Despite Noor's attempt to drop from sight, the orc catches a glimpse of something. Scratching his head, he starts to make for where he heard the sound... though he is weaving a bit as he walks.
I've assumed you were spying from just behind a dune crest so you were able to drop out of sight. At present you have LOS to the party, but the orc does not.
The orc will crest the dune on his next round of movement, and the party is currently about 200ft back from Noor.
Prep Round: Noor, Setesh, Jaru, Tarik

Prep Round: Noor, Setesh, Jaru, Tarik
Noor's Pull: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22 Took the liberty so that others can react to it when they get a chance to post. Hope you don't mind the roll ;)
As the orc crests the dune, Noor lunges out to grab it and violently pulls it over the dunes crest. Caught by surprise the orc has no weapon in hand and stumbles as it is pulled out of sight of the camp.
Orc Initiative: 1d20 ⇒ 7
Round 1: Orc
If you beat a 7 for initiative you can go before the Orc in round 1
Setesh Bantling
Initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21.
Round 1:
Setesh continues to sprint towards Noor, frantically gesturing for her to silence the Orc...
He should now be only 40' away.
DM - Voice of the Voiceless
Remaining Initiative:
Jaru: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Noor: 1d20 ⇒ 2
Tarik: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
Both Jaru and Tarik can take a round's action before the orc. He is roughly 80 ft away from you both, and adjacent to Noor. (I've assumed Tarik kept pace with Jaru and Setesh in the prep round)
Action Tracker (Round 1): Setesh, Jaru, Tarik, Orc, Noor
Tarik Veihess
Tarik pulls himself from his daydreams as he hears the clattering sounds of Noor's armor. Cursing to himself, he draws his sword and rushes forward, slowing somewhat as Jaru's well placed shot takes care of their erstwhile guard.
Whispering as they gather, Tarik says "So, what have you seen, Desert Princess? How many do we face?"
Noor El'Harkon
"The size and number of tents suggests ten to twenty Orcs, although some of those might have not survived the attack on the mines. Tents all face inward so we might be able to close with the camp...with some stealth." She shrugs and gives a smile. She holds up her hands and admires the shimmer of bright scales as they fade.
Setesh Bantling
"So they do not have any visible guards? Excellent. That should help to make our job easier. I am definitely in favor of sneaking-up to the tents, and taking them out as quietly as possible."
When the time comes, Setesh will down his mutagen, and then carefully move forward...
Stealth: 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (16) - 3 = 13.
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19.
DM - Voice of the Voiceless
I have Setesh's sneak forward on hold for a moment so you can enunciate your plan to me clearly.
Can you let me know in general terms what you plan to do, and where you plan to be as things happen?
Are you setting fire to tents - or throwing up mist? - or sneaking forward quietly and making with the slitting of throats?
DM - Voice of the Voiceless
Excellent good - can I get a stealth from Noor and Setesh please
The party makes ready atop the nearest dune - roughly 40ft from the tent circle. As the scouts make ready to move forward, they have a choice to make.
There are three tents that back closest to your position, two are smallish two man tents in ill repair and the third is a larger six man tent that is bedecked with more skins and fur than the others.
Which do you choose?
Setesh Bantling
Setesd drinks his mutagen, and then sneaks forward...
Stealth: 1d20 - 3 ⇒ (11) - 3 = 8.
Setesh motions to the LHS small tent.
"Let's start small, and work our way up..."
Going for the smaller tents first, as there is less risk of disturbing Orcs before we can kill them, and then moving around the perimeter, gradually working our way inward...
DM - Voice of the Voiceless
The advance scouts move forward to the first of the small tents and cut an opening through the back, revealing an orc sprawled out and snoring. You are able to clamp down on it's mouth and slit its throat without any noise.
From your vantage you can observe some of the rest of the camp, and see that it seems in the final throes of some degree of drunken revelry. The few orcs that you can see walking around are unsteady on their legs.
I'll assume that you open tents and throat slit any incapacitated orcs you find - just need to know whether you proceed in a circle away from the big tent (of which there seems to be but one) or go into the big tent.
Jaru and Tarik can cover you from current vantage for a little while more - but if you move around away from the big tent they'll need to re-position to retain LoS
Setesh Bantling
I would lean towards leaving the 'big tent' until last. If we are going to find resistance, I would wager it would be there. I would like to try to quietly take-out the rest of the tribe before that, so we do not get swarmed...

1d10 ⇒ 9
1d10 ⇒ 10
1d10 ⇒ 3
1d10 ⇒ 7
1d10 ⇒ 3
1d10 ⇒ 9
1d10 ⇒ 7
1d10 ⇒ 7
1d10 ⇒ 2 You lucky ducks :)
The party starts it's grisly and methodical work of moving around the circle of tents. Some are empty, while others have orcs either asleep or deep enough in the vapours to not call out before they can be slain. Every few tents the support group needs to maneuver their way to better vantage - but all goes well for about thirty minutes...
After making their way more than halfway round the camp, they move forward to continue their work - and lock eyes with an orc that is returning to his tent and spots them. He begins to bellow (Orcish) "^&($ - ons het maatskappy"
Setesh: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
Jaru: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
Tarik: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Orc: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Action Tracker - Round 1: Jaru, Tarik, Setesh, Orc, Noor
The orc is about 10ft from Setesh and Noor, and 70ft from Tarik and Jaru.
Setesh Bantling
Round 1:
Setesh swiftly closes with the Orc, and attempts to rip its throat out...
Claw: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20, for 1d6 + 6 + 1d6 ⇒ (1) + 6 + (5) = 12 S/B damage.
DM - Voice of the Voiceless
Jaru's bolt flies wide of the mark, skidding off the sand at the orc's feet - though Setesh is more expedient in action. Closing with the orc, he silences it with a claw swipe.
No sneak attack, but the regular damage is enough
Action Tracker - Round 1: Jaru, Tarik, Setesh, Noor
The camp is starting to stir and will start taking actions next round.
Tarik Veihess
Closing with Setesh and Noor, Tarik hurriedly rejoins them. "I think we ought to get moving toward that large tent now. I can create an obscuring mist once we are in position, making it far more difficult for them to attack us once we engage their leaders."
Readying his blade, Tarik whispers a word of power over it. Light shimmers upon its steel, small crackles of magic sliding along it.
Spending 1 point of Arcane Pool to make sword magical. Are we still on the same day?
Noor El'Harkon
Noor wills more protection into place, but nothing happens
Casts Shield (I have been an idiot and not applying an arcane failure check. I think initially as I was building the concept I thought, 'she wont be casting in combat so she can spare a spell as she prepares for combat.' But that is still a resource I need to track. Never had a fighting sorcerer before, but will make amends here on out). 25% failure 1d100 ⇒ 24 And there is some karma. :-) 4/5 1st level spells left
DM - Voice of the Voiceless
Tarik - new day so new spells.
Noor - heh, no worries I missed it as well.
The camp is starting to stir around you, do you fight or flee?
Action Tracker - Round 2: Jaru, Tarik, Setesh, Noor

Round 2:
Perception: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27.
"There are a few Orcs left in the small tents we did not get to, and another by the fire-pit. I can also hear the sound of metal-on-metal from the large tent; it sounds like someone might be hurriedly putting armor on..."
He then moves up to the Orc by the fire-pit, and attempts to slaughter it.
Claw: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27, for 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11.

An orc emerges from the tent Tarik positions himself near and looks up just in time to meet the descending blow. The orc drops to the ground out of the fight.
Two more orcs emerge from the other small tents that had not yet been searched, weapons in hand and wearing armor that they must have been sleeping in. They bellow in anger. Jaru takes a shot at one of these I presume
Initiative: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14
Noor moves to the large tent and starts cutting some of the support lines. Would likely need help to bring the tent down in round 3...
