Respen stealth pays off, however the rat in the crack knew he was there when Respen stepped on his tail.

The rat swung round for a bite!

Respen jumps at the rat attacking him and lets a light yelp. Then after remembering the group is there he quickly goes back to his cool bravado look and says with crooked smile, "Haha, that is what I call the Bayleef back up, it causes the enemy to misdirect there attack into the local environment. Anyway it looks like we got a pet for the firestarter or Berry as long as they promis to take care of it." He ends his comment with a slight bow and goes back to sneaking to the temple. Since the rat suprised him, he will take a better look.

Gurukk tries to free his leg from the rock. After he does, Guruuk calls out to the Fire God and touches the wound from the rock. It starts to sizzle and it starts to close up.

Sir Respen Bayleef lifts the heavy boulder off his leg and as he gets up will check out the stone and where it dropped to see if it looks like someone tampered with it. "Rest sounds like a good plan, I need a break to try and heal up. I say we rest out of sight and away from falling rocks hehe." Respen replies to Xane and the group.

Gurukk takes a look at his wound and say to Respen, "The Fire God can relieve some of that pain, it will burn some but should feel better"

Gurukk calls out to the Fire God to sear the wound and infuse Respen's body with the power of fire and touches Respen. Where Gurukk touches Respen it almost feels like a hot cook fire pan is touching his wounds, yet when Gurukk pulls away his wounds are almost gone.

Respen jumps at the pain, then he looks down to see his wounds gone. With a little suprise in his voice, "You can call me a believer. Thank you My dear firestarter, lets move I just have a feeling these rocks falling are goblin trickery."

This circular area is cobbled with cracked granite, upon which sprawl four goblins, all apparently slain in combat. One stands with its back against the western wall, the killing spear still skewering it and holding it upright. Three wooden doors lead off from this area. Above, a hollow tower of loose masonry reaches 30 feet, but the intervening floors and stairs are gone, except for a couple of crumbled ledges.

Assuming you are going to close the door behind you and secure the area and set camp...


Female

Berry pouts as she sees the dead goblins speard or slain. "This is terrible!" She looks up at the nearest person. "They didn't have any fun with the bodies at all! Amateurs!"

With that she awaits to see if they secure the area. Once they do she whispers something guttural into the ear of her teddy bear. Suddenly it twitches and animates moving about on its own accord. Even as you watch it digs through Berry's pack and pulls out a child sized pink tent with stylized white kittens embroidered on it. The teddy bear sets up the ten as BErry pouts again. "I'm hungry!"

As Sir Respen enters the room he moves into the room, hugging the wall while moving stealthy and looking for traps and ambushes.
Perception:1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Stealth:1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27

If he finds something or someone:
Respen will try and disarm it if its a trap or if its a Ambushers he will stay hidden if he believes they don't see him. But if they do see him he will yell out,"The Bastion of Justice and comrades will banish you!"
Disable Device:1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9

If nothing is there:
He will pop out and say "Lets, see what really happened to these boys." He will check there wounds and try to get an idea of when and how they died while digging through there gear hehe.

"Oh...I don't know. The whole 'Pin the Goblin to the wall' is always a fun kind of game." Xane points out absently, even as she goes over to remove said spear from said demised Goblin.

"Awe, you poor little mite..." Xane says at Berry's plaintiff wail. "Here, let me see what i might have spare in my pack..." To which Xane also rummages around in her gear...."Hmmm..not much but trail rations..." She shrugs. "They'll take a small while to work up into vittles..."

So yeah, working at setting up camp. =)

Area 4 is where you are....yes two regular doors and a secret door that opens into.....

This pocket chamber is damp and cold. The skeletons of three long-dead archers slump against rubble-filled arrow slits along the east and south wall. Red pin points of light kindle in their eye sockets as they rise from their resting places…..

Berry being quite upset at the GM's attempts to make her work and even more angry that she went through all the work making Mr. Tedddy make her tent to have skeletons go clankity clank all night. So she rolled initiative.

Lookiing at the sky with a mean soul flaying expression at the narrator Berry unwraps her kitty from her neck and drops it on the ground muttering words in a baleful Abyssal language that even demons would blush upon hearing. The kitty comes to life and bounds off silently loping into a magnificently elegant machine of stuffed cottony murder.

Her teddy looks up from its work and stumbles awkwardly towards Berry.

Hmmm no combat maps? Will anyone do one? Kind of reluctant to be throwing thigns about without worrying about the normal hazards of combat...
