Upcoming item not showing

I noticed under my subscriptions that the upcoming PACG Druid Class Deck isn't showing up. I do show the upcoming decks from January 2016 on. It isn't under pending orders or sidecart either. I just want to make sure that I will be receiving it as part of my subscription in December. Thank you in advance for any help you are able to provide.

Hi Jerriko,

I suspect this is just a display glitch at this time. If you haven't gotten an order confirmation email or seen the December order generated to your account by the time we finished authorizing/spawning this month's orders, please let us know. We haven't started the process for spawning this month's orders yet, but are hoping to begin that sometime today.

Not sure how long it takes to generate this month's orders, but I noticed it started about 3 hours ago, and I still haven't seen a pending order or any activity on my account. I just want to make sure that's I am still getting it. :)


I am having the same issue. The Druid deck is not in my upcoming orders, nor have I received an order spawning e-mail.

Also, two class decks I side-carted in October are now indicating that they will be shipping in January with the Barbarian class deck.

It's usually at least a day long process to generate all of the orders. It often stretches over two days (which it is in this case).

The example shipments page displays oddly, if we have to stop it and restart it for any reason, until we hit all accounts.

So, if you are not seeing a December order yet, and your example subscriptions page is not showing anything until January, it should just mean that the system hasn't gotten to your account yet to generate the December order.

If you don't get an order confirmation email or see your My Subscriptions page update after we say that the order generating process has finished, please let us know at that time, and we'll be happy to investigate things then.

Sorry to be a bother. I haven't seen that the order generating process has closed yet, but I still do not have a pending order or an update on my subscription, but it says the following now :

Most recent deck:
Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Class Deck: Monk
Next deck:
Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Class Deck: Barbarian will be the next deck to ship

No mention of the Druid deck at all now.

Hi Jerriko,

It's no bother - thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look into your account, and I do see that there is no pending subscription order. I'm not exactly sure why the system would skip over you, but I suspect that it may have something to do with a couple of canceled items in your sidecart. It looks like I see Adventure Deck #6 of Wrath of the Righteous in there, along with the associated promo cards, but they've all been canceled.

I'm only theorizing and could be totally wrong, but this may have been what tripped up our system when it was going through to generate new sub orders. I can certainly fix this for you, as well as generate your December order. First, I just wanted to check to see if you still wanted deck 6, or if you wanted to remove those items from your sidecart totally.

Just let me know what you'd prefer, and I'll be sure to get this sorted out. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask.

No I only want the Druid class deck. I already received the items (deck 6 etc) that were in my sidecart last month so you can remove them. Thank you so much for looking into this for me.

I just got the confirmation. Thank you for taking care of this for me. Is there any way to have the shipping method changed to Priority Mail ?
