Volatile Spark Access

Do Pathfinder Society Members have access to Volatile Spark Hybrid Study because they have access to firearms, or do they need a boon that doesn't exist?

I don't see anything in or around Volatile Spark suggesting that having access to firearms grants access to that hybrid study, so you would need something like a boon stating that you gain access.

Which unfortunately means no access to it since I don't see a boon.

There are currently no boons to gain access to Impossible Magic content. The OP team is probably just recovering from Gen Con (especially because they lost team members in the layoff, so they're extra busy).
