No tracking info yet?

Not sure if I should be concerned or not. My order # 2276070 says that it shipped on October 26, but there is still no delivery tracking information on it.

I know it usually takes a while for the tracking info to show up, but this seems longer than usual

Packages should show up on the Mail innovations or UPS tracking the day after you receive the confirmation email that it shipped. If a package does not show up after this time, this means that it is not being tracked.

However, the fact that it is not being tracked does not necessarily mean that it is lost. Especially for a package shipping via the standard postal rate, like this one, the fact that it is not being track only means that it is not being tracked. The package, in all likelihood, will be showing up as usual.

Your package went out on the 26th and has a 4 to 8 business day estimated arrival time. Today is the 7th business day since the package left our warehouse, so it should be showing up at any time now. Unfortunately, since it is not being tracked, the only method available to determine whether it is lost or just delayed is to give it more time to arrive. Please give the package more time, and if you still have not seen it by the end of next week, let me know and I will set you up with replacements.
