Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

Meanwhile I am chillin out in a pub drinking and chatting up young ladies.

Game Master

As the wooden pier is groaning, it is also wobbling slightly, with each step the groaning gets louder.

Meanwhile, Fealix has made his way to a local pub, where he is the centre of attention, never before has anyone seen someone so handsome. Fealix, could you give me a Perception check please?

Fealix, Perception DC : 15:
It would appear that there is a young child following you, trying not to be seen. He is wearing rags and from your experience could well be one of Lamm's little slaves.

Male Halfling Rogue - 2

"Raz what makes you think i was talking about you? im going to go a bit slower, this thing is slippery. you may need to stand apart more to spread out our weight, to stop this awful noise. how can we be quiet with all this groaning and squeaking?"

I will only move at half my speed when on this pier.

Male Human Magus 2

Caim's eyes widened slightly at the knowledge of just what Gobblegut was, before he glared at the water, as though trying to evaporate the river with his gaze alone... alas, he has yet to develop such power.

'Lamm has a pet alligator? And he named it 'Gobblegut'? Who in their right mind wakes up one morning and thinks to them-self: 'you know what I need? I need a pet alligator, which I'll proceed to dub Gobblegut, y'know, cuz it'll gobble the guts of mine foes! oh ho ho ho, aren't I witty?' The more I hear, the less I like Lamm, and I didn't like him to begin with.' Caim muttered. 'And with the amount of complaining you're doing, I can barely hear the groaning and squeaking! Instead I hear moaning and whining!'

Even as he spoke, he adjusted himself so that there was more room between himself and his companions, giving a small smile to Tyler to let him know that he was simply jesting.

Game Master

Caim, how are you granting more room between yourself and Raz? Are you standing still while he walks forward or are you moving back?

Male Human Magus 2

Standing still for about 10 seconds before resuming moving

Game Master

Caim, as you are standing there letting Raz and Tyler move on, the wood under your feet starts to groan eerily and the next thing you know you are falling through the pier! You manage to put your arms out to catch yourself on the other boards, but the sheer weight of you breaks those boards too. There is a huge splash!

Can I have a Perception please?

GM's Eye only:

Stealth : 1d20 ⇒ 20
Caim Initiative : 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
Raz Initiative : 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
Tyler Initiative : 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Shark Initiative : 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23

Perception DC : 20:
You can see a Shark approaching Caim rather quickly, it should be at him very soon. Sorry about that!

Initiative Order :
Shark
Tyler
Caim
Raz

The shark moves up to Caim (if anyone can see it) and attempts to take a bite out of one of his legs.

If Caim Fails on the Perception:

Shark Attack : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Shark Damage : 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9

The shark moves along at such speed and manages to get hold of Caim's leg in his mouth and takes a large bite on it. The water is now turning red slightly.

If Caim succeeds on the Perception:

The Shark tries to bite your leg Caim and is going so fast that you are barely able to move you leg out of the way, but somehow you manage and the shark just gets a mouthful of clothing.

(Iolana, where would you be at this time? Also could everyone please make sure they have an Initiative section in their profile please?)

Perception:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23

"Ha! See? I'm not the- Caim get out the water! Shark!"

Male Halfling Rogue - 2

Perception1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18

Seeing Caim fall through the pier i look to Raz, 'Guess you weren't the fat one ... sorry ... Shark?! Where?!'

I will draw a dagger and spend the round looking for the shark.

Male Human Magus 2

His attempts to be nice and give space clearly failed him, as Caim found himself spitting out a mouthful of water with a grimace. A small trip through the pier was obviously not Caim's idea of a good time, as he immediately began to swear up a storm, switching regularly between Draconic, Gnoll, Infernal and Ignan, yet no words used were in the common tongue.

Even if he hadn't learnt the languages purely for the choice swear words, that didn't mean that he hadn't learnt them regardless.

Perception1d20 ⇒ 20

'Bloody hell, if I wanted a bath, I'd use a bath, not... Oh for the love of... Yes, I see the bloody thing! Why the Hell are there sharks in these waters?'

In the nick of time, Caim managed to move his leg out of the way of the shark's charge, if one can charge whilst swimming. Narrowing his eyes, Caim flexed the fingers of his left hand before yelling at the top of his lungs:

'Oh, you want a piece of me, do you? You want a piece of Caim Sevíré? Well then, if you want me, then why don't you COME GET SOME!'

As he gave out his fury-laced shout, he swept his left hand out in a sweeping gesture, vaguely in the direction of the shark, yelling out in draconic now. From his hand, a red ball appeared, which shifted into the shape of a miniature dragon. The dragon gave a silent roar before it flew foward, eyes seeming to scan the water, before it gave another roar and dove down to the shark, seemingly exploding on contact.

Magic Missile Damage: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

Whilst the spell did its work, the young magus grabbed at a solid part of the pair and tried to lift himself up. Even if he couldn't get all the way up at this moment in time, he hoped that one of his two companions would take the initiative and attempt to pull him up.

Climb:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9

Erg, really good perception, crud everything else

Game Master

Lucky rolling Caim.

While you are in the water, you can see what appears to be another pier, but this one resting on the water. It is under the fishery and without being in the water you would never have noticed it.

Caim tries to climb up a pole, but he is so wet and the pole is slimy from the years of being in the water that he just slips off of the pole before even moving anywhere.

The shark seems shocked that food would fight back, but doesn't look like it will back down at all yet.

"Sorry if this works, Caim!" Raz says as he tosses a vial filled with a reddish liquid at the shark.

Bomb(ranged touch)1d20 + 3 - 4 ⇒ (1) + 3 - 4 = 0 -4 since the shark is in melee with Caim.
Fire Damage:1d6 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Caim takes 3 fire in Splash damage, 1 point with a DC 12 Reflex save.

Well crud.

Game Master

Shark Reflex : 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9

The shark does not seem very happy at all that it is being attacked from above as well as by its food. But it is hungry so it tries to bite Caim again, this time going for an arm.

Shark Attack : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
Shark Damage : 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8

This time Caim is unable to move his arm away from the sharks mouth and it takes a nice big bite out of him. Somehow he manages to keep his arm though, if just barely.

(Tyler, you can see the Shark now that both of your team mates have attacked it.)

Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

Holy! Look at all the posting! Wow this game is back on! Yay!.

Game Master

I know, how cool is that?! Finally things are picking up, I was starting to worry too.

Male Halfling Rogue - 2

Finally able to see the Shark, I twirl my dagger around my fingers flick it into the air, catch it and launch it spinning at the shark.

Thrown dagger attack1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

But the dagger goes plunging into the water, missing the shark completely. So I draw another one and this time take the time to aim carefully, instead of throwing it in a rush. 'There you go Caim, you said you wanted to wrestle with sharks!'

Game Master

Raz, the pier under your feet starts to groan at an exceedingly loud volume. You think if you were any older you would be joining Caim for a swim, but you're not sure how long this pier will hold you, if you remain standing in the same place.

Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

oh I did not notice that I have something to do too.

Gm:

Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
I notice the boy. Casually I head outside and head to the alley next to the tavern. Once I round the corner I pin myself to the wall. There I wait. If the boy comes around the corner, even if he just pokes his head, I will attempt to grapple him.
Grapple:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15

Game Master

Fealix:
You leave and you can feel the boys eyes follow you out, as you leave and head around the corner you can hear the sounds of someone following you. As you huddle to the wall, you see the boy rush around the corner trying to be discreet, but once I grab him and push him to the wall the boy gives out a yelp. He looks scared but he doesn't seem to be afraid of you. He tries to kick you, but he is being pinned so hard to the wall that the kick is the same as a fly landing on your knee. He lets out a quiet whisper, his voice rasping for words, although you do not have him by the throat, "How did you see me?"

Male Human Magus 2

Reflex:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5

The bomb's flames washed over Caim, burning him. Before he can direct several infernal swear words at the one who decided that throwing bombs whilst he was in proximity to the intended victim of said bomb, the shark took a second attempt at trying to turn Caim into its lunch.

Unfortunately, the combination of bomb and shark forced Caim from the realm of the awake and into a deep slumber otherwise known as being unconscious. If the shark isn't the one to finish him off, then the fact that he is floating in the waters means that he'll likely drown regardless.

His last fleeting thought before the darkness engulfed him: 'Of all the ways to go, shark wrestling was not the glorious end I envisioned for myself... I blame the niddy that threw the bomb!'

Exactly 0 Hit Points... RAZ, YOU KILLED ME! I swear, if I do die here, I am going to make Amgir let me control my ghost, who will haunt you til the end of time!

Game Master

Everybody can see Caim fall into what appears to be a deep sleep. Luckily he his face up. so there is a small chance of drowning, but the Shark seems to be enjoying the fact his food has stopped moving so much.

Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

0 Hit points is not unconscious. He is simply staggerd. He is not unconscious until he reaches negative hit point. If Caim makes a standard action, he slips into a -1 hit points.

GM:

"It's called keeping your eyes open dumbass." I look the kid up and down. My expression is unpleasant. Suddenly a smile begins to creep across my face. "One chance boy. Do you enjoy working for Lamm. Or would you be interested in a new line of work?" I keep my hold on him as I smile.
Diplomacy to try and reason with the boy"1d20 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13
Situation isn't pleasant I know but he is trying the nice guy thing before he gets ugly.
I have manacles, would they secure a boy though?

What Fealix said.

"It's a giant guppy for goodness' sakes! Wait right there!" Despite all his common sense, Raz jumps into the water next to Caim and the shark and stabs at the water predator.

Dagger: 1d20 ⇒ 18
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 2

Game Master

Fealix:
He looks at you, "A new line of work? Hmm, maybe ... Wait, no! I won't get beaten or fed to Gobblegut or Bloo because you tricked me, now get off of me!" He struggles to get free but is unable to do so.

You remember the Dog in Yargin's office was called Bloo.

In a strange sense of honour to burning a comrade in arms, Raz dives into the water and lunges at the shark with the small dagger that is in his hand and manages to stick it into the side of the Shark, making it release its grip on Caims arm.

Realising there is food in the water now more to the size it likes and maybe because the food just hurt it I tries to bite Raz.

Shark Attack : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
Critical Confirmation : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Shark Damage : 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7

It goes for Raz' stomach, but misses and gets his arm instead.
(Thank heavens that critical didn't confirm! Raz and Fealix are correct Caim, you are still conscious.)

Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

GM. Also players be warned. Content in this spoiler is not for sensetive eyes.:

I look disappointed. "Pity."{/b] I slam the kid hard up against the wall attempting to do some damage. [b]"I promise you boy. This will not be quick or as pleasant as being eaten. Being my enemy was the worst mistake of your life. Now you are my prisoner. First off. I want to know what Lamm instructed you to look for. If you do not give the answer I desire I will start to break your bones." With that I apply preasure to the boy's leg and ankle with my knee. Kneeling with my full weight upon it. I smile with delight if he makes any noises in pain.

Male Human Magus 2

Must have slipped my mind, considering how usually my HP skips 0 and jumps straight to -10, and I say that whilst glaring at Amgir by the way.

Ok, so I am awake... but can't actually do anything without going unconscious... well, I can make a single move action, unless I'm mistaken; but does swimming count as move action or standard, being that swimming takes more effort than waltzing off?

If I live through this shark and find out about what you did, I'm gonna be very angry. I think Caim's ghost will back me up too!

EDIT: According to Swim, if you make a check you can swim at a quarter of your speed as a move action.

Game Master

Fealix:
The Boy somehow does not look intimidated by you nor scared, no matter how much pressure you put onto his leg. Quite calmly he looks at you and says, "I was sent to find out your intentions, your friends are probably meeting Yargin, Bloo and Hookshanks, which means they will be dead soon enough." The boy seems more scared of those 3 than of you.

(A big mistake he made if you ask me, I can't even imagine how Fealix or his protector will take that!)

Looks like Raz found the information I forgot. Thanks Raz :)

Male Human Magus 2

In that case...

Caim, in an attempt to prevent himself from screaming out in pain as his arm was almost torn off, bit his tongue, looking around wildly. He doubted that he'd be able to climb onto the dock post-haste, not with his arm as it was, and failing to do so would still have him adjacent to the...

'Giant puppy!? I never want to see the contents of your mind if that is what you consider puppy-like!'

Swim:1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17

Taking advantage of Raz and the shark's preoccupation with each other, the young magus attempted to swim away , however, due to his condition, he only found himself able to move a scant five feet... swimming five-foot step, if such a thing exists

Oh, he only set a duo of dinosaurs (and their kid) that could insta-ko a fighter with 22HP in a single blow against us... and that wasn't even a critical blow, that was it going against everything we knew about it and charging me for not getting any closer. I was the lucky one, the ranger was actually killed from a single blow, I just suffered broken ribs and a bruised ego

Male Halfling Rogue - 2

Seeing Raz jump into the water I draw my daggers and place one of them in my mouth and the jump into the water, next to the shark. Where I try to slice the shark in the gills with the weapon I am currently holding!

Dagger Attack1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11

But I miss it completely and swipe underneath it.

Death by shark, maybe coming round this way wasn't a good idea?

Male Human Magus 2

I'm having severe deja vu here...

Game Master

I will say that you can 5 foot step in the water, basically treading water. You can 5 foot step in the air, so why not water? Unless someone can find a rule saying otherwise?

As I said before Caim, I asked other GM's for advise and they all said to use dinosaurs, plus you know that you can't always win every fight AND you seem to forget that I was getting VERY good rolls. So you can't blame that entirely on me.

"Your ears are waterlogged, old man! I said guppy!" Raz shouts, terror evident in his voice as he attacks the shark again.

Dagger:1d20 ⇒ 2
Damage:1d4 ⇒ 1

Blood loss, the cold water, and his own terror keep his dagger from even penetrating the rough hide.

Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

Fealix is pissed. Read at your own discresion:

I have a slight twitch going. "So. Stupid Animals are more scary than an intelligent demon huh? Such a shame." I break the kids ankle and then throw him against the wall. I pull out my morningstar. I speak but my voice has a more femenine edge and my posture is more seductive. "Poor little boy. You have made a very fatal error. Now I get to let out out a good amount of stess. You could have worked with me and brought an end to Lamm but as you have shown. Children are often very stupid." This is the kids last chance to beg for mercy. If he so much as screams or attempts to flee, then I attack, quickly.

Male Human Magus 2

Sam, I will argue the initial attack against me to my dying breath, I got no closer, if anything, I was moving away from them, and I was charged! Think about it, if they were to our north, I moved directly east, that would constitute moving away from them, and I was charged as if I'd brazenly waltzed up to to it, pointed at my chin and said 'do your worst'! And let's not get started on the giant supposedly optional snake! So optional, the moment we figure that it's too tough to beat, it CHASED US!

'OLD!? I am 19 for the love of whatever deity you worship! I am young, and dashing, and far better looking than you will ever be! Or I would be if my arm wasn't barely attached to my shoulder!'

Game Master

Okay, there are 3 targets ... Lets have the dice decide who it goes for. 1 : Raz, 2 : Tyler, 3 : Caim (1d3 ⇒ 2)

Seeing another food piece land in the water and flail around helplessly, the shark tries to go for its new food. (This shark must think it is a buffet!)

Shark Attack : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Shark Damage : 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4

This time the shark bites at Tyler and manages to catch his calf, drawing some blood, but not managing to hold on.

(I am really sorry about these high rolls! It is true, the Dicebot Gods do hate players!)

Game Master

Fealix ... or whoever is in control:
"I get beaten nearly every day, what difference is it if you beat me or Lamm?" He looks around the alley to make sure no-one else is within ear range, "You are almost as bad as him!" The boy screams as his ankle is broken and appears to be in a lot of pain. He does try to get away from you, but cannot move away from you.

Foolish, foolish boy ...

Male Human Magus 2

Can't burn the damned tuna, I'd burn the two runts... wait... does casting a spell count as a standard action... wait... am I breaking the forth wall? Oh Gods, I think I am!

If casting a spell doesn't count as a standard action:
Caim violently jabbed his uninjured arm, indecently, his left, whilst he shouted in a foul language, known to the worlds as Infernal. After he finished his shout, a ray of ice fired forth from his palm, but this ice was tones of blacks, reds and purples, rather than the usual clear blues that one would expect from this particular spell. Likely this has something to do with the tongue in which he used to cast the spell.

Ray of Frost1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Perhaps because he was too angry to concentrate properly, his spell flew harmlessly overhead.

If it does:
Caim continued to hurl abusive language at the shark, bomb throwing, friendly firing runts and the world in general.

*Sigh*

Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

GM:

The little comparison of Fealix to Lamm just didn't help at all.
My face wrinkles and the detestable comparison. "DIE!" I swing holding nothing back. My rage is let loose on this poor boy. Do I need to roll? Boy has a broken leg, Fealix is pissed and going to clobber the kid with a morningstar. is there really a need to roll?
Presuming not
I end the boys life beating him mercilessly into a blood pulp. I stand and look lost for a moment. "You are free. The existance you once had is over and now your soul is apart of the plane of fire. My beloved Samira now calm my spirit in your loving embrace as you always have." I stand there for a moment hugging myself.
After the moment passes I look around and then at the bloody mess of a child on the floor. "Fool. I am only that way with my enemies. That was what you chose to be. However, I cannot deny Lamm and I's similarities. He did raise me after all. That is one of the many reasons I hate the man." I take a sack from my gear and put the boy inside. I shove the child out of view. Then I check my outfit for any blood stains. I make sure to remove any pieces that have such and leave them with the boy in the bag. I make sure I am decent and then look in the direction of the fishery. "Lamm will soon wonder where his pet has run off too. Peh I am tired of waiting. It is time to act."

I quickly move out of the alley and make my way to the nearest watchman. "Excuse me sir." I say promptly. "I have information regarding the criminal Lamm's wearabouts but we have to move quickly if we are to catch him. There is an old fishery that buys rotted fish. I happen to learn that Lamm hides out in this location. However, my over investigating may have tipped him off, We need to move quickly if we are to catch him. That is....if you really want to catch him."
Diplomacy:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (16) + 10 = 26
Sense motive to make sure he is being sincere in his response.1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11

"It's Sheave, the Orphan Lord old man!"

"Leave him alone you stupid rough-skinned glorified goldfish!" Raz yells at the shark as he swims around a bit searching for a good spot to stab.

5ft swim in whatever direction moves him closer to flanking with Tyler.

Dagger:1d20 ⇒ 1
Damage:1d4 ⇒ 4

Despite the stab being his most powerful, his angle is all wrong and his dagger just slides along the shark's skin.

Game Master

Fealix:
You don't need to roll to hit the boy, no. I didn't want the boy to say that, but reading through the book I got the sense that is how the poor boy would react.

The guard looks you over, "That is good news indeed, I shall have to inform the rest of the watch. Hopefully the higher ups won't take too long in their decisions and planning of what to do, he is a monster who needs to be stopped. Thank-you kind citizen for this information, if you feel threatened you can come back to the watch house with me?"

The watch house is about an hour into town and he seems to be telling the truth, although there is a flicker of worry when he mentions the higher ups taking too long.

Male Halfling Rogue - 2

I take the dagger out of my mouth and 5ft swim so Im closer to flanking with Raz, before slashing at the shark with both daggers.

Dagger 1 Attack1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15
Dagger 2 Attack1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19
Dagger 1 Damage1d3 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Dagger 2 Damage1d3 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2

Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

Really sorry about Fealix. He is very emotionally unstable. Believe it or not, he is not at all happy about what he did.

GM:

I snort. "Bah! Why did I even bother sticking my neck out at all. You obviously don't understand the urgency of this scenario. Lamm may be aware of his impending arrest. Fact of the matter is, by the time we reach the watch tower he would have heard you are coming and escape before we arrive. This problem requires a judgment call on your part. Both choices have equal risk. To move in and take him now has the least amount of risk. You may also be rewarded for seizing the initiative on the situation. All you need to do is round up a few guards in the area. Move in ajd take him. I will gladly assist as it is my civic duty."
Diplomacy:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27

Game Master

Fealix:
"But I don't know where any of the other guards are patrolling, let alone to contact them. The only way would be to go back to the watch house, I don't think you and I will be able to stop Lamm. But I will come and check out to see if what you say is true."

As I know you will try anyway, he is telling the truth.

Tyler manages to slash the shark with one of his blades, but misses with the other. At the same time Raz moves around the shark so that it is between Tyler and himself. He tries to impale it with his dagger, but misses, the whole time Caim is shouting out words in an unknown language.

The Shark decides to go for the smallest meal, the meal in front of it and the one that last struck it. In other words ... Tyler.

Shark Attack : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6

But in his confusion, he misses his meal and snaps at the water.

Raz and Tyler are now both flanking the shark.

Male Halfling Rogue - 2

Seeing a weak spot on the shark, I lunge both Daggers into that spot hoping to kill it in 1 blow.

Dagger 1 Attack1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17 (+2 for flanking added already)
Dagger 2 Attack1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20 (+2 for flanking added already)
Dagger 1 Damage1d3 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Dagger 2 Damage1d3 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Sneak Attack Damage1d8 ⇒ 1

As my daggers hit its weak spot, I twist the dagger as it makes contact, but the water restricts the effectiveness of the attack.

Male Aasimar Oracle(Planar and Possessed) lvl 1 Barbarian(Urban) lvl 1 Total lvl 2

GM:

"Tch! I won't let Lamm get away again. He has wronged me and I would rather see him punished than escape." I look the watchman up and down. "You may have to do. Lamm has a lacky who watches the door and posses as a business man to make the place seem honest. Otherwise he has a ugly attack dog. Last time I saw Lamm's lacky, he seemed ready to die for his master. Also he has some other pets but those won't be an immediate threat. If we are lucky we will spot more watch on the way but I believe between you and I we can bring this criminal to justice. You yourself may even gain prestige for the operation. Now when we get there, stay out of sight. I want to talk to Lamm's Lacky Yargin to make sure that Lamm is still present. Be warned. Lamm also has children foolish enough to die for him also. Now lets go."

I lead the watchman to the fishing house keeping my eyes peeled for any more watchmen or Lamm's little loyalists. Once there I motion for the guards(s) to hide. Once I feel they are sufficiently hidden I knock.

Come on, just die already! Raz thinks desperately as he stabs at the shark again.

Dagger:1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
Damage:1d4 ⇒ 1

Damn these Dice Gods!

Game Master

That proves it! The Dicebot Generators REALLY hate players! 3 Natural 1's on damage?!

As Tyler twists his blade into the sharks body, he grumbles that he did not get enough strength behind the attack, but the shark stops moving and starts bleeding into the water.

Fealix:
As you head back to the fishery the guard follows quietly, no doubt pondering the idea of gaining prestige. You see no more guards on the way back to the fishery. Once there he hides as you instruct and you knock on the door. You hear Bloo barking at the door and Yargin opens the door again, only just enough to see you though. "What do you want this time?! I already told you not to talk to me, I don't want to die just for talking to you again. If Lamm see's me or if anyone tells him GobbleGut will grow fat off of my body! Now please leave me alone!"

Caim, Raz and Tyler:
As you are all in the water now, you can all see the hidden pathway, resting on the water. It is hidden under the building and if you were not in the water, you would not have been able to see it. You can even see the skiff that is moored at the end of the path.

Male Human Magus 2

4 Natural 1's actually, counting the sneak attack damage

Caim, opting to keep half an eye on the shark, in case it was playing possum, spared a glance at the skiff which was clearly Lamm's secret escape vehicle. Shaking the cobwebs from his cranium, the magus latched onto the pier and attempted to climb a second time.

Climb: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25

Swimming over to the skiff, Raz tries to climb up into it. Even with his shredded arm, he manages to pull himself into, crying on when his arm is jarred.
