You can only apply credit to a character of any level when you GM an adventure in adventure mode.
For Society scenarios, see GM Chronicles for the rules on applying GM Chronicles.
The options for applying GM credit are:
* Assign the adventure to a character who is in the adventure's level range. Apply the credit immediately, with rewards appropriate for the character's level at the time the Chronicle is applied.
* Apply it to a 1st-level character, and award 1st-level gold.
* Apply it to a new character of the scenario's minimum level.
* Assign it to a character of lower level than the scenario's minimum level, but do not apply credit until the character reaches that minimum level.
Is your list in the order that you ran them? And were they all different adventures (instead of the same 5-6 being run twice)? If both answers are yes, then you can apply them all to the same character as follows:
* Apply the level 3-4 scenario to a 3rd- or 4th-level PC (as-is) or a 1st-level PC (with 1st-level gold). Or reserve it for a 2nd-level PC, to be applied when they reach 3rd.
* If the PC was 4th-level and only needed one more scenario to reach 5th, then you can apply the two 5-6's immediately after the 3-4. Otherwise, you'll need to reserve those two until the character reaches 5th.

I don't think that's true anymore, by my reading of the GM Chronicles section of Lorespire.
A GM's character receives credit for the level range they are in when the Chronicle is applied, regardless of the level at which the GM ran the adventure.
By that reading, so long as they are three unique chronicles, there shouldn't be a problem starting that character at level 8 beyond the usual starting at level 8 problems.

It also says, "When a Chronicle is assigned to a character who is below the lowest level allowed to play the adventure, treat it as if the GM had played a pregenerated character at the lowest level allowed to play the adventure."
I think the part you're looking at is mostly for specials, where the adventure has a very large level span but any given table is run in a particular tier.

SuperZero is correct. Scenario Chronicles are only valid if they are either level 1 or within the level range for that chronicle. You cannot GM a level 3-4 scenario and apply it to a level 9 character you're trying to power level, nor can you apply a level 7-8 chronicle to a level 3 character. In the latter case you're allowed to hold the chronicle for when your character eventually reaches level 7.
The other part of that passage that's relevant is for adventures released before 2026 that have a four level range. In these adventures, the items the players find depend on the tier you're playing. Regardless of the tier of adventure the players play, the GM's chronicle only has the items that would appear if the party was all the level of the character they're playing.
That's complicated, though, so here's an example.
On the chronicle sheet for all the players, both a +1 Kama and +1 Striking Kama appear. For the players, including the level 1 PC, the GM crosses off the +1 Kama because the players didn't find it (because it wasn't there). But when the GM applies the chronicle to a level 1 PC, they instead cross off the +1 striking Kama.
Of course, a lot of GMs are terrible about crossing off items that weren't found, which isn't helped by the fact that most online games use RPG Chronicles to generate chronicles and that site can't cross out items on chronicles, and many GMs don't have access to a PFF editor.
