Master Alchemist in PFS

The master alchemist feat allows for paying 1/10 the price of items in PFS, is that right? All alchemical items and poisons, right?
I ask because in PFS you cannot create items and only buy them...

Edit: Also, it doesn't reduce the cost. It reduces the time required and gives a +2 to the Craft check.
