Lynn would move to check on the summoning circle, making sure none of the furniture was ruined or on fire. She also looked for any clues about the owner near the summoning circle before moving the furniture back assuming it wasn't burned.

Daza waits for the others to gather their wits and then opens the left door. He looks about the room, ready for the sight of more filth.

Lynn stepped beside Ushaka prepared to enter the room once he opened the door, "Do you think there will be more creatures in here?"

"I don't hear anyone, and I haven't found anything else suspicious... probably just my paranoia getting the better of me."
Ushaka will lean on his left walking stick and will use his right to push open the door as he steps back.

Ushaka will grab a coin from his pouch, toss it in the direction of the gnome and quickly duck back behind the door.

Ushaka looks to his companions and shrugs in confusion.

Lynn shrugged slightly before making her way cautiously into the room "Excuse me sir are you Fimbrik?" Lynn made sure to make herself as least imposing as possible keeping her arms close to her body and a respectful stance about her. It would be an amazement if the gnome didn't hear the fight against the beetles.

Lynn began to cast detect magic and approach the small gnome perhaps he was enchanted or maybe he was just a bit on the deaf side.

Lynn lowered her hands and continued over to the desk of the gnome.
"I don't know what it is but there is some kind of magic. Maybe he was put in some kind of enchantment."

Kelevan raises an eyebrow. "Hmm..." he muses, crafting a detection spell of his own and studying the strange gnome with the sight it gives.

"So, do you think it'll be safe to rouse him Kel?"
Lynn was just on the other side of the desk well within arms reach of the elder gnome, glancing at whatever it was he was reading.

The elf gives a small raise of one eyebrow at the name, but ignores it. "I do not believe it is a 'him', Lynn," he replies. "I cannot say why it was left here, but it seems to be merely an illusion."
Frowning slightly, he adds, "I see no reason to believe it is an unsafe illusion."

Lynn touched at the gnome and took a more in depth look at what it was reading, if it was indeed an illusion then it couldn't have been here forever spells like that require great time to craft and maintain for long periods of time.
"Daza, let's look for a coin like before or if anything the caster of this illusion before we are gone, I'm no master when it comes to illusions but I know that they usually don't last for more than a few hours without being refreshed. That being the case the caster, likely Fimbrik would have to be somewhere nearby."

"Any of these mean anything to anyone?"
His intent is to check the first door on the right side of the house, although he holds no particular hope of finding the owner withing.

Lynn shook her head at the book and followed Daza, seeing the new gnome reading a newspaper she decided to check the third and final door splitting from the main room.

Before the party leaves this room they do find a note.
Well, you got me!
I’m not here anymore, and my house is filed with an incredible array of illusions to discourage the curious. But you just had to break in. I respect your gumption and assume you’re either a petty burglar or someone looking into Eylysia’s affairs. I’ve left Absalom to look for my friend, for she’s been missing for some time; however, I’ve attached the name of a particular Pathfinder you’ll want to investigate at the Wall of Names at the Society Grand Lodge. I assure you, it’s quite important, but I’ll leave you to figure out why. Oh, and the password. It’s ‘Wiffle.’ You’ll find it important, should you learn where to use it.

Created in 4330 AR, the Wall of Names resides on the grounds of the Grand Lodge in Absalom. The monument is a curving wall of black glass that stands atop a small hill at the western edge of the lodge’s grounds. Trees surround the hill, providing ample shade and privacy for those visiting the wall to remember fallen comrades. Carved into the wall are the name and date of death of every Pathfinder killed in the course of duty since the wall’s construction, and most entries also include a sentence or two summarizing either the agent’s greatest accomplishments or how he/she died.
The attached name to the note that was left by Fimbrik was Hollis “Evil Grin” Thorn. There are also other names that have been hinted at from earlier.

Lynn put a finger to her lip"Alright.. so The password is wiffle, Fimbrik pointed to the name Hollis, and the coin said to look behind the nameplates. So I believe we should try to check that first."
