All right.
Two bandits move towards Gunther attacking with shortswords. One charges toward Sir Eamon, and the apparent leader fires a shot at Rory.
Gunther's shot drops the bandit that resisted the sleep spell. One of the other shouts as a sling stone hits him.
Bandits
Shot at Rory
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
damage to rory 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Attack on Sir Eamon
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Attacks on Gunther
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21
Confirm Crit 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Damage to Gunther1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
I thought i miscounted bandits for a second, and removed one attack on gunther, regardless, you were hit once. Eamon when you make your next post, resolve your shot (presumably at the one which is moving towards you) and put in your next action. Otherwise everyone should be posting for round 2.
Rory Wanderbilt
Just FYI - my AC is now 10 +5 dex +3 armor +2 natural + 1 size = 21
Diplomacy my arse!, grunted Rory, grimacing with pain as an arrow pierced his left shoulder. Still, he found enough strength to launch a shot, but even alchemically enhanced, it flew past the leader's head. damn you natural 1!
Still cursing, Rory broke the arrow stuck in him and dropped prone.
I assume the towers have some kind of barrier which provides cover
Eamon, Knight of the Rose
Eamon releases his arrow as the bandit races towards him. He continues to fire as he retreats. "So be it," he says fiercely. "You are condemned by your own greed and violence. This is the price of banditry."
Round One triggered shot: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 211d8 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Round Two shot after 5' step: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 91d8 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Is there a map showing our positions?

ROUND 2, FIGHT!
The bandit facing Sir Eamon, looks around, and seems to come to an decision, as he races back to the horses, mounts and urges it towards the gates.
The leader shoots at Halloran
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12
One moves away from Gunther at the cleric. (gunther take a AOO if you wish)
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5
Attack on gunther
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17
Damage 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Solos
Sorry for the delay, I do pretty much what Eamon said, keep his rolls too. I just spend 1 grit point as well to target touch AC if outside my first range increment (10 ft)
Gunther, you just manage to hit a bandit, the one already tagged by the sling, who stumbles and falls to the ground.
Eamon, you miss but your shot startles the bandit on the horse which throws his rider and trots off.
The leader shoots at Gunther
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Attack on cleric
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Halloran Westover
So how many are left standing at this point? By my count 2 bandits and a packhorse fell to my Sleep spell, Gunther dropped 2 and 1 got thrown by his horse. Did Sir Eamon shoot that one? Because in the posts I think he hit one.

I think you're correct.
The leader seeing all his men down, says he surrenders.
Rory Wanderbilt
"You surrender NOW?! You bloody coward!!!"
Rory gets up with a groan. He is positively pissed off from wasting all his elixirs for nothing and getting hurt in the process. He starts to descend from the tower slowly, grunting with each step.
"You'd better respond to our questions now, or I swear I'll come to you at night and stitch your bloody ears together while you're tied up, you son of a gun!"

OOC: you may make a intimidate check, if you wish
Halloran Westover
Halloran will follow Rory down, keeping an eye on the bandit's leader as well as the ones who are still sleeping.
Since Eamon needs to cover the leader, Rory and Gunther are injured and Royston needs to tend to them. The first chance Halloran gets, he's going to start gathering weapons and armor, check to see who's still alive and tie up any who are.
Drop your weapons, or I'll let the halfling have you. Halloran says this to the bandit leader, with a completely straight face, making it difficult if not impossible to tell if he's serious.
Royston Hawkes
Royston gestures to his wounded allies to move closer to him and makes sure not to include the bandits when he releases another burst of healing energy.
Healing 1d6 ⇒ 6 That should bring all the PCs up to full. Royston has used two of his healing bursts today and has five remaining.
Halloran Westover
Since Royston has healed all the injured and Gunther and Eamon are covering the leader, Halloran will turn to Royston and Rory.
Could I request your assistance in dealing with these? he says gesturing to the bandits who are down.
It would be best to ascertain who is dead and disarm and restrain those who aren't.
How many are dead?
Halloran Westover
Halloran will suggest the party take the 2 alchemists fire, the 80 arrows, the silver Stag Lord amulet, the 8 days trail rations and the 65 gold. As he doesn't think the party has a need or any real use for the other items he'll be fine with letting Oleg have the rest. But if someone in the party objects to this division, he would be willing to discuss it.
Royston Hawkes
That division of loot sounds good to me, Halloran. As I recall, our archer already has a composite weapon thanks to rich parents. We should be certain to grab the amulet, that might help us bluff our way past someone in the future. The rest can help make up for the Oleg's losses to the bandits. What about the horses? Were those also stolen from the general store here? A horse for each of us would be a big help in the coming days as we chart out the surrounding area.
Halloran Westover
I'm not sure, how many horses were there? Originally I thought there were six one for each bandit, now it looks like there are only 4 bandits. I recommend we take 1 for each character (however many we end up with) and let Oleg have the rest.
The question of treasure more or less resolved, Halloran turns to the issue of prisoners, So, what do we do with these?
Eamon, Knight of the Rose
"We are empowered by our commission to mete out appropriate justice," says Eamon, who has clearly been thinking of this for some time. "But that justice must be leavened with mercy if we are not to become what we despise in others."
"I put it to you, brothers, that on this decision hangs the fate of our expedition and the righteousness of our cause. Killing these men without evidence of greater crimes may be expedient, but I believe it is neither warranted nor just. There may be times when we, hard pressed, may not take prisoners or mete out less severe justice, but this is not one of those times. Justice, gentlemen, is best tempered with mercy."
"I propose that we imprison these men for the night and then put them to work building a stockade. We are in no hurry, and a period of enforced labor, followed by a period of incarceration and finally by an offer of clemency will perhaps best serve both the gods and our future needs."
Eamon looks to his companions for their responses.
Eamon, Knight of the Rose
I propose we sell, not give, supplies to Oleg and Svetlana. They will certainly be selling and not giving supplies to us. This is not Eamon talking, who will probably be giving away personal wealth frequently. This is me talking. We need to properly fund our expedition and that means bean counting!
Rory Wanderbilt
Rory considers the options. "Evidence? How's Oleg's lost goods for the evidence? How's our own wounds for the evidence? These scumbags deserve the lawful punishments for their dastardly deeds." He walks up to the tied up bandit leader and looks up to him, on a verge of spitting in his face, but eventually grits his teeth and spits on the ground. "But your words hold reason, too much reason for a paladin, even. If I had my say, I'd probably hang this coward here and put the rest in chains. But my brain keeps telling me your proposal is more rational."
Royston Hawkes
Royston finishes putting away the supplies he used to treat the wounded bandits to make sure their injuries were not fatal as his companions debate what to do next.
"The moment we define justice solely by what some piece of paper says is the very instant this whole land will sink into tyranny. Because you are right, Sir Eamon, there can be no justice without mercy. And there can be no freedom without second chances," the cleric says. He turns to look at the bandits and the Olegs to see their reactions. "The only thing every person is born with is their own free will. If we don't offer people a chance to repent their poor decisions, then freedom itself is a lie. And I refuse to believe that."
Royston Hawkes

I'm OK with this so long as we aren't selling back things that were just stolen from them. That would be horrible. But if these items are spoils taken from others who likely weren't as lucky, that's a different story.
