Is dualwielding oversiced bastard swords possible?

Assuming you have the weapon proficiency, could you with 2 vestigal arms of an alchemist, the two weapon fighting feat and effortless dual wielding-> heavy blades dual wielding 2 oversiced bastard swords with a -4 penalty, since vestigal arms mentions it can be used with two weapon fighting? Does the bastard sword not count for effortless dualwielding anymore when it is oversiced, since you need two hands to use it?

A large bastard sword is a 2 handed weapon for a medium wielder, so effortless dual wielding does not apply.
