so interestingly, Zuran took 13 damage from that critical that put him down, which wouldn't have put Genisen down. After the stabilizing and Laya's first healing potion, he was back to 2, so lets go with putting Genisen at 5 HP. Laya then used her second pôtion on herself, but it was defective and did minimum healing. I'd say Genisen would then want to use his three potions to put himself at max, so feel free to roll. Laya might want to think about using her last potion on herself before heading down.

Genisen Larkova |

Potion #1 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 = 10hp
Genisen decides not to drink the second and gives Laya the potion and lets her drink it so they each have one left
Potion #2 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Genisen notches an arrow and says to Garim, "Sure lets see how they fare with the threat of an arrow. I'm going for the one on the left, I don't like the look of him."
He let's the arrow fly:
Attack with longbow: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 5 + 1 = 17
Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Assuming that goes into the table since it grants them cover Genisen calls out, "No one else has to get hurt or die. The next one won't miss. Throw down your spears and we'll let you live. "
Intimidate: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19

Genisen Larkova |

After the bandit sticks his head behind the table, Genisen smirks, ""Predictable, there is our opening to advance on them"
Bandit 3, or the one on the left, now has Freebooter's Bane on it. Our party has +1 to hit and damage until he dies or I pick a new target

Garim Radsey |

Garim takes in a deep breath, then swallow hard and hustles forward, his shield held before him and his morning star swinging loosely from sweaty hands.
Double move to T127.
Not sure if you want us to make new init rolls, or... but on the assumption we will need them.
Init: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Nazard |

Bandit Initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 1 = 10
Genisen Initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Ofelio Initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16
Initiative: Genisen(Readied), Ofelio, Laya, Bandits, Garim
Round 1
Genisen readies an attack for the reappearance of Bandit 2.
Ofelio is up! Garim hasn't moved yet, so if nobody wants to do anything obvious, we'll skip right to his advance.

Ofelio |

Ever the impulsive charger, Ofelio immediately makes his way towards the bowman hidden in the dark with his glaive.
Assuming I can get there, of course. I know Garim is in the way, so he might have to use two move actions.

Laya |

"Oh dear," Laya says as Ofelio falls. "Not a good start. However, I think Ofelio has given us a good demonstration of how not to attack these people. Instead..." As she speaks, she begins rummaging through her scrip.
Move action: Retrieve smokestick from scrip.

Nazard |

An arrow flies from the dark at Genisen.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 3 - 2 = 19
Damage: 1d6 - 2 ⇒ (6) - 2 = 4
It wobbles as it flies, but still manages to strike.
The hiding bandit pokes his head up, activating Genisen's readied action. Rolls, please
Garim is up. He had posted a move, but might want to rethink it, given Ofelio and Laya's smokestick idea.
Initiative: Bandits, Garim, Ofelio, Laya, Genisen Genisen, Ofelio, and Laya moved to the end of the round for simplicity's sake.

Nazard |

Genisen Larkova |

Genisen moves up behind Laya [U124] and fires at the same bandit
Attack with Bane+Point Blank+Precise 1d20 + 5 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 5 + 1 + 1 = 18
Damage 1d8 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 + 1 = 7

Nazard |

Genisen, don't forget Laya's bonus, too, though it's still not enough to get past the guy's cover bonus.
Genisen's arrow thuds into the table right beside the man's throat. He once again ducks down completely behind the table.
Bandit 1:

ROUND 3
Bandits 1 and 2, whom Garim can now see, let arrows fly at him.
Arrow 1: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (16) + 3 - 2 = 17
Arrow 2: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 3 - 2 = 6
Both arrows clatter uselessly off his armour.
The other bandits continue to wait behind the table with their spears trained on the space in front (except for bandit 3 who continues to cower behind the table).
Initiative: Bandits, Garim, Ofelio (unconscious), Laya, Genisen

Garim Radsey |

Garim flinches as the two arrows strike his armor.
"Smoke them out Laya, smoke them out."
Snapping the handle of his morning star into the belt sheath he grabs Ofelio with one hand and drags him backwards.
Standard action: sheath weapon
Move action: grab Ofelio (assuming grabbing him while he is on the floor is equivalent to picking an item up off the floor, though in this case I'm not actually trying to lift him).
5' step to T126 dragging Ofelio with me.

Laya |

"Smoke, of course, can have a very debilitating effect on human eyesight," Laya says, holding up the stick in her hands. As she lights it, smoke begins to pour out from it. Then she tosses it.
The rules aren't very clear on what kind of action it is to light a smokestick. Is it reasonable to assume a move action? If not, she won't throw it this round.
Move action: light smokestick.
Standard action: toss smokestick, aiming for just past Garim and Ofelio.

Nazard |

If you have a ready source of flame, I would say lighting the smokestick can be part of the action for throwing it; otherwise, nobody would ever want to use the things (if they have to blow two standards).
Fortunately, there is a ready source of flame. The bandits have kindly lit two stubs of candle along the hallway (the sources of the faint light that let them see you to target with arrows but not vice versa). Laya sticks the item into the flame and then hurls it.

Nazard |

Ofelio |

Assuming that worked in one turn:
The tiefling's creepily-opened eyes refocus and the smaller one blinks. Ofelio looks surprised to see anyone standing over him, let alone both Garim and Genisen.
Ah. I'm not dead then.
He offers a weak, bloody smile to his apparent saviors.

Garim Radsey |

Seeing Ofelio open his eyes Garim lets out a held breath of air. His appearance is unnerving, but that doesn't mean he needs to be killed.
With his thoughts on the near death of the tiefling something darker wells up inside him. It comes unbidden but Garim does not squash it down either. The words of magic come to his lips. The spell is followed by the roar of a great cat laced with the hissing of some unknown being from darker realms. The sound reverberates off the walls of the narrow hallway.
He asks in a whisper, "Do we attack or fall back?"
Standard action: Cast Ghost Sound
Move action: draw morning star
