few hours early - but I PROMISE that I'll write an IC post within 24 hours from now :)
I am on a business trip again and know I will have time to do that. Anyway, thanks again for being so patient!
Mira Wulff
If you have no time to craft sub-plots right now, we can have that stuff happen off-screen and, in the interest of moving ahead, skip to 'before the party' - that is, we have invitations(Lexi did not ask how she managed to acquire those) and costumes and final preparations for the event are underway.
Mira Wulff
Aye? Still around?
I was in the hospital for 2 weeks, only recently returned to home and subsequently computer usage - I'd be back now - just saying :) Lot to catch up on the boards but I'll try and get a post up as soon as reasonably possible to get going again.
Mira Wulff
Just glad you are still around. Last time, before I PM'ed, I saw you had no other games running under this account - to be honest, I was a bit afraid you'd be gone when I returned. Happy to see that is not the case.
Mira Wulff
Aye, aye. Mostly caught up with games, too :) No worries, I'll soon be back to normal posting rates, I just tried to make sure to post everywhere first and get back into the current scenes on those games that moved on.
Mira Wulff
Aye, ok. The strenuous days filled my backlog of stuff I needed to do, and posts I needed to make etc.
Again, many apologies, but in this game, it's only you waiting on me, not multiple people, so I often tend to post here last during that recovery process. :(
I'll make sure to get a post up tomorrow!
Mira Wulff
And we'll get back to that almost 1/day thing shortly :)
(Well, excluding weekends -)
I was too quick to promise, albeit not my fault - I did start writing during lunch break - but then was called into a meeting in the VC room because of an emergency.
I admit I had not gotten far with the post, but all the same, most of my remaining work hours were stressful, and when I returned to my laptop, it had decided to install updates and rebooted(which, aside from the unfinished post, cost me about 30 minutes of work I had done prior to lunch break.)
I simply did not have the will to start over that moment. Alas, as said, I did catch up with everything, and there is time, and I WILL post over the weekend and attempt to resume a ALMOST daily schedule next week :)
Mira Wulff
Thanks a lot for your understanding.
I did write something today but scrapped it :P
Tomorrow, I should hopefully have a more relaxed schedule at work!
So apologies again, look forward to a PM tomorrow.
Mira Wulff
Aye :)
I am in one of those lines of work where leading up to important holidays, stuff gets significantly more stressful. Mostly Christmas. So just a work-related delay all my games suffer from currently. All good.
