I was wondering about something. There is a character concept for a witch (Combining Merida from Brave, with Millia Rage from Guilty Gear) that my girlfriend has. She's taken the Prehensile hair hex that allows you to make attacks with reach.
Can you use your prehensile hair for the delivery of touch attacks?
yes, absolutely.

Her strength is 7, so melee is not where she should be, but being able to deliver inflict spells (and/or Choke someone out with the hair just seems awesome)
