To add to the ravages of a brutal civil war The Schaler Trivarium must also now suffer a terrible plague. You have accepted a mission to deliver a vital supply of much needed serum to the system. Delivery of the serum and other much needed medical supplies to an awaiting hospital ship, it should be an easy mission.
Sorry was not able to get on yesterday due to the system being out.
Boone keeps himself ready to spring at a moment's notice.
"Are you sure you want to follow this madman? He plans on killing thousands of innocents...for what? It's not too late to stop him, you know. Just help me out and we can put an end to this insane plan.", Eli whispers to his guard as they walk down the hallway.
"I don't trust any of them, frankly," Anson whispers back as they walk. "Aeryl, if you have a plan, I'd be willing to follow it. However, Boone is still missing and Windlu possibly knows what happened to him and has more information on the situation. Speaking of which," his voice becomes louder as he addresses Fred, "What happened anyway? Did someone attack?"
"Is there something wrong?" Anson asks after a moment. "Is there anything up this stairwell?" He looks up at the conduits above him, a frown on his face.
Fred apparently hears the noise from above, as he is peering anxiously upwards: starting down the landing would expose who ever ventured it to any marksmen who might be above.
"Scrap it all, some warning would have been nice," Anson swears before urging Aurora and Aeryl to move in front of him, taking the last position to cover them.
So the two thugs have started down, while Kamo is still at the railing, peering down. You're about 5 meters from Kamo now, if you wanted to bull-rush him and try to pitch him over the railing.
Lower Level: Fred is rushing ahead, when he suddenly stops.
Upper Level : Kamo slowly begins to descend the stairs. Boone, you and your minder are nearly at the top of the stairs now.
Lower Level :
You're all somewhat together in a bunch, checking out the mysterious figure webbed to the wall.
Aeryl: "Is that someone in a tangle-web?"
A tangle-web is a kind of net, covered in a gluey adhesive that dries rapidly upon exposure to the air. It is fired from a large bore weapon, like a shot-gun. Law enforcement frequently use them when lethal force is deemed excessive (or solid projectiles are considered unsafe because of environmental risks).
Boone I would probably have allowed for the substitution of the Athletics skill, at a penalty.
The shock from her stun baton, sends Boone reeling back, though he does have the satisfaction of seeing her pitched over the railing into the stairwell.
Ok, this might be dumb, but Eli is going to drop soon again anyway...
Stumbling forward, barely able to feel his own legs due to the stun, Eli throws himself down the ladder and hopes he breaks his fall on the guard and Kamo!
