Multiple farms in a hex?

In Ultimate Campaign's kingdom-building rules it says that a farm can share a hex with other improvements.

Is it possible to have multiple farms in one hex?

The improvement section says "other" so it depends on your definition of other. I think it would make sense to define "other" as "another different" otherwise you could have a really small ( 2 hex kingdom ) filled with farms and fisheries and forts making it impregnable and able to support limitless legions of troops. (RAI ?)

Although in the description of watchtower which has the same "other" descriptor it mentions that you can not have another watchtower which implies that you may indeed have more than one farm or fort or fishery in the same hex. (RAW ?)

Downside you will for ever be a baron with a really small fertile hex.

I agree with Psi: "other" means "not the same" in this instance.

Huge chance to break the game with Stockyards if you allow it. This falls under the "seems too good to be true" rules analysis.
