Assorted issues with recently-viewed threads

Certain threads aren't showing up as "read" (i.e., lighter blue text) after I've made the most recent post in them. Also, threads that I've looked at but not commented on are no longer showing the "(# new)" tag when they get new posts.

I haven't noticed the blue on blue difference (though it's SO darn hard to see that I wish they'd make it just a little more obvious), but I have been noticing the #new missing, and occasionally the "you've posted here" dots seem to go missing as well.

I wonder if it's a server load issue.

OK, we've found the culprit. It'll probably be an hour or two before everything's back on track.

This is still happening apparently, several people have mentioned in games i'm involved in. Obviously rather problematic where PbP is concerned.
