Where do I report a busted campaign thread?

Bugs:
1) It would not let me preview my post
2) Showed me a blank page after I submitted
3) Told me that my submission was the third post in this blank thread.

Can this be fixed?

Erroneous thread has been removed from the campaign. This behavior is caused by deleting the first post in a thread, so I would suggest that the first post be more substantial than "dot" or "test" to get your gameplay started :)
