Dwarven Longhammer / Longaxe

Are these weapons completely outside of any weapon group? Thus making them useless to the dwarf fighters (especially foehammers) who might actually want to use them?

Per RAW, I haven't seen anything to incorporate these. However, as a GM, I'd throw the longhammer in with the hammer group, the long axe in with the axe group, and both of them in a new Dwarf group (which would include all dwarf weapons) - similar to how the monk has its own group.

Edit:

I might even include a few other weapons common in dwarf society, like some of the other axes, hammers, and picks.

I'd do the same thing as a DM. It's just too bad that my longhammer & boulder helmet wearing foehammer is a crap idea per RAW.

If it's a home game, your GM can make a ruling and put them into appropriate weapon groups. For PFS, you can expect table variance but they should be able to do the same thing.

I realized earlier today that my Swordlord Fighter has the same problem - the Aldori Dueling Sword doesn't have a weapon group for Weapon Mastery to apply to.
