I'm thinking about tossing a few teamwork feats into the mix Serena, something like:
Coven Tactics: Each member of the coven ('the player') can treat other coven members as if they possessed the same teamwork feats as the player for the purpose of determining whether the player receives a bonus from her teamwork feats. Her allies do not receive any bonuses from these feats unless they actually possess the feats themselves. The allies’ positioning and actions must still meet the prerequisites listed in the teamwork feat for the player to receive the listed bonus.
and then a teamwork feat every few levels - would that help? :)
F Changeling Magus (Greensting Slayer / Kapenia Dancer) 1 // Witch (White-Haired Witch) 1 | HP 10/10 | AC 18/13/15 CMD 16 | saves +3/+2/+1* | Per +2* (darkvision 60') | Init +2 || Siggy, king crab familiar (Mauler) 1 | HP 9/9 | AC 19/14/17 CMD 8* | saves +3/+2*/+2 | Per +8 (darkvision 60') | Init +2
That sounds good, GM Nikolaus! Can I suggest that for those of us with spellcasting, the coven spells always count as being on our spell lists, and that we automatically learn them at the levels the coven gains access to them?
F Changeling Magus (Greensting Slayer / Kapenia Dancer) 1 // Witch (White-Haired Witch) 1 | HP 10/10 | AC 18/13/15 CMD 16 | saves +3/+2/+1* | Per +2* (darkvision 60') | Init +2 || Siggy, king crab familiar (Mauler) 1 | HP 9/9 | AC 19/14/17 CMD 8* | saves +3/+2*/+2 | Per +8 (darkvision 60') | Init +2
The reason I suggest it is because we will only have access to the lower-level spells, as Serena points out, since we have to use the lowest witch level in the coven to determine when we get them. Unless we incorporate a hag, of course... ;)

We need at least three witches, so either you or Eliza, and neither of you have full witch levels. But it seems counter to the spirit of the campaign if either of you aren't part of the coven!
Coven bonding done! I'm going to run all spell-casting from the level of the HIGHEST witch in the coven, not the lowest - so as long as Olyenna or Evelynda are involved in the casting you'll always have full access.
In addition you can all count towards each other's teamwork feats as I said above. Take a look in the campaign tab for full details. :)
Olyenna, I'm convinced that your skill totals are calculated incorrectly. The only skills which have a higher modifier than your ability score modifier are Stealth, Swim, and Knowledge (engineering), and you have no racial or trait bonuses which modify your skills. This tells me that you've only assigned ranks to 3 skills.
You should have 6 trained skills (2 base + 2 Int + 2 background).
Your Know (engineering) should be +6 (1 rank, 2 Int, 3 class skill).

What sorts of goods are available for purchase? Based on the bandit's description of his mistress, cold iron weapons might be wise. Evelynda always wants scrolls of mage armor and potions of enlarge person if Oleg has secured any.
Also, what kind of Knowledge checks could tell us about Tatzlwurms and Tuskgutters? I'll assume Arcane and Nature, respectively.
Tuskgutter is a specific creature so you'd need Local, but you'll get all the information about boars with that roll!
At the moment Oleg has goods to the value of 500gp - anything mundane within that limit you can have. If its something a bit more specific (like Cold Iron) you cna order it but you'll have to wait a week or so until he can order it from Restov. So you want 10 Longswords - that's 200 gp, fine. 10 Cold Iron Longswords - only 400gp, but more specialised, so you'll have to put an order in.
Not until you ask him. If Evelynda lets him know that she wants scrolls and potions, then in future I will assume that he always has a couple available. Same if you tell him about the mithril chain - he can have the buckler easily.
