Awesome!
Hugh moves behind the statue to hide and strike if the kobolt dashes to or past him.
Stealth: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

When you say the party is up, do you care about the exact initiative order, or is it flux because we're all just grouped together?
Havelock Vetinari
I grab the side of the hole (remember, I'm on top of Dimwit), and pull myself out of it.
Climb: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (9) - 1 = 8
Count Edmond Vaylan
That's kind of what I thought, since it's PbP.
Deftly parries the kobold's attack as he steps to the side of the kobold and unleashes a strike of his own.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (20) + 4 = 24
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Crit Confirm: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Baron Marcus Hawklin
As the protective mist washes over him, Marcus feels reassured. He collects himself, and stands up.

Marcus, standing up is a move action. You can make another move action, or a standard action. You can see the kobold, with a 20% miss chance.
Edmond stabs the kobold, scoring lightly on the arm. It shouts something in Draconic at you and lunges with his short sword.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12 miss
Dimwit drives two pitons into the clay wall of the pit (move action) and ungracefully clambers out (move action).
Havelock nearly climb out but slides back down. His hand catches on a piton that Dimwit has driven into the wall, and with a great heave of effort, manages to barely pull himself over the lip of the pit trap. Havelock, you have a standard action remaining.
Hugh, the kobold comes into view around the statue
Spot Check: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22 He spots you before you attack. Go ahead and make your attack roll.
Assuming you do not kill him in one shot, he will attack you back -
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23 hit
Confirmation: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 23 critical
2d4 ⇒ (4, 4) = 8 damage, as he runs Hugh through with his rusty shortsword!
Genta, you are up.
Genta Cynama
Genta can hear the sounds of combat from the other side of the fog cloud, but as she can't see over there, there's little she can do about it. Instead, she focuses on the kobold she can see. She takes a step closer to it and taunts it in Draconic:
...and casts a spell to cloud its mind. As it starts to take effect, whether it shakes the spell off or not, Genta starts to laugh scornfully at it. Using cackle to continue its -2 penalty to AC for an additional round, then casting daze (Will DC 15 negates).

Well with a roll like that I guess I better try and kill him lol
Hugh tries to surprise the Kobold but it was waiting for him with his spear at the ready. He'll only have one shot at this.
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
Damage: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Hugh throws everything he has at his enemy, flipping himself past the spear and uses his momentum to try plant his blade to the hilt of the short fiends chest.

Hugh stabs the kobold in the belly, but it lunges forward, impaling itself on his wakizashi and runs him through with its short sword in turn. This one doesn't seem to be as cowardly as the others.
In Draconic the one on the right side screams: "Intruders! You will never take our home while we still draw breath!"
Genta casts a spell on him... Will Save: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (1) + 0 = 1 Fails. He is dazed for a round.
The kobold with the wand takes his turn.
The rest of the party can now take their third turn.

Yay! 1 HP! Is Dimwit threatening? Because if so I would like to Acro to a flanking. Just wanna make sure he is first though.
Havelock Vetinari
I'm going to assume Hugh screamed when he lost most of his health.
I rush over to Hugh and cast Cure Minor Wounds
Cure: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Dimwit
I start going downtown on the kobold adjacent to me with my +1 Dwarven war axe.
He swings Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20 and it connects, Damage: 1d10 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 3 + 1 = 9 hurting the little blighter and giving him something to worry about.
Baron Marcus Hawklin
"Hin bodein? Hi gahrot daar bodriis zeyda med hi gahrot tol wand!" Marcus hisses back at the kobold angrily. He then launches another bolt of power spiraling towards the creature.
Arcane Bolt: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Touch Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Count Edmond Vaylan
Edmond, getting into the rhythm of weapons and sword play suddenly feels a little more at ease with the combat. He ignores what's going on to his left and attacks again.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4

That's me? So I missed? I an attack roll of 20 was always a hit?
You didn't miss. He rolled for a miss chance of 20%, because the kobold is in concealment. You got a 49%, which is higher than 20, so you succeed. Havelock cast obscuring mist in the second round, which granted this to everyone in the grey area 5ft away from someone (a standard 1x1 block in roll20 is 5x5ft). And you didn't roll 20(natural 20). You rolled a 16 and your modifiers made it 20. When your 1d20 roll is 20 without modifiers(natural 20), you automatically hit(without concealment). All attack rolls only serve the purpose of overcoming an armor class (AC score). If your opponent had an AC of 35 and you rolled a Nat 20+4 for 24, you would still hit that person, because you rolled a Nat 20.

Edmond still hasn't summoned his courage back, as his attack comes in soft at the kobold.
The kobold knocks the probing shot aside with his shield and waves his spear back at Edmond, to ward him away.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6 The attack goes nowhere, just as it was intended to do. He hops back 5'.
A kobold wielding a shortbow steps around the corner of the building and shoots at Edmond.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2
The arrow scores a hit on Edmond, tearing a long gash in his shoulder.
Perception: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (20) + 3 = 231d20 ⇒ 141d20 ⇒ 2
Hugh hears tentative footsteps near the front door of the manor (several steps to the north of him).
Genta you are up.

I still haven't acted yet in the round. I'll post when I'm back from classes my actions in a couple hours. Sorry about the delay

Hugh feels the pain in his chest lighten up though there's still some pain everytime he breaths. As he picks up his crossbow he speaks out to Havelock "Maybe you're not as bad as I thought."
He then tries to hide behind the statues looking into the front to see if any other kobolds are making their way out.
stealth: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
There we go, sorry about that.
Dimwit
His vision obscured and unable to discern any fresh meat awaiting cleaving by his axe, Dimwit calls out to his comrades, "Are there any more?". He hears the sounds of battle still ringing to the east. Feeling the ground around him with his feet, careful not to fall into any holes, he begins to make his way toward the sound of battle and to aid Count Edmond Vaylan.
Havelock Vetinari
I yell, in Draconic, "Today is a good day for someone else to die!", draw my morningstar, and step into the mansion.

Go ahead and move yourself on the map.
I realize at this point I should be posting round numbers, since everyone's turns are bleeding into each other. Ah well, we'll do it next time.
Havelock Vetinari
I'm trying to go after the kobolds, if it needs to be more ordered, not a huge deal to me.
Dimwit
Go ahead and move yourself on the map.
Done. I've come to halt in front of the Kobold Archer. I suppose I'll have to wait until the next round before attacking?
Genta Cynama
The kobold next to Edmond is dazed until the end of my turn, and could not five foot step or attack. He should still be next to Edmond.
Genta sees the archer come out of nowhere, and marks him as the greater threat. She takes a step closer to it - at the risk of standing next to the temporarily dazed kobold warrior - and casts a cause fear spell between scornful laughs.
The kobold archer needs a DC 16 Will save - fail makes him frightened for 1d4 ⇒ 2 rounds, success makes him shaken for 1 round. Genta also cackles - the kobold warrior next to Edmond still has -2 to AC.
Baron Marcus Hawklin
Marcus still hasn't summoned his courage back, as his attack comes in soft at the kobold.
The kobold knocks the probing shot aside with his shield
Just to confirm, was that a hit or a miss? Between Edmond's attack, Marcus' attack, and Genta's mindgames, does it look any worse for wear?
Marcus, still blinded by the mist, vaguely walking in the direction he remembers the wall being in, then follows it with his hands away from the kobolds, as a blur rushes passes him that he can only assume was the dwarf. Once he finds a break in the spell, he shouts back into the mis. "Is everyone alright?! Where is the kobold with the wand?"

Just to confirm, was that a hit or a miss? Between Edmond's attack, Marcus' attack, and Genta's mindgames, does it look any worse for wear?
It was a miss. You can safely assume anything below a 10 will be a miss, unless it's an ooze or a barn or something.
You're right, Genta, he was dazed, so he didn't 5' step away or attack.
Wil save for the archer:
1d20 ⇒ 20 success
We still need Edmond to act this round, then the kobolds are up again.
Count Edmond Vaylan
Sorry about that, folks.
The sudden, searing pain in Edmond's shoulder causes him to yell out in pain. For a split second he considers bashing the one that caused him this pain into the dirt, until Dimwit comes hustling past him to do the deed. He renews his focus on the kobold before him.
Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 5

I see. I incorrectly assumed you were talking about my attack when you said Edmond, because you were talking about courage and a "shot". Mine never really got a mention, so I thought it was just a typo. My bad.

The kobold in front of Havelock leaps back, startled, and throws down a vial in the square between them. A noxious yellow cloud billows out. It looks rather unhealthy to try to pass through, and smells like a combination of lemons and rotten eggs.
A whistle goes up from inside of the chateau, and the remaining two kobolds withdraw back inside.
We can drop out of initiative now, actually.
Baron Marcus Hawklin
"What was that? Their master summoning them?" Marcus again shouts to the mist, "Is everyone alright? I can't see a blasted thing for this spell." As he yells, the mist clears.
Edit: I assume, anyways, that the mist has cleared it's duration since we're out of combat.
Marcus walks over to Hugh, quickly glancing and taking note of the yellow substance to check on later. "You've got blood on you." he states declarative, "Take this." Marcus sets down his pack and retrieves a potion of cure light wounds, stretching his arm out for Hugh to take it.
Havelock Vetinari
Knowledge Nature/Arcana check on the substance.

Dimwit
Dimwit looks despondent as he pats his axe, "There, there 'ol girl. Don't fret. We'll find you something to eat soon enough". Turning to face the party, he says, "OK. Let's regroup and ready ourselves before we enter. We're not out of the woods just yet friends. No doubt this old mansion has more than a few surprises waiting for us inside".

Hugh looks into the hall with his crossbow at the ready when he hears the whistle, thinking it was a signal to charge. He is surprised to instead see Havelock looking into a yellow cloud directly ahead of him. He take the opportunity to pick up his blades, sheathing them into his wrist, and bringing his crossbow back to the ready and catches his breath.
When Marcus walks up to offer Hugh to help, he remembers he was run through earlier and whispers to himself. "Oh, this blood is only partially mine." he says with a bit of pride. "I appreciate the concern friend, but I have my own I can use before taking you up on your concern." Hugh takes out his only CLW potion and begins to drink it recovering 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 health points. "I will however take you up on your generous offer when I cannot tend to my own wounds. I think I saw our....witch take a hit though. Perhaps she'll take you up on your offer?

Knowledge Nature/Arcana check on the substance.
No idea. Looks fairly hazardous. Is also opaque, so you're not sure what's happening behind it.
It clears after a minute, as does your obscuring mist.
The corridor looks clear.
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 131d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 61d20 + 0 ⇒ (15) + 0 = 151d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 91d20 + 0 ⇒ (20) + 0 = 20
Yep, totally clear. Except for what looks like the bottom of a spiked pit sitting rather openly on the ground ahead of Havelock. (I.e., the tiles of the foyer have spikes placed on them.)
Havelock Vetinari
I mutter under my breath "Maybe next time I'll avoid healing you as well.", and then turn around, saying "Why don't we retireve the pitons from the hole and discuss whether we should go in through the front or through the window?"
