Regardless of whether the deck is available or not, I rather imagine it can be possible to play him OP.
We need in MM not only the slayer (Zadim), but also the brawler (Kess), the investigator (Quinn) and the skald (Hakon).

And thus we need just 11 new CD (the 4 above plus magus, hunter, bloodrager, arcanist, swashbuckler, warpriest and shaman).
